Not sure what PGA tour would be like but just realised that it's 2K and not EA. Interested to try it anyway because golf games can be quite good sometimes.

I don't have a ps5 so the other game is pointless even though I'll claim it anyway.

So yeah, it's a rubbish selection for me personally. But I honestly like rubbish months because it doesn't add to the already overwhelming backlog of Plus titles and convinces me that I shouldn't bother resubscribing next year.

Man I've been listening to The 2nd Law on repeat on my car stereo for the last 3 weeks. I think it's past the point where I could get sick of it. Love that album and Muse in general

How long is it roughly? I'll keep an open mind about the lack of difficulty but I do love a tough platformer and married with this art style, it could be an awesome combination

I hope that DotEmu are upfront about any global physical releases and planned DLC.

I was a bit miffed about shelling out on the LRG release of Streets of Rage 4 only for it to get a UK release. I stuck with my LRG pre order for the mega drive packaging but it turned out a bit rubbish in the end. But then SoR4 got an Anniversary update and a physical release to match which definitely made me wish I waited.

I decided to just stop buying "modern" games from LRG and only buy retro rereleases (I've got Corpse Killer Switch in the pipeline). Any SNK releases they do also seem to get physical retail editions by Pix'n'Love over here in the UK so they are also a pass.

But yeah, it's so risky to wait, I just wish we could make an informed decision before paying any money.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this Turtles game! I think the last one I had was Turtles in Time ReShelled on the 360 which was OK

The only doom patrol comic I've read was Gerard way's Milk Wars because it was a crossover with the JLA book I was reading at the time. It was a bonkers book, I had no idea what was going on it to be honest 😅

That library seems pretty decent! I actually bought Miles Morales recentishly for £35, probably the most expensive game I've bought since the first spider man which I bought full price on a whim one day!

Just knocking out Yakuza Kiwami 2 on game pass at the moment though!

@Octane I'm afraid Sony support is a bit slow at the moment due to the pandemic. You can submit a picture of your ear on their contact page right now and a support technician (/ear doctor) will look at it in the next couple of weeks.

@Spiders yeah that's fair enough, it's probably just the difference in how we use it. I literally only go to the deals page on both storefronts and 1300 items on the Switch deals page will more often than not, crash on me. But yeah, that's still less often than the PS3 store crashing on me... which it does, every time! 😂

@Spiders haha not for me it ain't, at least not the way I do it. I go to the deals page and spend like half hour scrolling through 1100+ games waiting for the next lines of games to load. I'm sure it's faster if you go to the website n that but yeah, I prefer the PS4 and Xbox one stores to Switch/PS3

1200?!? 😳 That will make my eyes bleed! At least the PS4 store is fairly easy and quick to navigate unlike the PS3 and Switch storefronts!

I just realised the PS4 version of squadrons has a VR mode that could be worth a look in! Quite excited to try that Virtua Fighter though, probably the best game for me this month. I haven't played a virtua fighter since like VF2 so im very curious about trying the new one

Do you know if the codes have an expiry? I want to be a bit tactical about it because Star Wars is on game pass and Virtua Fighter is apparently a 2 month game so I wouldn't mind activating it once July's games are out, to maximise returns!

Is it common for more deals to be added? PS Plus subs? I'm not necessarily fussed either way but I am curious

My theory is is that Rangers is a a type-o and the real title will be Sonic Arrangers. It will be a florist simulator/Chao Gardens reboot.

How about we split the difference and I suggest some collections that would make me feel "whelmed".

"Origins" - all mega drive, master system and game gear sonic games (including spin offs) - sonic 1-3& knuckles enhanced ports with the rest being emulated. Also CD and knuckles Chaotix...

"Middle era" - all the Saturn, arcade and Dreamcast games including Sonic Pocket Adventure from the neo Geo pocket colour

"Modern" - all of the PS2 era games such as Heroes, Shadow, the GBA, DS and PSP games including all spin offs. I wouldn't mind throwing in secret rings and black Knight from the wii

All 3 collections would be at the higher end of budget releases, the modern era collection may push into a standard price release.

But yeah, there's so much that could have been done. The last truly great Sonic collection to come out was Mega Collection and by extension it's Plus variant. Gems collection was a bit underwhelming to be honest. This new collection just smacks of that minimal DS collection we got that had like 2 or 3 games on it

This will probably be an unpopular opinion but I can't help but feel underwhelmed by this announcement. The selling point is obviously 3&Knuckles and CD available on all of the most recent modern consoles. I think (not sure) that CD is BC on Xbox anyway.

It is cool if they end up being the enhanced ports and if it is a relatively budget release, I will definitely get it. I feel like they could have shoved a load more games on there though like Sonic 3D, Spinball, Knuckles Chaotix, Sonic 4: Episodes 1&2, the master system/game gear versions, the game gear exclusives etc.

I know it's an "origins" collection but it would have been cool if SA1&2 and Shadow/Heroes were included as well as Sonic Advance 1-4, even the Saturn games would be welcome. The arcade game SegaSonic would be especially welcome.

Literally all that plus any other spin offs I may have missed (Drift sticks out in my mind, the DS games would be cool too if they could work out a decent screen arrangement) would be worth a full price release in my opinion.

Well, maybe they have more to announce in future!
