I actually replayed it last year to get the platinum and it genuinely didn't deserve the hate it got. Yes it wasn't perfect but there was so much potential for a sequel, like when the original Assassin's Creed launched. Assassin's Creed II absolutely nailed everything and the first one promised and that's what everyone remembers.
I think the main problem with The Order was someone got a copy over a week early and uploaded the entire game to YouTube meaning loads of cancelled pre-orders because people saw the entire story of a very heavily story based game.
Also only the first five minutes are first person so not sure why it was describes as an FPS in this article.

@Shepherd_Tallon I think VR has the biggest contrast between how cool you feel vs how cool you look. Like I was climbing up a cliff, looking down on a gorgeous waterfall, seeing machines moving in the distance.. And in reality I was stood in my living room wiggling my arms and grunting 🤣😅

@Shepherd_Tallon I started sat down and immediately paused it and recalibrated to room scale and it worked wonderfully, I realised I was making all these grunts and effort noises whilst climbing which my wife enjoyed 😂

If you've got the Horizon bundle ordered here's a tip: download the demo! It's a 46GB download and when you put your game code it just unlocks the entire game so you don't need to wait to play, I downloaded the demo this morning, the put my code in when my bundle arrived at 11.30 (I've only just come out 😂)

@Mr_B021 argh that's so frustrating!! Hopefully you'll be able to log in soon, have you tried going through Google to the PSVR2 page and skip the PlayStation direct page? I've had it where the actual page just glitches repeatedly, managed to bypass it by adding it then logging in, worth a try!

@Mr_B021 That's so weird, I've just tried and logged in immediately and there's a chat agent available as well. What's it saying when you try to log in?

@Mr_B021 Try again now, I've been locked out before got whatever reason and then got in later, and it can take a bit of time for it to register the cancellation before you can reorder

I was thinking the same thing, I'm hoping that because they haven't sold out (and reports they've sold less than estimated) it'll mean we'll still get it day one

@Discol76 Tell me about it, I spent an hour on the chat and then got cut off literally at the point when they were about to give the answer we lost connection! It would have been funny if I wasn't so angry 😂
Then managed to get back on later and got an immediate answer, it can take about 5 minutes for the systems to update but you can cancel and then reorder without being worry ☺

@Discol76 You should be able to cancel it and then reorder it to your correct address, I cancelled the standard edition and then ordered the Horizon bundle 5 minutes later, I checked with customer services it wouldn't still think I'd met my quota and not let me reorder 😅

I thought it was Layla from Assassin's Creed raiding some uncharted tombs.

My wife and I met her at comic con in London a few years ago, she was so excited because she'd never done it before and we were her first photo op, she was almost more excited than we were, it was absolutely amazing. And in her panel she was answering all the questions with such joy, she even went into character as Tess when I asked her about the recording sessions. Genuinely devastated to read this.

Ooh they've just confirmed that Tales from the Galaxy's Edge, Tentacular and Walking Dead Chapter 2 are all launch games! I say confirmed, there's no announcement, just the release date on the store. So excited!

@Snake_V5 On my phone (Android 12) I touch the gear icon on the bottom left and untick Always Show Controller, then when I'm using my Dualsense it's just a perfect clear screen with no button icons ☺

I loved feeling the rats in the original - well, "loved" isn't exactly the right word, I just remember starting the game and feeling the coach rumble pass and the rats swarm around in my hands and thinking it was the best use of haptics since Astro. So excited that this feature will have been thought about since the get go!

@Nf157 Saves so much time and stress, no one wants to start their day yelling at at a bit of eggshell shooting around the pan 😂

@munstre I know 2 genuine life hacks, one is if you get egg shell in your eggs use a bigger bit of egg shell to scoop it out, stops it shooting about the place.
The much more relevant one is put a fan on facing you when you play VR. I used to feel sick after 30 minutes play with even stationary games but when the wind is hitting you it tricks your brain into thinking that actually, maybe you are moving, and it stops it trying to make you throw up because it thinks you've ingested something toxic that's giving you hallucinations about moving.

Fairly certain they should just rename it Real Engine now..

I just want them to fix the Under The Skin mission, Sunniva, the NPC quest giver, is just a corpse so I can't even start the damn mission. Ubisoft are "aware of it", and it looks like they've been aware of it for over 5 months so I'm not holding my breath being able to finish this game 😔

Anyone else not able to download it? I pre-ordered and paid for it but it won't let me download it without paying again, I've sent the order confirmation to Sony so hopefully they'll sort it soon, just wondered if anyone had the same experience.

I pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate for PS4 and PS5, however when I try and download it it tries to charge me full price. Weirdly I can download all the DLC for free, just not any version of the game. Only problem I've had, Spider-Man Remastered and Miles Morales both downloaded without issues.
Currently waiting on Sony to fix it but I imagine they've probably got quite a lot on at the moment so not expecting to play it any time soon..

Is Share Play supported? I know you can picture in picture with another PS5, but can you do that with PS4 as well? Also can they "pass the control" so you can play their game? I use this feature to help family 300 miles away get past tricky bits in games and it would be great to know whether this is still supported.
Oh also can you use picture in picture with media apps? Like have Netflix pinned in a corner while you grind a game?
