@1UP-HUSKY The demo discs were absolute game changers growing up. At a time when I really only got new games at Xmas or birthdays, having something new to play every month was such a huge deal.

I think the way they've altered the gameplay in this battle is really good. It changes the fight, but it still looks amazing.

I guess they could also look at how many Trophies you've got. A combination of playtime and Trophies would really weed everyone but fans out.

This is actually what I wanted them to do, but they've got to set guidelines for the art publishers use. The HoYoverse stuff works really well in this context IMO.

@RiverGenie Yes, but that's subjective isn't it. You're of course entitled to your opinion, but to act like Kojima's games don't have gameplay is just not true.

The animations on the Photo Mode are absolutely insane.

@TrickyDicky99 PS5 sold incredibly well last year to be fair, though. It was always going to be down this year.

(But I agree, their inability to get the price down is becoming a problem.)

I doubt it'll ever get ported, despite being fantastic.

@Medic_alert Is that true? I thought the 500m PS4 Pro was worth more than that. Looks like it fetches around $700-$800 on eBay.

I mean, I think stuff like this just ends up being an investment, which kinda defeats the fun of it. Like, with these kind of numbers being thrown around, I wouldn't even want to take it out of its box. These will be worth easily $10k in a few years if they're in mint condition.

I'm not really sure I understand the crazy backlash to this. I agree it's sneaky (I said as much in the subheadline) but realistically Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is going to sell for $50 when it launches. This makes the game and $10 upgrade $50.

If you already own the game, which millions upon millions do, then you're only being charged $10 for the new version.

While I agree quietly increasing the price isn't the best look, it's really not that outlandish. Especially when you consider there are many other publishers and platform holders that would just ask you to pay $50 for the remaster without offering an upgrade path.

@Boxmonkey She's got her tattoo, though? In fact, if you look at the scene where she's playing the guitar, you can see it's bandaged up (likely because she's just got it done).

(Also, isn't the whole point of the story meant to be about how her obsession does make her unlikeable?)
