I’m saddened by this but having bought every issue of this new Play magazine - I’m not surprised - the retro section in the back added some much needed reflection etc but the main section as with all print media was old news each time - some of the articles inside also questionable especially if your used to the mags of old - sad times - but I was thinking the other day do I stop buying this , least now I can head into the sunset with a clear conscience I supported each and every single issue they put out , shame it didn’t work out

@gipsojo if you don’t like those turn them off in setting , you can also turn of the nix mini games but still enjoy the movie ? Changed the game for me

I’ll be honest not only do I normally avoid stealth in games but I’m rubbish at it , let’s just say get a bit further in the game unlock some charms - now I’m running through imperial bases just knocking everyone out with my fists , when I get desperate a quick tap of R1 and get Nix on another one then clean up ! If the stealth was any more forgiving it would be a comedy !

Another scenario of play the game or at least more than 5 minutes first before commenting

I got an MLB courtesy of this deal many years ago , I’ve bought and played everyone since - people talk of Sony developed games ( previous exclusive ) like days gone , gow etc but have never played this ! I believe it’s that good a sports games as the others are in their genre and made me love a sport that previously I nothing about

@SoulChimera this and kayak VR being the best the system has to offer - PSVR 1 even makes no man’s sky an incredible experience

Also don’t pay the scalpers and be patient the most successful way I found to buy it was direct from ps them selves but it involved daily checks

Let’s get this out the way and say I’ve been sceptical here and on our own show but … it’s actually impressed me , once I got it working , most of it was my own stupidity but to get it working outside of my own home had me feeling like someone out the movie hackers or for the older more discerning gamer - war games. What I had to do is probably every day stuff for the master race but I felt out on a limb. With that said since it’s been really good , yes I get dropped frames but nothing crazy and I live in the middle of now where with internet that’s as good as you imagine.

Missed some serious own goals in a lack of a psvr2 version of blood and truth , iron man - and the wider world with as others have said - half life Alyx - psvr2 is great comfy , good screen , inside out tracking is a win in terms of connectivity ? But the games have been super underwhelming my still 2 most played are kayak vr ( hidden gem imo ) and the game that sells the system most in terms of wow is no man’s sky ! Whats going on here

I want to speak from the heart here , Sony gave away late in the year MLB17 and I thought I’ll try that , bam hook line and sinker I became a massive mlb fan , traveling to the yearly games or home run derbys in the UK.

Since the free ps plus game I’ve ponied up and bought everyone even going back and filling the gaps and buying ones I didn’t have ( crazy but I love this game ) Sonys ( or it was ) their best hidden gem exclusive from their own studios.

Since the forced multi format I’ve even been buying on switch so I can carry on my play trough when out and about,

This gamespass move stings a little I have to admit, I’m not sure on the motivations or the end game , maybe build an Xbox fan base and hope one day the can charge for it ? Seems a strange strategy.

I’m a member of the highest tier on ps , I think it would be a cool move to put it in there , but I’m losing faith

As a bizzare uk skew of being an mlb fan and ps user I feel victimised ( can’t blame me )

Still I’ll keep buying it on the two platforms guess I’m part of the problem but US MLb fans with Xbox’s- one assumes thats who the deals for are laughing all the way to the bank.

The annoyance it’s it’s so so good , the soundtrack the road to the show everything, it’s hard to justify its price especially buying it twice but if I didn’t lever as much joy as I do from the series I’d be even more furious

@RicebinBernacky that’s the saddest part by the time they dust themselves off if they survive and give it another go - modern expectation of what a game should be means it will be another 5 years minimum - considering the run they were on this must sting

@Splat I think they do but sadly money talks - it’s a shame that a lot of peoples time and dedication is looking like a game that’s DOA.

Can’t fault the graphical style especially after emerging from the night activities that Batman lends himself too

But the traversal , enemy engagements etc seems to be lacking and without gameplay all we have is fancy pictures.

If the stories are true and this began as a failed superman experiment part of me wishes they’d stuck with that

I hope this is like alpha protocol but good , although I have always loved that game

I was about to say if it can too robocop 3 on amiga and st it will be amazing , seems maybe I’m on my own on that one - this looks great and as others have said matches the first two films dynamic really well - watching very closely

All stocks deals are based on some form of insider trading ? Why else would the stocks and associated markets even exist ! Targeting high profile figures is a way of showing folks they are policing it , sad that he got caught up in it.

13 and 15 for me mark a change in FF but I loved and still do the 13 battle system seemed like the perfect fit between old and new. 15 just changed the game up , it’s different but still very enjoyable - I’m excited for the game and feeling positive that what ever happens we will get a fun and highly playable triple a game - which is exactly what we and the franchise deserve, roll on release day

I have to agree with this I find the visuals in this game to be way better than they should be , some of the car behaviours was a bit odd but I guess that was the sim engine making sense of it all - throughly enjoyed the last one though , cracking game and I’ll be day and date for the new one

The main game does but vr support on a management sim seems a big ask?

I’ll be honest I loved kayak and still do for the price it’s easy for others to experience and the subtleties of the haptics and sense of being somewhere else made it my go to game at launch - way better than cotm - imo

This is amazing news I’ve been tracking this title for a while and the play throughs seem to be well liked - if you like FS and or Gold Rush on TV this game is for you , if you don’t , keep moving

@get2sammyb that it does , all the cool messaging and the speed it come together at - I still think the actual PowerPoint looks a little dull but the video about the making of the PowerPoint is absolute fire

Love the concept of someone putting together a PowerPoint - possibly the most interesting PowerPoint I’ve ever seen someone make - fun and exciting stuff

I wish there had been an option for bought it on PS4 and on ps5 - that’s what I did
