I'm actually surprised that nobody is talking about what Jaffe talked about around the 11min mark. Cutting creators loose once their done sucking out their creativity seems like that Jim Ryan era PlayStation does. If what Jaffe was told was true about Allan Becker that's absolutely more appalling then whatever these articles are writing about.

@Ultrasmiles Nothing really besides he likes to speak his mind and doesn't cut any corners. He's easy bait for websites to spin words around to get clicks. Usually his discussions are longer than 10min on a single topic and these websites will only take 30 seconds worth of quotes out of it to get dat fat stack of cash.

@fR_eeBritney I believe it. I honestly only played the first Knack (One of the first games I got for PS4 at launch.) and I enjoyed it for what it was. I keep forgetting to check out number two.

I hope they add the ability to pin YouTube videos and better trophy statistics integration on the profile i.e. PSNProfiles, that's really all I want.

The Death Stranding upgrade to me so far was definitely worth the 10$ upgrade. The game looks like a legit PS5 game.

I funded this on Kickstarter and I must say I am not disappointed. This looks exactly like the kind of weirdness I wanted from Swery.

I really wish Ape Escape would make a return especially with the Dualsense being a thing.

I'm playing it through Xbox Game pass and I'm really enjoying my time with it even though it doesn't run the greatest on the XBOX One S (It's playable but it should be muuuuuch better).

I hope Microsoft allows Double Fine to make PS4 physical copies with Limited Run. I really doubt it considering it's Microsofts fault that Limited Run doesn't produce Xbox discs.

@GamingFan4Lyf According to Sacred Symbols, the PS5 version is getting delayed due to the creator really wanting to take
full advantage of the PS5 help feature. They want to have videos for all the collectables and other tips like the first party games.

Seems like a decent month to me. Rest of the year already made up the cost for me. I'm just having too much fun with Splitgate at the moment to really try any other multiplayer game.

Wahbabbaba weeee. This actually has the potential to be pretty good fun if Ludosity the creators of the Smash Bros killer, Slap City, is involved. The Smash community seems to be pretty excited too. The game has mechanics from Melee and uses Rollback netcode. The more I think about it this is going to be the ultimate crossover fighter.

-SSB Melee Mechanics
-Excellent Netcode

Can't wait for the season pass including representatives from Cartoon Network and Disney.

@Milktastrophe Ey yo That's awesome. That's the reason I didn't play the PS4 version past the Closed Alpha. Can't wait to get home from work to download the PS5 version. I really enjoyed this game.

Watch the whole video instead of skipping to the end when he talks about that the PC version could possibly be bad, but he doesn't know. He's really positive on the game overall on the PS5.

Hoping this one gets an 60FPS patch soon like Ratchet. Would like to return to Horizon to finish the DLC.

There was a leak just recently of a Metal Gear Solid board game called "Metal Gear Solid: Psycho Mantis Battle". That could possibly what the tease is about. Or it could just be a Social Media Manager just having fun. IDK.

I wanted to play this more but I have bad allergies towards 250hr long trophy lists with no Platinum. Its a serious problem 😅. Maybe the PS5 version can cure this.

@God_of_Nowt Yea the rep was a good dude. We talked about video games the entire time old and new. He too was even bashing the Dualsense. Unfortunately for them to fix the problem they have to go with a new manufacturer for the stick modules. It's the same company that made PS4s and the Joy-cons.... My sexy Pink DualShock 3 is still working like a champ though. Been playing through the R&C games.

Mine is still super loud, I might just send it in then to get a replacement. The disc spinning is so wierd though. Super quiet during watching blu-ray but when ever I install a DIGITAL game the disc drive sounds like my vacuum.

@God_of_Nowt Yes. I did this just recently, the customer service rep I got was super chill. He told me he's been getting so much calls about it.

@BamBamBaklava89 I liked it too. Was disappointed it wasn't on PS5. From what I've seen it wasn't an unused feature either. I guess they didn't want to take the time to improve it? Also Sony likes it to abandon almost everything good they have.

Would be nice to see money like that going towards original I.P. that doesn't involve cinematic bang bang Ubisoft me too games. Sorry I'm still salty about Japan Studios. 🥺

If Naughty Dog did make a new Jak and Daxter, Neil Druckmann would probably force to add himself in a cutscene abusing Keira's shoulders or something of that nature.

I know it's probably not going to happen, but it would be fantastic if they did one last sale. Also kinda garbage of Sony to sell dev kits for Vita to only shutdown the shop for it in a few months.

PS3 would be the best. I thought it had better exclusives then the PS4 era, hottake I know but Japan Studios was very active on that platform; they make/pub. Unique/fun feeling games. Plus much of the good PS2 games were remastered or published onto the PSStore. That generation was the best. I still play my PS3; just went through the Puppeteer again and now playing through Ratchet and Clank.

Also PSP and Vita emulators would be the bee's knees.

@huntbearpig As long as you don't go in expecting the depth of Fallout 3 or New Vegas you'll be good. The quest are about on par with Fallout 4. The game goes on sale often if it's like 15 bucks I'd say it's worth it especially with the QoL update from last month. I paid 30 for it and I put in 550 hours into it so I definitely got my money's worth out of it.

I'll still buy it at launch, Outriders and Monster Hunter are the only games I'm looking forward too for a bit. After playing the demo again after they patched it and the Dev's crystal clear communication to the consumer on forums. People Can Fly earned my purchases. Also it's loot game makes all the others look terrible in comparison.

Also I don't know if anybody else mentioned but, I don't think the PS4 and Switch versions of "The Outer Worlds" were all that affected.

The one I'll miss most isn't on there. My choice is a little moist; some will even say it's Wet.

Its a really awesome month for those that don't have the games. I hope Maquette is good as that's the only one I don't have; it will be nice to be able to download these instead of swapping discs now. BTW Remnant is great. Its one of the better "Souls-Like" games out there. It has well-designed guns, abilities, and awesome boss encounters.

I'm sad to see people complaining about a free update and not asking a VERY important question. Fine I'll be the one to do it. WILL THE DOOR HAVE A TEXTURE IN THIS UPGRADE?

I played this on my Xbox whenever I had a Live trial. If you are a fan of Diablo definitely try this out. IMO it's better than Diablo 3.

Good I hope this rumor is true, the only multiplayer games I ever got invested in were from Guerrilla/Sony. I put so many hours into Killzone 1, 2 ,3 and Shadowfall even put a ton of time into Liberation and Mercenary. The only multiplayer games I could get into recently were Drawn to Death and Lawbreakers...

I kinda wish they'd add account merging (I know this will never happen.) I given up on Sony 4 years ago and made a new account. I had no idea what I was thinking 11years ago when I made my original PSN name. I was actually more creative back then but chose something so unoriginal.

I'm probably going to skip this, it's kinda pointless when you can get a PS3 cheaper than the price and you can pick and choose the classics you want to play.... and yes I'm salty lol. Why can't I play these on PS4?

As far as the beta goes it was Soo pointless. I was in it and I didn't get improved performance at all. Lol still chugged in the areas it always does on my Pro.
I feel like this was just one big elaborate troll.

@lacerz That would be cool but unfortunately I didn't get my PS3 untill Qore died a few weeks after so I never got to check it out. But I always wanted it on my PSP.

@NintendoFan4Lyf Completely made-up scenario but if THQ Nordic ever got their hands on this franchise and released a collection I bet my sweet buttox that's what they'll call it.

I enjoy both approaches. The PlayStation Blog is kinda like Nintendo direct except in written form. Maybe expand on PlayStation Underground a little and make it a place to announce smaller titles along with the game play from bigger games.

I think they should start doing something like Pulse again where it was weekly and showed the highlights of the week. Since they've been shoving asset flips on the store I think it's needed more than ever.

The live shows can stay I looooove cringe.

I'll probably get into next year when they release the collection with the 2nd big expansion. There's just too many good games coming out this year and next that actually respect their customers and games as an art form. I.e. Dragon Quest, Spiderman, Days Gone, Fist of the North Star, Valkyria Chronicles 4, and so on.

I actually had more fun with the pocket edition than I did the PS4 release. The super simplistic gameplay made more sense for portable.

I tried to redirect the professional outtagers to Yakuza Kiwami 2. That game has some mighty fine puddles and there is so many of them. But they weren't having any of it.
