I don’t always have time during the week to play video games for more than an hour so this is a good game to mess around on while I have some time

This is probably a dumb question but is it $40 on PS4? Or still $50?

I got a platinum in odyssey so I look forward to doing it for Valhalla.

Does the charger stop charging when the controller is fully charged? Or doesn’t it consistently charge?

Well I’ve got 4K, 55in, HDR, and 60Hz. Not bad. I’m happy with that. It don’t need the latest and greatest and I also don’t have $1,000 to blow on another TV

I was planning on getting this for my PS5 at launch. I was about to pre order it the day before it was delayed but decided to wait until it was closer to launch. I’m glad I did. With this news I decided to wait. I’ll get something else and get Cyberpunk 2077 next year during the summertime when games are a little slower coming out and hopefully by then all of the issues will be wrinkled out. Still looks good but with everything I’ve read I feel like there are going to be some issues.

Sony is kinda like the guy that works for things in life and Microsoft is like the rich kid who’s parents buys them nice things. In the end PlayStation will make a name for itself and its products and Xbox will just have flashy things that don’t last.

I’m gonna pass. Ever since call of duty 3 I have bought every game and it’s time to stop. The beta really turned me away. I would get it for $30 if I could only get zombies/campaign.

Yeah I was 100% not getting this game. Now I will 100% be getting it and I will most likely put time in as I am skipping CoD this year. Very good choice on Sony.

Difficult choice. I’ll do what I did with Xbox last gen and get one for a discounted price mid generation to play a few games. But buying Bethesda isn’t that big of a deal IMO. Sony just needs to keep up with what they’re doing. Insomniac only cost $229M and Bethesda cost $7.5B. Spider-Man sold 13M copies and Doom eternal sold 3M, Rage 2 sold about 1M, Fallout 76 sold 2.6M, Wolfenstein 2 sold 2M. Bethesda’s last 4 games have flopped. They will eventually get it right but if Sony keeps it up with their buy low acquisitions then we will be ok.

Yeah $7 Billion is way too much money. It’s smart on them to buy them the week of pre orders but $7 Billion is just too much. It’s gonna take a decade to start making profit off of that

Lucked out last night. Walmart had preorders open up at 9pm. Right at 9 the system crashed and they were sold out when it went up again at 9:05 so naturally and I gave up. Around 9:45 I was like “I’ll give it one more try” and sure enough right when I hit refresh it was available and I put it right in my cart and checked out. Thank you video game gods.

For anyone curious Walmart has some PS5 pre orders available. I just got mine. Also target has been randomly adding some here and there so check there every so often

So you get Spider-Man (enhanced), all 3 DLCs, and Spider-Man: Miles Morales for $70? I’m totally down for that. I was curious what the ultimate edition was.

I would total get this if:
1. If it had difficulty setting (because I’m terrible at these games)
2. It weren’t $70 (See point 1. I don’t wanna pay $70 to die over and over and get mad)
3. If there was a bundle with Demon’s Souls, Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and the console.

This will be a wait for a sale game for me. I’d rather spend my money on SP:MM, Cyberpunk, or CoD:BO:CW. But either way the game looks incredible except for the one part when he stabs the guy on the ground and his sword is out of place. It takes you out of the immersion of everything.

My biggest question about it is what is is? Like is it a story focused game with cutscenes? Or is it an open world exploration game with no cutscenes? I’m just confused what the point of playing is other than to kill some things lol

Let me buy 2 controllers and a head set when I can’t pre-order a flippin console... F***, Sony, why are you gonna do us dirty with the pre-orders like that? They’re already for sale for over $1,000 on eBay and I’ve seen multiple get multiple consoles to resell...

They could probably try some sort of lawsuit if they were supposed to go live until the 17th and it was in contract. But that’ll only help Sony and not the players that can get one (me)

My guess is they do it like you’re playing on a console. So the video starts with the PS5 start up, then they look through the home screen to pick a game, load it, play it, and then share something to show off the share button(or what ever it’s called). Then they go to the home screen and choose another game and invite a friend to watch or help out using share play. Then maybe choose a backwards comparable game like ghost of Tsushima and show off legends for a little then transition into the trailers/announcements. And then end it with the price/release date. This would show off a lot of the new features without making its kinda weird and broken down

I never played this one. Is it worth getting? I’m thinking I’ll get it around launch so I have a good 2 player game. It would still work with the DS4 right?

I personally don’t like the subscription service idea. I’m ok with doing that for Netflix because I don’t wanna buy 400 TV shows and movies and have such a huge catalog. But for video games I buy like 10-15 games a year and I would like to be able to sell/return them if I want to put toward other games. I’d rather pay $300 a year on games that I’ll keep forever/ sell back than for me to cancel it and lose everything. But it is a good looking seal paying only $25 upfront for everything.

I want $500 (or less but I doubt it) But I’ll go $550 if they can really sell it to me or announce more launch exclusives/titles.

As someone who never really played the batman games it think it looks fun. It’ll be nice having a co-op game for me and my wife to play since she loves Batman and DC

@Futureshark I never played it either but I plan on getting it. Looks good to me. And usually if a game gets a remake/remaster it was good enough to get the funding.

I bought this on sale for $20 about a month ago. Got the platinum in a week. I was planning on getting the DLC when it is all out but I will not re-buy the game for PS5. Especially if they aren’t planning on fixing the frame rate drops.

After I beat Ghost of Tsushima I’m going back to get the platinum for this game. Can I get the platinum while using unlimited ammo and crafting or will that disable the trophies? I just need to collect everything a fully upgrade everything.

I said good. I was Impressed with pathless and liked the gameplay that was shown.

It’s a tough choice but I selected equipment load outs. I’m only about 1/3 of the way through so that would be of more use than new game+ at this time. I’d love for everyone if these to be added at some point in the near future though.
