@Undead22 I saw quite a few of reviewrs pointing out Odyssey is moving the series even more from its roots.

I hope it will release on the start of PS5 cycle. It will give life to this incredible game. Maybe another push back of the release date may pay off.

@JoeBlogs They messed up the animus stuff too much and modern world story is just bad after they killed Desmond. I hope they will just ditch the modern day story in favour of historical one because it is obvious they dont know what to do with it. From what I have seen the only AC link are those artefacts like apple of Eden. Odyssey starts over 200 years prior to Origins which was about creating the Assassins order.

@Undead22 Look dude, I played every single Assassins Creed game and I platinumed Origins and spent over 70h in the game and dlcs. Not to mention I will buy Odyssey and I am a big history buff. I am even very excited for Odyssey! I LOVED Origins and it was a great game but that is not Assassins Creed game. They needed to evolve the series and I get that but they strayed off the lore path too much and a lot of old fans left the series. I am not whining, I am stating the facts! These are great games but they are not good assassins creed games if you can process that.

@JoeBlogs Origins was excellent and I dont doubt Odyssey will be too but those games are NOT Assassin's Creed. Where are the assassins and templars? They didn't even exist back then.These games are only RPGs set in historical settings. Ubisoft is milking the name too much.

I personally agree that this game deserves a lot more but I can't help to question if all of these are legitimate accounts. It seems a little strange that so many new accounts appeared but if my suspicion is wrong it is great that our community is getting so much bigger every day

I personally agree with ehat people are saying. This game is NOT a 6/10 when Bravo team is 5/10. Everyone is saying at least 8,9/10. You shouldn't lower the score (that is on metacritic!) because of an asumption?! Of course you should mention it but don't doom a great game because of it. I am sorry for the developers who surely did a great job with this vr multiplayer shooter... I should mention that I think normally Sammy is a GREAT writer and reviewer so this suprised me a lot.

Maybe put warning for language, this is a family site for all ages after all. I got censored for far smaller things.

This game looks so good but I think cyberpunk genre is not for me. I am personally in love with fantasy and historical settings (TW3, AC, RDR...) and I prefer third person camera. I am also not a massive fan of shooters but I feel a little obligated to play this game because it is coming from one of my favourite studios who made my favourite game of all time. I will wait until the game's reviews release and then decide if I will buy it or not. 90% chance is I will already buy it because cd projekt red is an amazing studio that deserves my money just for what they did with TW3.

I have a feeling this game is going to be great but it's just not my cup of tea. I mean, spiderman is alright but I just can't get excited for a superhero game as much as for rdr2, tlou2, death stranding, cyberpunk 2077 etc.
