He really was just talking about old Gran Turismo games, not old games in general. He is right in that department, why the hell would anyone want to replay old GT games is beyond me.

This is why Sony are beating the crap out of Microsoft ... they're not making their consoles redundant by putting their games on every other platforms.

I loved the first game and with what I just saw this is better in every way. This just became my most anticipated game of the year.

@OMGitsLiamT Except every other roguelike have a save system in place that allow you to quit and resume where you left off later. Housemarque were incompetent in this case.

Every other roguelike games out there have a save system. This not having it is wrong. It's not because the game is hard, it's because not everyone has hours to play the game every time they start it.

Putting it in rest mode isn't going to do it since you can't do anything while your progress is paused.

I wish Freedom Wars would get a PS4/PS5 port. Same for Soul Sacrifice Delta.

Dreams is really for the creative types, which is why it will never be as popular as their other exclusives. As someone who lacks any creativity, I don't see the point in buying this just to actually play levels and I am pretty sure a lot of people think like this.

This is why they reported at some point that there were a lot of creations, but almost no one to actually play them.

Don't bother with it. It's still cheaper to buy it from CDKeys. That offer is still very much there and I am starting to think CDKeys offer is permanent.

It's 29.79 usd and 37.89 cad on cdkeys and I am pretty sure it's been at least that for a year or more. Sometime, they shave off a few extra dollars with promos, but even at that price, it's much cheaper than what Sony ever offer.

Not to sound mean, but unless that's when the game actually release, please don't say that, because it won't be true. Considering we've literally seen nothing of this game, it's still definitely a year away at least.

Must be why this port is taking so long. To tell you the truth, unless the remaster is locked at 60fps and include the RDR2 engine at 4K, I don't think I will be buying it. The PS4 version didn't do anything to the visuals and performance aside upping the resolution to 1080p (and the difference was so little that it was not worth the price they asked for). It was exactly the same game, but playable on new gen. First person mode was also unnecessary imo.

I loved VR, but it could have been more confortable, especially for people with glasses. Also, it's way too hard to setup. I spent an hour setting up and it was still a little blurry. It shouldn't be that complicated to get an image.

@playstation1995 I disagree. It just wasn't that good and it was riddled with bugs and gliches. I genuingly don't understand how this got 89 on metacritics.

Meanwhile, Days Gone was a better game in every way, got trashed on because it had bugs and glitches (less than bioware and bethesda games), yet it's at 71 when the thing should be sitting at 80 or 90 on metacritics.

Bethesda and Bioware are getting free passes even though they mostly release average games.

I genuinly don't care about GTA Online. I just want them to release GTA5 on PS5 with enhancements like they said so I can replay it again. With all the time it's taking, it better be massively improved, 60fps with RDR2 engine, because the PS4 version was garbage and barely improved on the PS3 version.

I was already planning to buy it, but this new gameplay made me preorder it.

Unfortunately, this means that carrying over your demo save will lock you out of some trophies if you met the requirement during the demo. Meaning you have to start a new save if you want to go for the platinum.

Kena Bridge of Spirits is the only thing that interest me. I will pass on the rest, they don't look really good.

Just wondering, is there any appeal to this game if you're playing solo?

AC Valhalla was pretty good. Only problem is that it was a little too long. Some regions had useless story that they could have not put in the game and it wouldn't have made a difference.

@wiiware I would take any form of remaster for it as long as it's 60fps. I have no idea why they're not doing it, I think it's the remaster that most people are asking about since the PS5 came out.

They should do this with bloodborne. Maybe instead, remaster it for PS5 at 60fps because everything is tied to the fps cap, so it would require more work. One of the few games from last gen I'd actually buy again.

I finished the story. Liked the game, but there wasn't enough content at launch to keep going after the story. Plus, I was tired of sitting through those ridiculous load screens that took forever.

So no THPS3+4 remake. Damn you Activision.

No, the PS5 is superior in every way except for the UI which is lacking for now (but that will be fixed with some updates). It plays all PS4 games better and it loads so much faster it's not even funny.

@Hyperluminal Except the game doesn't have grind that is artifically high like you say. The game is pretty easy and the story give you more than enough XP to level up enough without having to do any grind whatsoever. It's even easier if you do some side stuff like mysteries along the way since they also give skill points.

You could argue that was the case for Odyssey because the story quests were gated behind high level requirements, but that's only if you tried to do only the story. If you were, you weren't playing the game properly since they wanted you to explore and get more XP that way.

This game wasn't designed with the XP boost in mind at all. It's just the excuse you people use to bash any game with microtransactions. If you really have trouble keeping up with the difficulty in this game, it's not because it requires you to grind or it's hard, it's actually because you suck and you need to git gud like people say.

I am power level 377, finished the story and killed all the members of the order and I am just a few minutes under 40 hours playtime. That's without any XP booster (it wasn't even out at that time) so when you say it's grindy on purpose, you're definitely lying.

There is areas with enemies that are power level 350, but I was killing them pretty easily when I was 100 levels or more below. If you constantly upgrade equipment and get abilities, those numbers really don't mean anything.

I will play the game on PS5, so I will just get the PS4 version when it gets cheap on PSN. It will definitely be 50% off at least sometime next year.

Completely useless in this game. The story quests gives you more than enough exp so you won't be underleveled. Hell, the more abilities you have, the easier it gets. By the end, I was like power level 285 and was completely destroying enemies at power level 350.

I finished the story and I took out all members of the order of the ancients yesterday. I am done, I won't go back to this game. It was fun, but I am not going for the platinum trophy, too time consuming.

PS5 technically beat the switch everywhere. The Switch only "won" because the PS5 was out of stock. Had the PS5 been in stock, it would have won in every countries.

Mark my words, Housemarque and Bluepoint games will be acquired by Sony eventually and probably sooner rather than later.

I bought the PC version. I am not going to buy a gimped console version for this, especially with the way it uses DLSS, I will be able to run this at 1440p/60fps maxed.

I am almost certain that the PS5 will win NPD in North America by a huge margin. Switch might win december and January, but as soon as the PS5 stock situation isn't going to be an issue, the PS5 will win every months and the Switch will become permanent second place.

Meanwhile Xbox will be third place 95% of the time with a second place once in a blue moon.

I am waiting for a sale to get this game. It will likely come pretty soon seeing as how messed up it is. Gearbox stuff always go on sale quickly.

I have a PS5, now I am trying to find a Pulse 3D headset. They're sold out everywhere too (along with charging stations, but I got one of those).

I heard a high pitch noise at some point and thought this was my PS5 for a second. Then a few minutes later, it happened again, but my PS5 was off. Turn out it was my old computer that I use as a media server and not my ps5.

It's not the case if you're using a wired connection (like any smart person would if they were able to). The speed is going to be exactly the same for me in this case, which is my full speed.

Will the DLC and remaster DLC trophies count toward platinum or do you just need the regular trophies for platinum?

I can get bugsnax without paying for it, so I am happy. As for Middle Earth Shadow of War and Hollow Knight, I've already played them, but they're very good. Especially Hollow Knight, it's by far one of the best metroidvania game this gen, if not the best.

Amazon is shipping my copy today and I will receive it tomorrow or thursday. I thought of cancelling preorder because they were late and preorder on PSN, but I guess I made the right choice in keeping my physical copy. Now I have all 4 games on PS4 as physical copies. This is probably the last physical game I will ever buy too.
