I'm late on this one but... How?! HOW has there never been a patch for a confirmation check on load checkpoint button or AT LEAST 'Restart Level' button. What a joke.
@sanderson72 Great. Sounds almost... Crucial. -ba dum tsh-. Will give it a clean, too. Dust is so annoying, I usually clear the fan ports once a month but I can imagine the inside probably could do with a clear out by now
@darkswabber I already have Borderlands 2 and all DLC on VR version. I didn't have PS plus in June 2019, so would have been fine with the Handsome Collection. This is a fallacy, why would you want half a thing when you can have a whole, even if it is a second time? Not only are they screwing over people who had plus back in June 2019, but also people who already have Borderlands 2and it's DLCs. It just doesn't make any sense to only be that part, other than the fact it has it's own title which will advertise Tiny Tinas next game.
I've never really got into this anime, but then again I didn't with Demon Slayer or Tokyo Ghoul and I think they had games. Too bad the Fairy Tail one wasn't great as I watched a fair few episodes of that.
I have tons of games on low trophy percentage atm so right I'm just playing games. Ubless they're quite easy, I'm trying to see platinums more as a second playthrough after finishing my whole backlog kind of thing. Not sure that will happen anyway haha Saying that, someone messaged me about Far Cry 5 a few days ago and we got the last online trophies together over an hour of just farming kills on each other. Lol
This is exactly what I was hoping for. I 100% the map icons and did everything except world data logs (didn't need for platinum trophy). Then I had a break for a bit and then completed the dlc in the same way. Really fun and plenty to keep you occupied. I was very stealthy in main game (bandit camps I made sure to not be caught) so I probably took longer than most people did to work through it, though. I will hope for DLC again later down the line.
@__jamiie Doubt many here have, it was Dreamcast and Windows only. There was a GBA version... But well they are always completely different. There was a sequel but I never got round to playing it. I hear the sequel was a way better game, though.
Just got an Aim so will be playing Borderlands 2 VR soon (only ever played number 1) so will playing Tiny Tina after I suppose! (Or maybe I'll get Borderlands 3 first). Also Doom VFR with an Aim feels really fun (expecting it to be short), no idea why people don't like it.
@KidBoruto Yeah, I can't wait for Forbidden West. I've grown a bit tired of big open world games for the most part but I enjoyed the first game quite a lot so will definitely be playing through it. Hope you're keeping well
@TheArt Yeah, everything except all world data logs. I found the fireclaws to be alright tbh. I hoarded all my resources for a majority of the game. I think I used a lot of stuff of Redjaw or whatever it was called and the bigger enemies in the cut. Those stealthy ones were annoying in pairs, I recall.
@TheArt You're really underestimating the amount of completionists that are probably here. Only thing I didn't do personally was find every single world data log and new game+ trophies. I agree about the outfits, loved the Carja Blazon and Banuk hunter (base game tier 3) and the gleam upgrade for silent hunter. Also liked the armour in the shield weaver.
9 of 15. Though I knew Helghast colour and chose red anyway and also the LBP question. Secretly I'm going to say I got 10 as the R&C question wasn't specific enough
Before I answer number 3 I'd like to post a comment: if we count Ratchet: Deadlocked and Secret Agent Clank then 16 (assuming Remake and crappy mobile games count) but because Clank isn't really in Deadlocked and Ratchet isn't really in SAC I'm going with the latter. I'm going to assume collection doesn't count. My answer would be 14 but that isn't an option, so I guess I'll go 15.
Yeah, I have 35 VR games currently and another 25 or so on my list. If you like a good range of genres, there's not really a leg to stand on if you think there "aren't enough good VR games to justify buying a headset". There are tons. This is the best route to go to be different from Microsoft. We'll just wait on the people who haven't tried VR yet to do so and some sort of way of helping motion sickness for those who suffer worse with it.
So, adding fire to the fire creates. . . Wait for it... . A bigger fire. I'll be out. I like what Sony do with their games, they have great ones. If I had money for a super high end pc I might be there more than the PS store, for sure, but I don't and so I stick with the ps4 games currently available and there's an abundance and the deals seem endless. For me, there is already more than enough and with them focusing a lot on VR, I'm only hoping they make a wireless model down the line. I'll be on ps5 when it happens.
I like his old school approach. Having a metaverse is weird and mind screwing. Let's leave VR for gaming (with light social elements) or hypothetically; disaster training or something. If I'm honest, as someone who uses psvr with moves, it's annoying having to wait for the 2 moves to charge when I only have 1 USB slot for charging on ps4 (the other 2 go to psvr itself and an external HDD). Then there's making sure the PSVR temperature is higher than me/the room so it doesn't cloud up... And finally the wire. Basically I never play it in short bursts, it has to be a long session and so I only really use it once a week in summer. Winter it gets a little more use, though.
New mechanics are a welcome feature! The big environments look fantastic, too. One thing I think I'd love to see is a limited lives (or life pick ups) mode, where you start a level or such with only 5 or whatever. We could call it hard mode, I guess. Maybe in this mode you could keep your chips instead as well. If they have something like that I'd be much more interested.
I stopped playing Lego games a long tome ago. I did Indiana Jones (never finished), Lego Batman 1 and 2, Lego Chima and of course my first ones were Lego Star Wars 1 and 2 back on ps2. I tried the Play At Home one but just couldn't finish it or even get far at all. I have Avengers and DC Villains for when my little one is just a tad older, probably try him on them in about 5 months or so.
I never played Bulletstorm or Painkiller back on ps3 but will probably give them a go on steam when they hit sale. Is Vanishing of Ethan Carter good, then? Don't usually play games without much action, though I did make it through Murdered Soul Suspect.
It looks like it's missing the humour of Golf Story, but also trying a couple new things, like putting actual rpg combat in. I dunno, though, I just don't have the time for this atm.
@BritneyfR_ee Oh, yeah. I forgot about Spyro. I was hoping one day they would do something like they did with Crash 4 and make a sequel, possibly even call it Spyro 4 (despite it being 7th 3d game made in the original canon), too.
No surprises here, then. I guess this is what capitalists call "crony capitalism", where the free market isn't really a thing because the companies that have the money make the money and always with the goal in mind of... More money! What a useful numbers game, whilst we could use our man power to, say, replace the resources we have so wilfully taken without thought of consequence.
@john_c I always say this to my lefty buddy, I agree with him on most points but he's actually changed his opinion on it being a good thing, although it could potentially have good outcomes depending on if it is done with taste, care and actual equality in mind.
I have been in the discord for this one for a while, community is nice atm, lot of people hyped to play it. Also, there was a fantastic bot that would count how long it had been since someone referenced SAO. XD I think it will be quite a social experience on release, too. Will get it on release I think.
@Olmaz Bryan and AJ pulled a pushsquare article in the livestream before the last, just after blasting the trailer for Twisted Metal and then failing to realise no one could hear anything they were saying looool
Trying to feel inspired by something spacey as I am currently making big and futuristic music for a small dev team. So, Alien Isolation (also thinking how damn amazing this would have been in VR had they flicked it on). Amore molto a tutti.
Sometimes games series fall off and go bad. Sometimes my favourite bands break up and reform as something a lot less to my taste. Sometimes people who are supposed to care about you hurt you and leave you behind. Sometimes life doesn't go the way we want it to. I've certainly thrown a tantrum before about things I can't control, but it's a waste of time and life to feel angry about situations. Rejoice, dear people, you're still breathing where so many others have faded back to the ether or nothingness... And if the walls painted around you were not to your taste, it's time to don the brush yourself.

Hmmm. May need an SSD upgrade in my pro for this. The first one took absolutely ages to load and this will fare no better on an HDD I'm sure.

@Would_you_kindly Exactly what I was thinking. I would only get this for pc.

Re: Mini Review: Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure (PS4) – Fantasy-Themed Shooting Still Rocks
Wait... This is just Borderlands 2 DLC? I already have all of it in the VR version. Well this month of PS+ sucks for me, then.
Re: EA Sports UFC 4 (PS4) - A Strong Sequel That Knows What Players Want

@LuisCruz13 He was the one that convinced me to get Snake Pass for Switch. Not a bad game, but a little short.

Haha I bought the sequel for GameCube but never got round to playing it. I don't think the og came out for a console I owned, though.

@Slippship A ps1 game? And also the gameplay is super clunky and outdated. Also it was on PC, too. Did you perhaps mean Little Big Planet?
