Re: Poll: Did You Buy Armored Core 6?

Matt_Berial

I haven't played an Armored Core game in years! Me and friends would stay up late coming up with different configurations for missions, it was a lot of fun.

I'm going to be buying this when I can.

200 isn't too steep, but it isn't low either. I'm unsure on this device as of now. If it was more than a mirroring device for the PS5 than I would probably get one at launch. Like say a handheld gaming device that can also be used to mirror off of a PS5 would be much more desirable to me, maybe even others I'm sure. I still might get it if it's pretty useful, but I'll have to wait until after launch a bit to do a bit of research on it and see how it fares.

@XboxTheBestBox Said: "I STRONGLY doubt that. Look at what b/c has done for Xbox. Old Call of Duty games have charted in the top ten.

Are you telling me that PS3 games wouldn’t chart? Trust me they would.

Also, it would unify the ecosystem. The PlayStation community would be very happy to have everything in one place."

I agree with this completely.

Another thing I want to address. I haven't been on here in forever because of work, girlfriend, and other duties/obligations. You don't come across as unreasonable, yeah, your name might make you seem like a troll but you don't come across that way to me. I care more about what some one says, than what their name might say on a forum/website.

Just ignore anyone who insults or tries to dismiss you. It's not relevant or adding any value to discussions being had. I'd rather hear what someone has to say even if it doesn't always align with what I like, or the same viewpoint.

Re: Poll: What Do You Think of Apex Legends?

Matt_Berial

I prefer it over Fortnite that is for sure, I hated the building aspect to Fortnite though, and the 3rd person aiming, did not like how it was done.

The two games I'll be playing is PUBG, and Apex Legends, probably more Apex Legends though, I like the feel of the game and the gun play. I wish there were more Legends to choose from, the character designs look terrible to me though, but it's really not that big of a deal I suppose. Playing with friends is a blast, so that is all I really care.

Re: PSN Name Changes Confirmed by Sony, First Is Free, Then You Have to Pay

Matt_Berial

@AFCC Same here, can't wait to change mine. When I first made my name I was under the impression that you could change it, which I should of looked into more at the time, but it didn't dawn on me. There was other applications and stuff that allowed you to be able to on the web, so I thought maybe the PSN did it as well at the time, but man I was wrong. lol

World of Warships with two buddies once in awhile, I started up Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King on PS2, and I will be firing up Star Ocean: Till The End of Time again on PS4, need to progress more and level up as well.

That Is basically all I have been playing, been eyeing System Shock: Enhanced Edition in my games folder on the Twitch Desktop App.

More Nioh as usual. Finally on Way of The Demon, it's really freakin' hard. You have some enemies that are glowing red and have anywhere between 5 or 6 buffs on them to boost their Attack or Ki, not sure what the other buffs do, but man they can destroy you if they hit you. I got shot by a Yokai's Pistol and was immediately killed.

I got a new sword that I am going to be re-forging for Way of The Demon, the base attack is higher than my other swords base attack, so I might be able to get the attack to 2,000 or higher with soul matching. My current sword's attack is 1,417. Here is the stats on my weapon. https://i.imgur.com/OxoryDL.jpg (Note: The second to last stat is Increase Consecutive Attacks.) I might just cannibalize this weapon for soul matching with a new weapon I'll be using. But I need to start re-forging for the stats before I start Soul Matching.

Difficulty level goes like this in Nioh.

Way of The Samurai: Highest Level Mission Without DLC 175, With It's 270.
Way of The Strong: Highest Level Mission Without DLC 370, With It's 470
Way of The Demon: Only have 3 Regions unlocked so far, so I don't know the max level without DLC and with yet. But it's really difficult so far.

Re: Talking Point: Is PS4's September Starting to Look Way Too Crowded?

Matt_Berial

I'm excited for Spyro: Reignited Trilogy, I haven't played Spyro in a very long time, so I can't wait to replay through the game again.

I mostly don't care for super hero games/movies but the Spider Man game is looking really good, so I might pick that up at some point after it's release.

And putting Shadow of The Tomb Raider on my buy list.

Nioh: Complete Edition. I've been reforging my weapons for better stats. I have a pretty strong one now which I'm liking so far.

Final Fantasy 14 Online: StormBlood. Geared up my Samurai's ilevel to 342, and got a stronger weapon than my old one.

Tomb Raider. Taking my time with this, and enjoying it. I eventually want to get Rise of The Tomb Raider.

Not really playing too much of anything at the moment. I was playing Tales of Symphonia on Game Cube, not sure how far along I am in the story though but I am enjoying the game. Little bit of CoD4 on PC, need to get a replacement for my mouse I have since I think the software is borked in the mouse or some thing. Need a bigger mouse pad for my desk, and I have been playing a little bit of Nioh here and there.
