Re: Urban-Themed Open World RPG Project Mugen Looks Stunning in Developer-Led Gameplay

I have no issue really with live service/gacha games whatsoever, but I've always found it weird how some people can play the same game...forever, I guess?😅 This ain't a dig at anyone obviously but I don't know how one can play the same game for like 2 decades straight. I've always been keen on checking out Genshin or Destiny 2, but it's all just daunting. Serious question for some people actually, do playing these games eventually feel like a routine and you just play because it eventually becomes a commitment, or are you actually liking the game? Dumb question I know, but I have some friends that play FFXIV all the time, and at times it feels like the only ever game they play😂,always keeping up to date with all the expansions and updates. They say it's fun and I really wanna try it out but I just don't know if I can put 7 million hours in one game when I can put 7 million hours across several games from several genres instead.

I honestly have no idea what this comment even is.

Re: Latest TMNT Film Gets a Video Game Sequel, Out Next Year

@Cashews Unfortunately the turtles just aren't as popular as they once were. And it's no surprise really, as the 2014 and 2016 live action films really tarnished the brand. Hopefully though this is the start of a TMNT renaissance.

Also regarding Mario's box office performance, I think people really understate just how massive of an ip Mario it is. It was destined to make dosh regardless of quality.

Re: Sony's E3 2010 Press Conference, the One with Kevin Butler, Revived in 1080p

@swagbag7 With E3 dead, I feel Keighley has done an admirable job at keeping the spirit alive with the game awards and summer game fest. Yeah it might not always be good, but something's better than nothing. Personally I think the game awards in particular has gone from an event that I could not care less about to something I actually look forward to. He really has improved.

Re: Preview: Persona 3 Reload Shows So Much Promise Despite Missing Features

Regardless of some missing features, this might be of my most anticipated games ever. Persona 3 is probably my favourite game of all time and as corny as it sounds definitely taught me some important life lessons😅.

The only thing I'm a bit iffy on is Akihiko's voice😂. The new cast honestly sound fantastic from what I've heard, aside from Akihiko. His voice isn't bad per se but it's just soooo off? 🤔. Not throwing shade on the voice actor by the way, I'll wait until the full game to pass judgement, but Akihiko's voice is really hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Fuuka on the other hand went from 0-100. No further comment. Just wow.

Oh, and the new battle drip that every member has? Even better.

I WISH I COULD FAST FORWARD TO 2024😭😭😭

@Fighting_Game_Loser Honestly surprised that it wasn't the first thing that popped to mind for people😂. Was shocked to see that no one had said it. So shocked that after years of reading Push Square without commenting, I finally caved in and made an account just to post a deez nuts 😅
