I agree with you on this. I read on it on IGN and none of it makes sense with what Konami has officially said. Norman Reedus even said that a majority of the Motion Capture moments hadn't been done, so how could the game be 80% complete? Seems to be a load of hogwash. Good article!

C'mooon, it wasn't THAT bad. Cheesy as heck, yeah! But as a commercial it wasn't bad.
TL;DR I like cheesy commercials.

I think they did a pretty darn good job with this. The transitions were all very smooth and it was pretty silly, in an eerie sort of way.

Sadly, I absolutely hated the first game. I don't often get buyers remorse for games I get on sale, but I couldn't believed I had wasted $10 on it. I'm glad at least some people are enjoying the series still, but I got burnt out on the original.

I didn't realize EA brought The Orange Box, but at the very least the games were released on PS3. Maybe Gabe just had a really bad time with Customer Service and decided PS3 wasn't worth his time- I have a similar feeling about Microsoft's Xbox. Pretty ironic now though, that PS4 is the king of New Gen consoles and Xbone is struggling to gain the same traction.

Doesn't anyone remember Portal 2 on the PS3? That game had the built-in function called Steamworks that allowed players to be able to get the game for free on PC in addition to being able to actually play with PC users! I may be a bit presumptuous but I think Valve did absolutely everything right with Portal 2 on PS3. Xbox didn't even get the whole steamworks deal.
Plus there's The Orange Box, which had Half Life 2 in it's entirety, the original Portal and Team Fortress 2 (Which actually is an inferior version, but still had enough content to make it worthwhile).

It's really clever that the Portal Gun and the Turrets are actually the same piece, saves a nice chunk of change. I am absolutely ecstatic about this though, this is the first time I've ever seen Valve team up with Lego! I'll clear off a special spot on my lego shelf for you, GLaDOS!

This is more fantastic news, as Zen Pinball is one of my favorite Vita games. It's one that I can always go back to in times of boredom.

It goes to show developers, gamers WANT to go back to the classic roots.

I'm actually going to get Star Wars Racing Revenge and Bounty Hunter, plus some new Star Wars Zen Pinball tables and PS1's Dark Forces.

What ever happened to physical goods? It wasn't even so long ago when they were still giving out real life goodies here in the US.
Lost Planet 2 came with a mini Gordient plush at some retailers, Dead Rising 2 came with a "roll of duct tape" that was actually a T-Shirt. Heck, even "Transformers" for the DS game came with an actual Transformer toy. There's also games like Donkey Kong Country Returns that got a DK Tie in other countries. Whatever happened to all those real life goodies?

Konami is tired of being in business, clearly. Just sell off all your IPs to people who respect the brand.

To them I say, SHAAAAAME! No, but seriously, it's been a pretty big part of the formula since the get-go. I wasn't trying to undermine the article in any way, just seemed an odd thing to make a big deal about to me.

Well this really shouldn't be news to anyone. In all the previous games, the MVP of the team is offered the chance to play as one of these legendary villains (or heroes) and do some real punishment to the opposing team. Also, let's not forget the game mode which pits heroes and villains against one another exclusively, without the foot soldiers anywhere to be seen.

I am so excited beyond belief. May have to pull out my Jedi robes and don them once again.

Jump! Ultimate Stars seems to have more characters to play as, and a more diverse roster at that. I'm actually quite disappointed now.

I will not be supporting EA with a subscription to nothing. I'll buy the game, and the inevitable DLC, but no way are they getting that little extra.
