@streetzman Can't us PS4 and Xbox One people win?

Wow, not letting people from playing newer games who are not ready for the new console is utter *****. Cross-Gen is not new nor should it be gone. They still released games like countless FIFAs, Maddens, THPS3 and 4 at the time even though PS2 is out and there's even games that are released and only on PS1 despite PS2 being out with games like Mega Man X6, Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro, Syphon Filter 3, Castlevania Chronicles and Twisted Metal: Small Brawl. Even with PS2 games still releasing after PS3 with games that are ported from PSP with Twisted Metal: Head-On, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, Secret Agent Clank and countless movie and sports games released on the 2 as well. PS4 games that are released on PS3 is a handful of movie, sports and Lego games, but exceptions like LBP3. Not everyone has $500 for a new console and rather go to cheaper options to get into game or fit their needs. Not everyone cares if their game has the most cutting edge of graphics or 4K or 60/120 FPS. I'm just glad that developers are still releasing games on older systems like Sonic Frontiers, Street Fighter 6, Pac-Man World Re-Pac and so on. Sure their will be still games meant for Next-Gen, but it's a bit too early to let the PS4 and Xbox One to rest don't ya think? Hell you people got Next-Gen games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Hi-Fi Rush, new Forza Motorsports and you got Horizon: Forbidden West DLC exclusive to PS5!

The fact that people are getting mad over a dead video game dog to the point of cancelling pre-orders shows how overemotional and petty people can be towards fictional media. Either that or people are nostalgia-blinded.

Too excited for this game. Got the 30th Anniversary Collection, Ultra Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter V and the Capcom Fighting Collection. I even got the Van Damme movie, Legend of Chun-Li, Assassin's Fist and Street Fighter II The Animated Movie on Blu-Ray and Street Fighter Alpha, Generations and the Round One: Fight and The New Challengers animated comic books on DVD.

Xbox Game Pass gets all the praise even for releasing games that won't even work beyond the title screen (cough cough I Am Fish cough cough Surgeron Simulator 2), yanking games out even if they did say that the whole series will be on there (cough cough Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts cough cough) and less variety and games, yet Sony gets ***** because there's no Day 1 games (Beyond Stray) and they try to make their emulators better to the point of hiring people to work on the emulators. Oh sure.... Sony will make a PS3 emulator on PS5 and they will add more PS1, PS2 and PSP games. People just need to grow a damn backbone.

I am really interested on getting this. Wonder why it took so long to put it on consoles. I am perfectly fine with it being 30 FPS and 1080p because I grew up with 30 FPS for my whole life and really couldn't find a difference beyond smoothness of animations and my 4K TV has a really great upscaler chip which makes some 1080p games (Like some Lego games, Street Fighter V and Resident Evil Zero, REmake 1, 4, 5 and 6 remasters) and Blu-Rays (Like movies that have yet to go on 4K Blu-Ray or will never have a 4K Blu-Ray counterpart because it's not worth remastering or upscaling) look good enough.

I have a Series 7 Samsung. I bet a PS5 will look nice.

I might take advantage of this. If I get a PS5 and an SSD with more space like 2TB, I might put PS5 games and ports on the SSD and PS4 games on my HDD. I know putting PS4 games on the SSD makes loading faster, but I'm really patient.

For people complaining please remember they are free. Don't be a d*** about the selection if they are part of your subscription.

This is cool! Please people be grateful that you are getting something and be open-minded and give these games a proper chance. What do you got to lose?

@SerJosh97 Only game I really played on Game Pass is Rare Replay, but it makes me want to buy Rare Replay instead. I played more on PS Plus Premium vs. what I played on Game Pass. Enjoying games like Toy Story 2 (Had a blast playing as Buzz Lightyear), Descenders (It's on Game Pass as well, but now I get to play it on the console I mainly play), Serious Sam Trilogy, Tetris Effect, Luminous Remastered and others. I am even considering buying them if they ever left the service and other ones will take their place. Excited to see what other games they'll put and also what Classics they'll put in. Honestly I want to see Mega Man Powered-Up, Battle & Chase, Maverick Hunter X, both Sonic Rivals games, DarkStalkers Chronicle: The Dark Towers, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and more Star Wars like Episode III, StarFighter, both Battlefront games, Demolition, Dark Forces, Jedi Power Battles, The Clone Wars (Not Republic Heroes, but something I would like to see if they used the PS3 version and figure PS3 emulation on PS5), Tekken 1, 3, 4, 5 Dark Resurrection (PS3 with DLC), 6 (PS3), Tag 1 (PS3) and Tag 2, OG Resident Evil 2 and 3 (So both the remake and original counterparts can be playable on PS5) and maybe even older Dragon Ball and Naruto games like Budokai Tenkaichi 3, older Ultimate Ninja games and Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations and Revolution. Mouthful, but unless they make rereleases, then the Classics would be the next big thing.

@SerJosh97 Count me in! People have lack of patience or somehow are unsatisfied. All of these games like different series (Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Fallout, Trials, Star Wars, Saints Row, Yakuza, Jak & Daxter, Uncharted, Batman Arkham, etc.), hidden gems (No Straight Roads, Giana Sisters, Rad Rogers, etc.), classic games from PS1, PS2 and PSP and talks about a PS3 emulator for PS5. How is that enough gaming? People can have opinions, but they need to stop overpraising Xbox Game Pass. I can barely find anything to play on Game Pass vs. on what I can find on PS Plus Premium. Only reason why people just overpraise Xbox Game Pass to death is because of Day 1 releases which some of them don't even work when they released (Surgeon Simulator 2 and I Am Fish for good examples).

Simple fix: Do not buy. Do not complain.

I love how everybody is just overpraising Multiversus just because it's free. I tried it myself and I don't like it and failed to see how that game is better than this. Not disrespecting people who enjoyed it, but they need to admit the game's flaws and stop pretending it's the most perfect Smash-like game in the world like every single video game in the world. Yes, I am looking at you Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Final Fantasy VII, Super Mario Bros. 3, Mega Man 2, Smash Bros. Melee, Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, Mega Man X, SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom and Zelda: OoT.

@streetzman Also people needs to get out of there comfort zone with these digital and physical releases. It's worth it to have P3P and P4G on the big screen.

I got the game with PS+ so I got it for free to begin with and that explains why the removed it from Game Pass.

I am a huge Sonic fan. Could careless what nitpicky gamers or nostalgia-blinded gamers/Sonic fans have to say. I will forever love Sonic and you can't tell me otherwise! Born with Sonic and proudly will die with Sonic!
