I've never played Devil May Cry, so this sounds amazing. I'll get it if it gets a physical release.

Looks pretty awesome. I'd buy it, but I sadly have only completed Final Fantasy 7 and 15. I got most of the way through 6, but stopped at the second half because it felt too tedious.

Why can't they ever think of something else for animes but brawlers or fighting games?

@adf86 I would literally die if PS5 was backward compatible with everything. Maybe not "truly" backwards compatible, but at least in the way the Xbone is, with game discs unlocking digital game downloads.

Just give us Persona 3 and 4 as PS2 classics. Thanks. Oh, and where the heck are all the PS1 games?

I'll wait until their next huge taken king like expansion. I bought that for 40 bucks physical and it came with the previous two dlcs as well.

@Cassetticons Yeah I'm more interested in a great story when it comes to JRPGs. Hopefully a collection will come westward for PS4.

So how good exactly are these games? Are we talking Nier Automata and Persona levels of good? Or just Tales of levels of good?

You know what? I'd totally play this if it was it's own quality, well polished game. But I'm done with XV forever at this point.

@KirbyTheVampire Agreed. If there ever was a poor man's Splatoon, it would be this game. Splatoon had a much better Battle Royale mode.

Geez. This really looks like a poor man's Splatoon after all. I was hoping it wouldn't turn out like this. I thought that perhaps it could be even BETTER than Splatoon. But nope. Not even close to Splatoon 1. Just a poor man's Splatoon.

Lol. I never stick with one game for too long, so I for one, won't be paying any subscription fees for anything I play.

@Gamer83 I agree. These mid-generation revisions never interest me. They didn't with Nintendo, and they still don't. Tell me when the NEXT generation starts, and I'll be there. Until then, I'm satisfied. I'd rather spend more money on games, than a revised box to play them on.

I need Japanese AND Western games. Xbox supplies one of those, and even then, the only exclusive they have that I want to play is Gears of War. THAT is why Xbox is behind this generation.

Oh please let it be a direct sequel! I really want to play as these characters again. Hopefully with a bigger budget this time too.

I really can't stand this stupid service approach. I personally don't have time to spend playing only one game, because I like to experience as many as my budget will allow. Will people even have time to play all these service games?

Hmm, maybe I'll buy it then, because I'm only interested in the story and local multiplayer anyway.

Oh no! Not black and white suit man! /sarcasm. I'm referring to the superpowered business suit guys. I'm not really a fan of them. The rest of the game looks great! But those guys... they're kind of generic in my opinion.

Honestly, I'm not really that excited for this game. I thought the first game was interesting, but too dark for my tastes.

@naruball I'm with you. I loved Persona 5, but I definitely slogged through the last 20 hours with it. I'd rather have nice 20 to 30 hour long RPGs, than 80 plus hour ones.

I agree with this man. I hardly EVER buy open world or multiplayer only games. I love games that are good experiences that I can beat within 20 to 30 hours. 12 to 15 is good too. Anything after 30 and I get bored.

@carlos82 Literally the only PS4 games this year that I can say I had a QUALITY experience with were Nier Automata and Persona 5. THAT'S IT. Neither of which, are "games as a service", and neither of which have lootboxes. What I wanna know is, who the **** are buying these things? Because I certainly am not.

I'm kind of looking forward to it. Hopefully the story will be good.

This makes me sad, because while I really enjoy Destiny 2 , my favorite games from this year have been Persona 5, and Nier Automata. As well as LOCAL multiplayer games on switch. If these service games just included local multiplayer, I would be happy.

I'd buy it. But I want EVERYTHING included and unlocked. All released content.

@rjejr I'm not sure why people call them playthroughs, it just turns many people off. Like Constable_What said, they are more like acts in a movie or play. Acts 1 and 2 are very similar. Ever play Sonic Adventure or Odin Sphere? You pick a character in those games, and you see the story from different perspectives. Act 3 is a continuation of story events in Acts 1 and 2, and it's where the game shines the most.

I hope it's an Automata sequel!

Odinsphere is my favorite game of all time. I'm totally hyped for this! Never got to play it on PS3.
