That's a hell of a price for the xbox. although this is the less powerful version, it's an appealing price point for new adopter.

So much for the xbox exclusivity rumour then.
I loved the first 2 NG's, never played the third after how crap the demo was but hear Razors Edge was much better.

Absolutely loved what they did with Spyro, absolutely loved what they did with the Crash trilogy, enjoyed CTR (if it wasn't for the completely broken online aspect, which was a pretty huge part of it, I would have absolutely loved that too), and when I get THPS, I will 100% absolutely love that too.
I couldn't give less of a ***** what they do with their COD games and other franchises, the ones I am interested in are the ones they are smashing out of the park.
I also can't wait for Crash 4, though definitely prefer the artstyle from the trilogy.

I asked elsewhere, but didn't get an answer. Is the online on this actually functional, or is it like CTR and is just broken? Because it seems to be quite an important part of this. I can't wait to get my grubby little mitts on it and relive my childhood.

Watched it on IGN. Literally the only thing that was interesting was R&C, and during the stream that ran at about 3fps and had no audio.
So that was 2 hours of my life I'm never getting back.

Looking forward to this badboy. But I really hope you can turn off the damage counters. And mute the conversations 😂 It's also nice that it seems that each character has their draws, I was expecting it just to be Nightwing (he's the one for me tbf) or Batgirl, but there's lots of people who are liking Red Hood and Robin too.

Guacamelle for less than £2 is an absolute bargain. Great little game. Loved it until I got lost and then I forgot what I was meant to be doing.

RS did Arkham, then WBM did Arkham prequel, which ended with a SS tease. RS did Knight which finished with Bruce dying. WBM then carried on with the death of Bruce. And RS carried on with the SS that WBM had teased. Yet none of them carry on the continuity.🤪

Also, there is absolutely ZERO chance Bruce is dead, and there is a huge chance he will be the Talon - this is "Arkham Knight DEFINITELY ISN'T Jason Todd wink" all over again.

Having said that, looks good. Don't like the forced humour and quips, and the damage counters are awful, but looks good other than that.

Don't like the quips and "humour," and I best be able to turn off those bloody damage counters. Other than that, sold.

@Netret0120 Like I say, I definitely wasn't before that game. But I had so much fun Digivolving and de-digivolving everything and learning how the fights worked. I think I was missing about 10 from the entire catalogue of monsters, good fun.

Very tempted by Digimon Hackers Memory, that's the cheapest I've seen it go for and I had 200 hours in the first one (never knew ANYTHING about Digimon before I got that game).

I have never seen such a defense force for a game as what this recieves whenever it is mentioned. People are allowed to dislike something the same way they are allowed to like it.

@OMG_Waffles Will be eventually, but probably not at launch. I'm done with re7 I think, but I'll hope that VIIIage has the rumoured vr and will give that a whirl in the hopes it doesn't try to kill me 🤞

@OMG_Waffles Yeah it's a shame because I heard many people praise it for it's vr use, but I just couldn't do with the headache and eye strain.

@OMG_Waffles God I hated the VR in re7, it physically hurt.
The pop in, the draw distance, the blur, the movement, everything just physically hurt my eyes. I'm on an og ps4 which might make all the difference, but I couldn't get past about the first half hour or so in vr and had to play the rest pancake. Odd because Arkham VR, Playroom, Astrobot etc all were fine and caused no problems.

Did I read that right, this is their FIRST title since the studio was created 11 YEARS ago? Jesus, and EA shutdown some great studios after not creating a game in a couple years. Either way, this looks nice.

Is it still the general consensus that re3 should have been an expansion to re2? I haven't played it yet, but 3 was my favourite in the series, and really enjoyed the re2 remake.

For the first time ever I'm going to own an xbox. People ask why, but for someone like me who has never owned one, and who's gaming pc is dated (970gtx 2.8ghz i7...) the cost of upgrading the components to make it even nearly as good as the series x specs would be much, much more than buying a console. Add free game pass and it's a winner to allow me to catch up on everything I've ever missed xbox wise and trial the newer games that get released onto the service

Will obviously be getting a ps5 as well at some point, but going to be waiting for a HZD/TLOU/GOW tier bundle like the ps4 got.

Also, considering I'm on an og (white) phatboy ps4, I imagine the step up to be pretty spectacular on both sides.

As few of these as I have played, I can't agree with much of this list. Everyone's is their own I guess.

I've had a few serious issues where I get the blue screen and an error to report to sony, but other than that it's ran pretty well. It's been a good laugh.

@FredBiletnikoff Absolutely is. New regional accounts can be created for a new trial each time. Never said it was worth the time investment, never said it was worth doing. I'm just saying it's possible.

After lightening the image in PS, that's definitely Supes with some huge facial scarring, or Bizarro. That pink mist around his face is also quite important I'd imagine.

@rjejr The rumoured title is Suicide Squad kills the Justice League. Which would suggest they're hunting the members down, hence Superman in the cross-hairs.

I actually hope it plays a little different to Arkham games. I've said before I think a Peace Walker style game would work well for SS. Take on various missions of varying difficulty and style (a kidnap, an assassination, steal some files etc), tougher missions needs more of the squad, where a simple assassination could just be one but handled in different ways (ie you can choose Harley and go in for a full assault using your bat and guns, or use Deadshot and have him plan a sniper attack etc). But glad this has finally been announced and can't wait to see what WBM are going to crank out.

@JJ2 Seems the controller is getting software updates, I think that's going to pave way to at least some sort of customisation of the features.

I said that I hoped this would be the game that gets me back into playing online as I literally have not played online in months, and it was.
Not entirely sure on how long it'll hold attention, but it's great fun.

Eh, I stand by it, exclusives should only be from first party devs, other than that it should be the same content across the board. Also, I understand Sony throwing money at devs during the ps1 days as they were the new kid on the block and needed to create a following, I don't think they really need to do that these days with the amount of brand loyalty they have (112 million ps4 sold is nuts).

If absolutey nothing else, everyone should experience the soundtrack of this game. Amazing.
The rest of the game is awesome too, but soundtrack is the absolute stand out of it.

Price isn't that important, those who have committed to being an early adopter are going to end up buying it regardless. What is important is the software that is going to ship with, or nearly with, it.
