@11001100110zero Haha, I can remember first watching it as a kid with my dad. Obviously not understanding most of the jokes! I watch at bare minimum once a year now.
I'd be interested in Flight Simulator. Possibly Forza. Beyond that, nothing really. If I was interested in their whole catalogue, I'd have bought an Xbox.
I really liked Killzone, and I think the world had more potential.
Hulst though he had Star Wars with Concord? He already had it with Killzone. The world could have lent itself to many different types of games.
However, everything comes to an end. The good part about this, is that eventually, we'll inevitably witness the death of Horizon, and then I can start paying attention to Guerrilla again.
No interest in side-scrollers or metroidvanias, but this still sucks. If your game doesn't sell a bazillion copies then you're cooked. The industry is on a bad path.
I have no idea what Sony are doing anymore. Well, not really, they're obviously chasing every last penny they can, but is it worth the damage to their own brand? Sales for this should be interesting.
PlayStation 5 has been the poorest generation of the storied console in my opinion. Both in terms of the company decision making, and first party content. I've been a PlayStation user since day one 30 years ago and haven't owned a computer in over 10 years, but with the direction the company are taking, PS6 is looking an unlikely purchase as things stand.
@Mintie It's one that, I really want to like, if that makes sense. I tried so hard with MH World, but it just never found the zone for whatever reason. It doesn't help that the menu system felt really obtuse to me, hopefully the new one is more streamlined, especially with regard to online play. I'm tempted to go all-in with Wilds and get in on the ground floor, day one. Maybe if some friends get it or a clan here or something! I'll watch and read more information and decide later.
Good to see so many of you participating this week!
Particularly interested in your thoughts on A Quiet Place, Echo. I think it looks really good in the trailer and has been sat on my wishlist for a while.
Can't go wrong with RGG, Sammy. I actually preferred The Man Who Erased His Name over Infinite Wealth (which I also love!), I just prefer the tighter games over the sprawling ones, so you know I'm ready for Majima and his piratey madness.
You're playing the new game, Redacted, set in the same world as Callisto Protocol? Or, wait, it's a secret game? Or maybe it's both!
As for me, I'm being patient and waiting for some price drops on games I'm interested in. I've played some classic favourites this year, and I'm going to add to that with LA Noire. I'm also thinking about replaying the modern trilogy of Tomb Raider which I think is genuinely underrated, so I think I'll make a start on Tomb Raider 2013.
Always struggled to get to grips with MH, but I'm still interested because it's such a big release. Hopefully I'm able to get into this one. Yakuza/Like a Dragon, however, is one of my favourite series, so it's a rare day one.
The fact that they even felt the need to come out and say this is utterly ridiculous. Games are too long, too short, too expensive, too cheap, too hard, too easy ... It's good that gamers have a voice, something that other forms of media entertainment really don't have, but I think there's times when developers really don't have to listen.

Re: PS5 Pro was a '5-Year Project', In Development Before PS5's Launch
Shame they don't seem to put the thought into their software as they do with their hardware anymore.
Re: PlayStation's Dual CEO Setup Has 'Opportunities and Risks'
As long as Hulst has any say in anything whatsoever, I have no trust in the company.
Re: Sony Says the Best Time to Get a PS5 Is Now
Doesn't say much for buying at launch.
Re: Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (PS5) - The Strongest Return to FPS Form
This was a regrettable purchase. I prefer MW2 and 3. Never have liked Treyarch as much as the others.
Re: Nuketown Inbound for Black Ops 6 on PS5, PS4
Not loving it so far. It's ok, but I preferred MW3, and MW2 more than that. Don't see myself putting in the hours I put into the previous two.

Re: Poll: Are You Playing the Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta?
Yes, I played it. I don't have any issues with the performance, I just didn't get any enjoyment out of it. Money saved.
Re: After a Tough Few Months, Sony Says It'll Keep Making PS5 Live Service Games
Thank goodness for 3rd party studios. I didn't like Hulst's appointment at the time, I like it even less now.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 552
Been playing Black Ops 6, and it's ... alright so far. It takes me a bit to get into the new game usually, and this one is no different.
Besides that, I'm playing Snowrunner, eFootball, and The Division 2.
Re: TV Show Review: Like a Dragon: Yakuza - Generic Japanese Crime Caper Doesn't Do SEGA Franchise Justice
@TheOldHunter4K I'll have to give that a look. 👍
Re: Cash Rewards Still Unavailable for Millions in PS5, PS4 Rewards Scheme PS Stars
So strange. Mine never went away.

Re: Horizon Zero Dawn PS5 Is an Absolutely Insane Upgrade
Graphics were never a problem. Though, this was a far superior game to its sequel.

Re: Sony's Guerrilla Sounds Completely Done with the Killzone Series
I'm probably done with Guerrilla, then. Sony's most overrated first party studio.
Re: Like It or Not, This Is Why PS5 Pro Doesn't Have a Disc Drive
It's not complicated. They're A. Cheap, and B. Want you inside their walled garden. Don't need to be an analyst for that.
