Re: Soapbox: Sony Is Not Anti-Consumer for Making PS5 Exclusives

It's absurd that Microsoft are doing this. Back in 2005 and 2006, it was obvious Microsoft and Nintendo needed to move on from their previous consoles and put everything into the 360 and Wii. Nobody complained then and it had to be done. I would understand if the X1 was a massive success and Microsoft wanted to support it because so many people had the console but that's not the case. It's pretty much the same again as it was for them in 2005 and Microsoft need to just abandon the X1 and go all out on the new machine, just like Nintendo did in 2017 with the Switch.

New consoles mean supporting the new ones. I honestly can't see that many Xbox fans being happy with this especially if it leads to a lot of compromised games because no matter how powerful the X1 is, the next one will be far more powerful and the games need to show that if Microsoft have any chance in the next gen.

I love this series. I bought my PS4 the day U4 came out as the special edition 1TB console and it was so worth it.
But I wouldn't go through it all again. I beat the first 3 on PS3 and as much as I loved them, I couldn't do it again. Especially 1 on Crushing.

I would love to see a new Uncharted game but without Nate. Lost Legacy proved that you don't need the lead to make a great game and I'd expect the same again. A younger Sully, or even U4 age Sully as the lead would be such fun.

Gonna continue playing Final Fantasy XII on PS4. Good game so far. I don't enjoy it as much as I did X but it's still a good game. Batman Arkham Knight when I want a break. I bought the game and all content for about £10 a few months ago so am working through the dlc between main campaign. Very good game but I still prefer Asylum. Maybe I'll change my mind when I get further in as I'm not that far.

And in the spirit of gaming, I thought I would finally watch the 2018 Tomb Raider film.

After over 3 years since starting the game, and a year since my last trophy I decided to go back to Wolfenstein Old Blood and finish up those challenges as I had 8 remaining. So far a lot of pain but only 5 to go. Gotta get it done before I track down the new Wolfenstein or even go for New Order but on PS4. I hear there's quite a difference to the 360 and PS3 version.

Get my platinium in LEGO Movie 2 - I didn't realise how easy it would be, especially compared to the usual LEGO games - and continue with Block a Pix. Great game but getting the platinum is a horrendous time sink. I guess after that I'll return to Tales of Symphonia on PS3 or Spyro 2. I really need to finish off half played games, especially on PS4. Hard drive space is too previous and I have a 1TB console
