@Anguspuss have you tried moving away from the screen and having more light in your room so that you see more of the room than the screen? Would that help reduce/avoid triggering of a seizure?

They are slightly different from a normal Seizure more of an episode were my brain gets confused & worst one is like been switched off & on again. Then motion sickness & migraine . Stupid things like walking up an escalator that isnt moving triggers it as well.

Re: Video: Does Carnival Games VR Bring All the Fun of the Fair to PS4?

Anguspuss

is this the same shovelware that was on the wii & kinect. It was awfull on the wii. (gameplay wise) ran fine on a supped up GC. The power of the ps4.

I would love VR but it dosen't work for me & like 3d movies is a waste of time. But if they want to kill of VR before it starts this is the way to go. Cheap cash in at best.

Re: UK Retailer GAME Wants to Charge You to Demo PlayStation VR

Anguspuss

I can go into a garage test drive a new £35k car for free. But go to crappy game store to try a £350 might be dropped by sony in 10 months time piece of plastic. (lets face it kinect & move got dropped). The support for xb1 & ps4 cameras have been outstanding. You want me to pay. Sorry for other game stores but ours is a poo hole.

You have been warned about your language. See you in a few days -Tasuki-

Re: Review: Skylanders: Imaginators (PS4)

Anguspuss

well i got crash set. My little 3 1/2 year old girl always wants to try play on my ps4/tablet. We tried disney inf. But didnt work. Skylanders Imaginators had a play together she enjoyed it. Then gave her the creation crystal & she customised everything. Now with a Valentina fire ninja purple creation not only does she want to play with it on skylanders but it now gets stored in her special shelf beside her bed. Plus you unlock so much playing game the micro transactions are nothing. But the creation crystals really do take it to next level.

Re: Review: The Assembly (PS4)

@gbanas92 The glasses aren't an issue for me as it just wont work for me with or without. But im a firefighter over 10 years & when potential recruits came for physical & claustrophobia tests. The tests had to carried out carrying our equipment. But as they couldn't use the air cylinders the masks would fog up really quickly. But this should have been addressed before these all reached market. There are various things try I live in north pole so heat humidity isnt an issue for me.

But they should all state if you have lazy eye defective non binocular vision you should try before spending a load of moneyj

Re: Review: The Assembly (PS4)

Anguspuss

Dont get me wrong would like it to succeed. I can understand why people like it.

But a huge complaint is that like me there are lots of people that it wont work for. 3d movies 3ds all don't work as I dont have level vision. Same as VR but unless you try it or see reviews from reviewers that have the same issue. None of the vr maker's seem to point this out. Or fogging of glasses etc.

Re: Review: The Assembly (PS4)

Anguspuss

seems like the WII all over again quick cash in with waggy movements added for no reason & the kinect move games that cashed in as well.

This will kill VR off.

Re: Review: Headmaster (PS4)

Anguspuss

PlayStation VR headset mean that you can't actually ever unleash your inner-Alan Shearer – but we'd be being pretty harsh if we gave it a red card for something that's out of the developer's control.

Surly it has to be developers fault if you gave it a red card. Didn't they have access unit to develop game for.

Re: Talking Point: Did Sony's PlayStation Meeting 2016 Presser Deliver?

Anguspuss

i play on 24" monitor next to pc. Our 42" tv died we just ended up getting really good 32" as kids watch it more than anyone else. My dad has 50" 4k tv looks amazing movies great. But day to day stuff it was just another big tv. If pro delivers on better frame rate etc. maybee Id consider it, But untill Ive seen the proof. (& its games I want to play) Ill keep hands in pocket. I suffer motion sickness & seizures so PSVR is no go for me So its a wait & see. But the presentation was dull as hell.

Re: Poll: Are You Still Playing No Man's Sky?

Anguspuss

@get2sammyb I agree 100%. Luckily I was on holiday for 3 weeks so cancled my preorder. But Sean saying dont watch videos pre release as it would spoil the experience was he talking about another bloody game. I watched a review/rant on youtube that had the centre of the universe. I was pissed of I wasted the 10 minutes watching never mind buying the game. It was sold as modern day elite & turned out like a spectrum knock off. The developers need to do a ton of work to it ak Drive club & ban Sean Murray from being in public or sack him. I have a 19 year old brother in law who speaks exactly like him vague as hell. He might not be dishonest but he sure as hell isnt being honest.

Re: Gamers Demanding a No Man's Sky Refund Aren't Happy with Sony

Anguspuss

my main issue is all the storm NMS dev came out with regarding the early released footage & gameplay. Quote it would spoil it for everyone. Watched all the videos it just bored me. (no ref game I can watch a review video but id rather play than watch). But heres the biggie it didnt spoil SFA.
But the vague comments from the developer obviously missing elements. & boasts of the game that its same as nearly any other game just smoke & mirrors. Hopefully like the similar drive club. It might end up being close to the game it promised boasted to be

Re: Hello Games Urges Those with Early Copies of No Man's Sky Not to Play

Anguspuss

@Kage_88 100% agree if game isnt rady to be shipped dont print the bloody discs. So if you don't have internet or a slow connection. Does the box say in BOLD LETTERS DONT PLAY THIS TILL FIRST DAY PATCH. If not stop shipping the thing. They have plenty of time to sort it & play it. Example homefront the revolution totally broken on ps4. Did they actually play it on a PS4. If you cant/wont put out review copies dont put the game for sale.

Re: Final Fantasy XV Gets its Inevitable Season Pass Reveal

Anguspuss

@Matroska yeah but SNES NES games came in a physical cart that depending on the extra chips included would boost price. Now most games are designed for download. If I buy a game now on ps store You should also fact the cost to me as well. As I have to pay for the broadband to download it & the electric cost of the ps4 running (dont have fastest BB). then you consider space on hdd wear & tear etc etc. I burned through 4 xbox 360. 3 were fixed replaced by MS. I still have a snes that still works fine.

Re: Review: ABZÛ (PS4)

Anguspuss

Well I actually pre ordered. One as had read about it seen some clips. 2nd my 3 year old girl seen it & was just amazed. Im just downloading it as soon as she seen saw the screen she asked to play it. so hard to find a decent diving game.

Re: PS4's Interplanetary Sim No Man's Sky Won't Take Hundreds of Hours to Finish

Anguspuss

@blakey78 I have a 3year old girl & 1 year old boy. After taking my 3 year old to see last Thomas the tank engine movie I wish I had seen, read the spoilers as didnt realise it was a bloody musical. so not all spoilers are bad. I thought in 2016 we had the technology to avoid spoilers I thought DONT FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF CLICK ON PAGE. Would work for most people.
It is a really difficult task. I dont want to know the story in latest game. Big secret dont clck on any bloody links that are connected to game. Im sure my 3 year old can work that out.
sorry for the thomas Spoiler everyone.

Re: PS4's Interplanetary Sim No Man's Sky Won't Take Hundreds of Hours to Finish

Anguspuss

Cant believe the witch hunt. Lets face it if you really wanted a game & money wasnt an issue you would be the same. My now no longer in buisness local game store you could get the game day early or earlier if it came in quicker.

The end of the day its just a bloody computer game. If the finished product is so great especially that its not really a story driven game why the review embargo. Been burned too many times as soon as I see a review embargo I cancel the preorder.

Re: No Man's Sky Maker Urges Fans to Avoid Spoilers as $1,300 Copy Leaks Online

Anguspuss

@get2sammyb Here is a stupid question regarding the review embargo etc.
Its randomly generated planets wildlife massive galaxy etc. But he dosen't want to spoil it. So day 1 it comes out reviews everywhere so the game is spoiled for everyone that dosent pick it up day 1. Im on holiday that week so game will be ruined for me lol. As soon as I see anything with a review embargo I cancel pre order. You might understand if its a story driven game. But I watched clip game just starts nothing was shown that could ruin game. The only thing I thought was it looked like the planet missions from star trek online. Instead of bashing the guy with money to burn. Shouldn't he be bashing the person that sold it.

Really wanted to play it but the review embargo just ruined the experience for me.
still going buy it

Re: Review: Fallout 4: Vault-Tec Workshop (PS4)

Anguspuss

I really think Bethesda will find future season passes a hard sell. As the DLC after all the talk of being so much its more like how much. The best part of it has been a total disaster on the ps4 with the didnt you test it for island.

Re: Review: Fallout 4: Vault-Tec Workshop (PS4)

Anguspuss

@Splat i acutally got it before price hack when you got £15 back if you got the £50 credit promotion. But still disapointed with DLC. Not as bad as the Homefront Revolution no MIA DLC. But I only picked up collectors edition with the RC Goliath for £60 inc game/season pass. Me kids had great fun with the Goliath played with a lot more than the game lol.
