I did pick up on black friday xbox one elite & elite controller for £199
Its a nice controller but its a stupid price as well & not worth regular retail price

@get2sammyb get better soon Sammy my main concern is the AI read a few issues with Trico. I remember Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom I wanted to take that bloody walking rock to the deepest ocean trench & push him overboard. Now I have 3 1/2 & 1 1/2 little ones. I have enough trying get the to do anything without beating my head against a brick wall. So when I get to play a game last thing I want is the same.

@Ralizah i think there is going to be lots of issues with ps4 pro on 4k, Look at gaming pc that struggle. Main issue is this game kept changing the console it was developed for. Especially adding in it was supposed to be released on the doomed Cell cpu ps3.

sorry £38.24 after 15% ps plus discount. I bought it at launch & it was in a box it didnt cost that much. Seriously you think it was gearbox releasing it

Would also point out I only own one physical game for my ps4 (skylanders) everything else same as my pc,xbox 1 is digital

@Anguspuss how so? Did you mean "Bumped up" compared to recent sales prices or to regular prices before any Black Friday sales etc.? Most of these have been reduced prices for ages. In every month sales
sleeping dogs, Dishonored,tomb raider all been under £10 (i bought them)
omega quintet & the witch & a 100 knight even released werent £35 & have both been on sale at under £9. The retail price of these in uk at release want £35. Not even close.

Amazon,Game etc etc are all guilty of doing this as well. But I wouldnt recommend anyone to get anything in that deal if you are in UK.

@Neolit would be if you didn't notice a lot of the games prices have been bumped up.

With the present economy & price gaming going up. New MK2 consoles coming out both sony/microsoft need to do more justify the cost.

@adf86 simple release a early access version like say Subnautica. Anyone couldn't wait then they could play. Also would have helped if Sean hadn't jollied around the world on every show he could. Then game comes out & silence.

The easiest thing would have been release game & tell everyone what the plan was for next 6 months. You would have still got some idiot's but most normal people would have been satisfied. But remember this was released same price as AAA game. Had it been any bigger studio It would have actually got more flak.

why didnt they hold off a few months to release this Version, Sales would have been strong & player base would have stayed. Im re buying the game now.

maybee if sean had spent more time at studio instead of going on every talk show he could. Then game comes out people play it & it was like space completely silent. I did enjoy it but simple things like aliens didnt do anything buildings all the same. & a state of the art spaceship that didnt have a map.

with all the big name failures this month poor sales before. Is it being cynical not better to wait to see if game survives before buying anything before the fire sale.

I can't see it being rescued a 2nd or is it 3rd time.

Game online is fine. I bought the xbox elite console on early black friday sale for £199. Then used remaining points towards a blue XB1 controller. But in store is just a ripp off. Used games for £39.99. We have 2 stores here & (carefully worded after getting in trouble last time of my description). One is just a total mess its like some old cheap & nasty game store that have all long gone. I really do think apart from a few flag ship stores that game should cut losses & be a online store. They seem forget putting up prices before black friday/xmas/new year sales wont work. As most of the parents now are from gaming generations.

@get2sammyb yep nothing exciting. god of war is a good deal but already have it. Have to say xbox live the same titles on sale are cheaper. You think game/amazon 101 other places going to get the bucks with physical versions this is pretty poor.

also ps4/xbox one lack of younger age group games. & controllers my little girl struggles with the ps4 controller. I splashed out on xbox one elite in black friday sale I love elite controller but its a bloody heavy beast.

@Bliquid agree 100% I have 2 gaming monitors on my desk a ps4/xbox one & pc hooked up. then add in tablet mobile phone. I think days of one game machine are long gone. Will be interesting to see how nintendo fill the gap of the 2ds when the switch comes out.

I bought the game of the year version £11.99 & the upgrade £3.19 & on store page it shows me as having purchesed the delux edition that is £25.99 which is £10 more than getting the other two together
