Re: How Well Do You Know the PS1?

Zedoardo

11 out of 15, not bad! I was in 5th grade when it came out, I only had mine 4 years later thanks to my older brother. In Portugal, Sega Saturn was very popular when it came out, but because Sega stopped supporting it very quickly, most of my friends shifted to the Playstation. The cheaper price and awesome games played a big part in that too. I played the heck out of it! Great memories!

Re: 5 Free Dreams Games That Belong on PS Store

I'd love to have another game from Media Molecule where they designed most of the game themselves. I'm not into making games myself and I'm not into going through dozens of experiences to to dig out a few good ones. They're super creative, I'd like to see another property from them

Re: Video: PS Plus Games Not Working on PS Vita? Try This

Zedoardo

Finally someone's talking about this!! There were a lot of people having this issue since early October, but no one was talking about it. Glad this solution works, but I'm scared of what will happen the next time another random error shows up. Sony are completely ignoring any issues related to Vita maintenance

Re: Days Gone Lead Designer Thanks Fans for Playing the Game No Matter How Much Money They Spent

Zedoardo

I think John's comments only reflected the reality of video games. Nowadays, for a sequel to happen, they need to sell well in launch window. In the non-hd era, you could still see sequels to games that had bad launches but long tails, but now this will happen very, very rarely (and usually with live service games). It's less of a comment on days gone and more a comment on the industry. Even movies are a bit like that. It's very rare that we see a blockbuster movie not performing in theaters having sequels because they sold a lot of dvd/blu-rays (I know it happens, but it's very rare imo).

Re: Sony Bend Was, At One Point, Working on a New Uncharted

Zedoardo

Sony should buy/build studios for the sole purpose of supporting their key big name studios and let those work on their existing and new franchises. This whole story is a bit of a mess, with Uncharted rumoured to be going from studio to studio. The Last of Us is starting to sound like the Sony equivalent to Skyrim 😅

Re: PS5 UI Reveal Reels in 7 Million Views, Trends Top of YouTube

Zedoardo

The PS4 success probably feeds into this. Strong sales and a strong line-up have built a loyal customer base and we're eager for every drop of new information about the PS5. Even though I won't be getting a PS5 day one, I'll be looking at every new piece of news they release until launch!

Re: The PS5 Appears to Be Extremely Conscious of Spoilers

Zedoardo

@thedevilsjester I like that idea! Choosing to use the guides from other websites within playstation would be very cool. ATM, My only issue with looking up guides is having to pause the game, watch or read the walk-through and then do the same steps in the game. Having the video in the same screen as the game could be really good

Re: PS5 Backwards Compatibility Will Support 'Almost' All PS4 Games

Zedoardo

This was very disappointing. I was hoping for ps1, ps2 compatibility and some sort of ps3 solution (better than PSNow), so not even being sure I'll be able to play my large ps4 library in my new system is quite sad. I was in for buying the ps5 day one, but this makes me want to wait and see. It's my own fault for getting over hyped, but I thought Sony had learned by now to respect its legacy.
