Assassin's Creed: Valhalla (PS5) - have just completed the Suthsexe arc and all the collectables in the region. About to start heading north.

Gears of War: Definitive Edition (XSX) - have completed the second chapter with the flying things that get burned by light. Awesome stuff.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (Switch) - have now finished the sixth chapter and still am totally confused by the plot. Think I'm nearing the home stretch.

Balatro (Steam) - the other games are suffering as I sink more time into this. Have won with the red and blue decks but still trying to win with yellow.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla (PS5) - am nearing the end of the Suthexe arc. Because I'm cleaning up every marker on the map as I go, I'm ridiculously over-levelled for the area.

Gears of War: Definitive Edition (XSX) - have never played a Gears game before and am enjoying this immensely.

Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration (Switch) - completed the timeline yesterday. Really good historical retrospective but I'm not sure I'll return to many of the games. Will now move back to Xenoblade Chronicles 3 which I parked in Chapter 6.

Balatro (Steam) - playing a fair bit of this time suck.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla (PS5) - have just finished the Jotunheim story arc and am back in England.

Gears of War: Definitive Edition (XSX) - finished the first chapter.

Atari 50: The Anniversary Collection (Switch) - the games are showing their age but the presentation and overall package is excellent.

Balatro (Steam) - have won my first run after a half a dozen attempts with a "two pair" strategy built around the Spare Trousers joker which I levelled up to a 100x multiplier. This game is insane.

Sifu and F123 are the sort of games I would buy on sale, so very happy to get them for "free".

Yakuza: Like A Dragon (PS5): Just played a few hours and have reached Yokohama. Really digging Ichiban as the new protagonist and don't mind the turn-based combat.

Gears of War: Definitive Edition (XSX): Have never played a Gears game so I thought I'd rectify that. Have just finished the first chapter.

Atari 50: The Anniversary Collection (Switch): Just about to enter the PC era.

PS5 - Mafia: Definitive Edition. Have never played the series but have both 1 and 2 as PS Plus games. Enjoying it as a smaller GTA like experience. Will probably get around to playing 2 sometime in the future. Have heard Mafia 3 is a bit disappointing though.

XSX - Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. Have never played Gears either. Started the 360 version on Game Pass and then found out the newer version exists so have restarted on that.

Switch - Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration. Rounds out the games I'm playing with colons. Moving through the chronological timeline and have reached the mid-80s.

Yeah, also surprised at the negativity. Looks like a solid selection. May play both Rollerdrome and Steelrising at some point.

Started Mafia: Definitive Edition a few days ago. About a third of the way through the main story missions.

I've been playing Power Wash Simulator but it's now beging to outstay it's welcome. I'm up to the Helter Skelter in career mode after 5-starring all the previous levels, but I think I'm done.

It's a bit scummy but if I'm honest I never really play NG+ in anything and move on to other games once I've finished a game. Sucks for others though.

PS5: still plowing through the OCD hell that is Power Wash Simulator.

XSX: stuck on the big robot early boss in Divinity: Original Sin. Guess I need to grind a bit and level up as the remote control thingy doesn't seem to be working for me.

Switch: picked up where I left up a few weeks ago in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. I haven't played the earlier games and the combat system is doing my head in.

Also knocked off Doki Doki Literature Club on Steam during the week.

My accessibility need is that I'm useless at action platformers so this is most welcome.

Have put Power Wash Simulator down for a bit to return to Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. Currently finishing up the Essexe story arc.

Tomb Raider I-III remasters if they review well and are not a lazy effort.

Plot Twist: #1 will be Starfield.

Really good month although I've already played both Plague Tales and am unlikely to get around to the other two games.

@Deoxyr1bose I rated last month a bit lower at the time but have had a good time with Sable and am currently addicted to Power Wash Simulator. Both months are wins imo.

Thought I'd break the back of AC Valhalla over the holidays but I accidentally started Power Wash Simulator and now I can't stop.

Good month. Plague Tale: Requiem is a great game. I'm interested in the other two but with my backlog I'll probably never get around to playing them.

Not much on Playstation. My DualSense has recently developed a serious case of stick drift so I've hit pause on playing AC Valhalla on PS5. I've bought myself a new controller for my wife to give me as a Xmas present so should be back in action in a few days.

Playing Sable from this month's PS Plus selection. Pretty good game although has a few frame rate issues which shouldn't really happen in a game like this on a PS5. Sill slowly working may way AC Valhalla and have reached Cent. I'll be playing this game for months.

It's fine for me. If I didn't have a backlog I'd probably play all of them. As it is, I'll give Sable a go.

Just finished the Ivarr arc in AC Valhalla. What a psycho. Going to also give Sable a crack as I've been mildly interested in it for a while and it's now on PS Plus.

Not bad. I've a passing interest in all three games but realistically will probably only get around to playing Sable.

Got bored with the repetitive campaign missions in Aliens: Fireteam Elite so it's back to AC Valhalla.

I've made a pact to start playing one of the PS Plus Essential games each month so I'm playing Aliens: Fireteam Elite in solo mode with the bots. Have done 5 of the 12 missions. Good dumb fun.

Also playing AC Valhalla in the background.

Finished the Oxenefordscire quest line in AC Valhalla.

Taking a short break and have fired up Aliens: Fireteam Elite as the PS Plus free game and am playing solo with the bot companions. Lots of dumb fun.

It's not bad. I'll probably get around to playing Mafia 2 someday. I could see myself playing the Aliens game solo with the AI bots at some stage. No interest in the Dragon Ball game.

Still working my way through AC Valhalla. Just cleaned up the Isle of Skye and really enjoyed the reunion with a favourite character. This game is excellent but I'm expecting to burn out.

@R1spam - Disco Elysium is great. Enjoy!

@GuttyYZ - me too. Liked FC2, 3, and 4 but fell off 5. Not bored with the Ubi open world formula though as I'm having a great time with AC Valhalla.

Not bad. I wouldn't mind playing Mafia II at some stage and have a bit of interest in trying the Alien game solo with the AI bots but realistically probably won't get around to it.

AC Valhalla - have cleared 3 areas in Britain and have just reached Asgard. Will be probably be playing this until Xmas at this rate.

AC Valhalla - have completed the starting area in Norway and the first two areas in England. Ivarr is a serious rival to Disco Elysium's Cuno as my favourite NPC of the year.

Just started AC Valhalla so probably 100+ hours to go. AC is my comfort food and I'm enjoying it immensely but know I'll burn out at some stage.

Bought Disco Elysium last month. You can thank me later.

Got the platinum on Origins and Odyssey. About to start Valhalla. This one will have to wait.

Played Weird West last month on Game Pass. Well worth playing. Very good month.

Was expecting Disco Elysium because I bought it on sale a couple of weeks ago.

PS5: Disco Elysium. Bought it last week on special and have only just started. Have heard great things about the game.

XSX: Starfield. Enjoying it so far. Have completed the first 5 main missions to get to the point where the story opens up. Have yet to touch base or ship building.

Switch: Metroid Prime Remastered. I've been 80-85% complete for a few weeks now. May try to push through and finish it off as I bought Xenoblade Chronicles 3 a few months ago and am itching to get to it.

XSX - just finished Weird West and now waiting for Starfield.

Switch - pushing through to complete Metroid Prime Remastered. Reckon I'm about 75% done.

PS5 - need to get back to HFW which has been on hold for a few weeks.

Weird West (XSX) - have finished the first of five character arcs. It's giving me OG Fallout vibes.

Metroid Prime Remastered (Switch) - about two thirds of the way through. Took me a while to get in to it but now really enjoying it.

Horizon: Forbidden West (PS5) - I'm at the point where the world really opens up and need to start giving it some more attention.

@rusty82 lol - I got the game wrong. It's Weird West I'm playing, not Evil West. I've edited my post.

XSX - Weird West. Just started, seems like an excellent game.

Switch - Metroid Prime Remastered. My first Metroid and enjoying it so far. About 50% of the way through.
