Re: Sony's First-Parties Have Perfected the Art of Compelling Trophy Lists

It's funny you show the Spiderman pic in this article, it's probably the one game I'd appreciate 100%ing and platinuming at the same time. as it stands, I have the platinum and have done almost everything except for the trickier taskmaster challenges. If they were locked behind a final trophy I probably would've gone for them because why not get the platinum when your that close? Typically I don't go for the platinum unless I find I'm one or two away by the time im done with the game

Re: Police Called to Lidl in France After Insane PS4 Deal Draws Huge Crowds

@Flaming_Kaiser yeah that would be sweet, with regards to your other comment, Lidl doesn't do online shopping, it's brick and mortar only. One of the few supermarkets in the UK at least, to remain so. Even then, i doubt any of the others would deliver a PS4 with your groceries. Tesco did away with their "Direct" entertainment offerings so they only sell consoles in certain stores now.

I wish someone would also invent a device that sucks all the dust out of my bedroom so I don't have to keep dusting my consoles. This baby looks like a dust magnet, and yes I am using a HEPA filter but I can't beat the dust!

It's funny he says Nate and Elena are in quarantine, they are such "everyman" character types that I could so imagine them doing it like (most of) the rest of us, just sitting around and playing on that "game thingy". Hell, an Uncharted 5 (or 7 if you count GA and LL) where the first 5 chapters are literally just Nate playing through all of crash bandicoot (or maybe even warped) would be really funny or maybe it could be interspersed with segments where you play as Sam or Chloe going on adventures still. Or even my old favourite, Charlie Cutter lol though he seems more the type to stay in.

Re: June 2020 PS Plus Game Is Available to Download Now on PS4

@MarcG420 Nice, I try to avoid the merch/book section for fear of filling my house up with even more stuff lol. I normally go there to buy CDs because they can be reasonably priced and blu rays when they come out because I like to choose one that has a good quality cardboard sleeve. I know that sounds a bit OCD but oh well. I guess I won't be doing that soon anyway as I doubt they will let customers handle 20 copies before choosing one due to Corona concerns.

Anyway yeah, spider man is a great game experience so it would be good to play it if you don't own it!

@MarcG420 ahh fair enough soz I read it quickly and thought you were lamenting the lack of the games availability in Canada.

Even so I think I'd personally be disappointed if the other game was spider man. It's a great game but I bought it day one (on a whim while I was in HMV - which on a side note I believe has been bought out from administration by a Canadian company Sunrise Records!) and played it already. I only just rebought ps plus in the days of play sale after a couple months lapse.

At least COD will give me 10 hours of entertainment or so with the campaign! It's exactly the sort of game I want with PS Plus, something I wouldn't normally buy but am interested in playing and can play through in about ten hours without too much time taken from my bought and paid for backlog.

Re: Random: PlayStation Hand Sanitizer Is Particularly Pertinent Right Now

@Jake3103 it's unpleasant but unfortunately it's just how people are. I know there's something to be said for dirt giving a natural boost to the immune system but I still wash my hands a lot, even slyly after somebody insists on shaking my hand to greet me.

I can't change other people and in many ways it's not fair to put it on them so I just do my best to stay clean myself!

@ShogunRok haha oh yeah and star wars. The amount of cameos and crossovers in video games could rival that television theory show theory that posits everything from st elsewhere to the flash to Luther is all set more or less in the same universe. Maybe I'd make an infographic for this shared video game universe...if I had time
