Plenty of Xbox streams have been going all day (nearly) and it seems to run well, maybe surprisingly well. Very tempting.

@Otherbarry games you don't actively seek out and buy with your own money can be more easily disposable. I'd say 2 or 3 games a year get played properly, Hitman 2 at the moment. Loads more get downloaded but they have a very short time to grab my attention.

It's this sort of thing that puts me off game pass.

I think it's a very decent selection. Obviously it's not the best or latest version of MK which is a clear negative but the other 2 very much depend on the type of game you like. I play a fair amount of shooters and was looking at HLL so that would nearly justify the price of plus on it's own.

Not played any of the games mentioned so where would be the best place to start?

The one I should be most interested in is the one I know I won't like. I tried the first Hitman on + and just didn't get it, I know it's meant to be good but it just wasn't for me. Is hitman 2 much different?

It can only be Victor Meldrew can't it.

It's not the same as aim bots or wall hacks but it might show up who would be willing to use them if they were available.

I got the email but unless the sale contains some sort of air conditioning I'm not keen on turning my console on at the moment.

@B_Lindz mine too. I'm at the stage where I'm not too excited by them though.

Played on my original PS4 and only bought the game after launch so I was fully aware of all the issues so my expectations were not too high. With those slightly decreased expectations I felt the game ran okay, crashes were in infrequent (2 I think) and I didn't have any noticeable game affecting bugs.

In saying that even if the game ran like a dream and looked absolutely photo realistic it is still a really average game. A lot of time was clearly spent making a massive world but the actual story is really short and finishes quite abruptly (this does make seeing different endings nice and easy). Basically what I'm saying is that it's not just the technical issues that point to a slightly rushed finish but the whole game clearly wasn't ready, another 12 months was needed.

@Would_you_kindly @TheCollector316 it might be worth checking the From PlayStation notification that came with the first round as the second one goes in there too.

I think it's a good month but I'm not really that interested in either of the games I can play at the moment.

@Loftimus battlefield is much improved from launch. It still has its flaws but if you like the type of game it's worth a go.

The last one I played, 19 maybe, was absolutely killed by loading times. Every menu selection was greeted with a longer wait than loading a new game of the Witcher.

Played it and seen a couple of endings but in all honesty I think I've seen enough. For all the complaints about the game being unplayable (I played on PS4 and really ran into very few problems) my biggest issue is the game is merely okay. There are things I'd like to do in the game but having played through the whole story and lots of side missions the game just isn't good enough for me to play them again.

@Northern_munkey One of the major convenience's of the web store at the moment is as a non ps5 owner I can add the ps5 ps+ games to my account.

+1 for the £15 credit for ps now which does look a better deal than the ps+ one as there are always deals on plus.

Always slightly amazed looking through my trophy list and seeing really low percentages for early trophies. I can understand not finishing games but not finishing the first chapter takes some doing (I'm not talking brand new games here).

I can't speak for the ones you visited but the few I'm a member of don't fit your description.

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking removing communities is absolutely stupid.

There are loads that are very active, although less so since removing the app, and a good feature for getting games going.

I wonder what percentage of players that have problems play a lot of FPS games as they are the controller killers.

Nearly bought Tomb Raider in the recent sale so I'm happy that I didn't (thank you backlog) and will play it eventually.

I'm another enjoying it on PS4. I waited to see it running before buying so my eyes were fully open. On foot everything seems fine and I've seen very few glitches. In a vehicle things do look noticeably worse but it's honestly not such a problem for me.

Just a standard PS4 here so I'm waiting for the news on how it runs.

Maybe. Finished Tomb Raider and Read only Memories recently. At the same time there are loads that I haven't touched.

It's the thing that makes me think Game Pass might not be so great, if I haven't gone out of my way to choose to buy and play a game it has a very short time to sell itself to me.

I'm a complete gaming scaredy cat, I have no intention of deliberately terrifying myself. I'm playing the recent ps+ Tomb Raider and the dark caves are just about my limit.

Being one step removed and just watching is no problem, be that films or streams.

I like it but it's a shame communities hasn't been integrated, using a phone to type a message is miles easier than PS4.

@cschene these are different from the monthly ps+ games that you do need an active subscription to use, I see these sales as a nice bonus that isn't really thought of when you talk about ps+.

@cschene you own the game whether your ps+ is still active or not.
