That rules me out, for now... after spending over 230 hours in Odyssey, I have no desire to play another huge open world game for a good few months

It was defintely a higher level of presentation, the little tool tips were a nice touch, it was clean, simple, informative and didnt distract from the main event. If they can dedicate one to the PS5 reveal in this format, they will come out swinging. First half dedicated to Hardware / specs / features the 2nd half dedicated to a couple of upcoming PS5 only Sony Studio games, would be the dream.

Im glad the armour and weapon transmog sounds like its coming back, it was one of the great things about Odyssey

I think i'll just buy this for the PS4 instead, that way I can complete the "rebooted" trilogy on the same console and wait for the first true next gen AC game

If you look on the Scorn website it def says its not coming to PS5 and current gen platforms. Its an Xbox Fridge / PC release only, which is a shame, it looked the best out of all the games shown.

The only I liked was the music from the Dirt 5 trailer and Scorn looks very interesting.. but im a sucker for Aliens / Gieger things.

Its horrible looking.. But I like the upgraded features, shames theres no additional back triggers, like their excellent addon for the DS4 controllers

Absolutely not, I def wouldn't trade in growing up with Atari, Segas and then PlayStation.. Ghouls n Ghosts, Joust, Crystal Castles, seeing games like Sonic, WipEout, Mortal Kombat, Resident Evil etc etc for the first time and being amazed by how powerful each console got.

I could never ever trade that in for advert filled mobile games, microtransactions and free to play rip offs, a lot of the younger gen (and adults tbf) dont appreciate or have the patience for a good single player game, they just want to log onto Fortnite or COD and just be toxic..

Doesn't matter if you have the bigger teraflops or the most powerful (see current X box), if you dont have the games, nobody will care bar the hardcore who have a weird fetish for needing to have the most powerful thing available.

Its good that a lot of Devs have come out in favour for the PS5, hopefully that will translate to some mind blowing Sony Exclusives

This sale is just as bad as "Mega March" was really, although Greedfall at £20 is a "Maybe, but let me check if its cheaper on disc"

Considering it took almost 2 hours to download a 10gb update for Generation Zero this morning l, its an honourable idea but probably not very practical cos of the throttling, I dint think i'll be downloading the PS+ games next month for that reason

I really feel the new AC should be a 2021 game, let the PS5 gets it feet in the door so to speak, but Ubisoft will probably want to make some money back and have a hit after the mess of Breakpoint, so wouldnt be surprised to see a new AC this year

I can see it happening, if you think about it, they dumped a tonne of PS5 info completely unexpected and under the radar in a random interview with a website, so its not completely out with the realms for them to reveal some more info at a future tech show.

But, Im guessing it will probably be an announcement for the official unveiling date

Theres a few good deals, but its pretty rubbish overall, a lot of the games have been on sale for cheaper and only just recently too. Much better sales on physical editions at the minute, I mean £20 for Borderlands 3 brand new from Game compared to £35 for the same edition on the PS Store...

Im not expecting them to pull out bangers everytime they have one, I like seeing a nice range of games, but really, is it so hard to find someone who seems like they are even remotely interested in gaming to do the voiceover, what about the presenters from their very own video podcast show thing, it would give a bit of familiarity and continuity etc.

Best thing for them to do, is either fling it on PS+ at some point and really reduce the retail price to under £20 and push any new content alongside it.

I like the style and presentation, my only issue is the woman doing the voice over sounds so completely uninterested in gaming, so it comes across as a bit disconnnected. Would it have been so hard to get someone male or female who works in the gaming industry to voice it.

Its admirable they want to improve it, but the game is deader than a dead thing thats been dead for a 100 years. Its probably best to cut their losses, move on, have a break and make sure the next game they work on, doesnt turn out in the same mess.

This game came out on my brirthday, so it was an essential day one purchase, it really is the best PS4 game, its almost perfection. It deserves every single award and acclaim it gets

My heart goes out to the employees that have suffered, whatever you may think of a fictional game, nobody deserves to be treated or suffer like they have while in a work place or any kind of enviroment.

Perhaps, if Bioware held their hands up admitted they did wrong and go and sort their house out before releasing anymore updates/ patches / games. Health before wealth.

If digital games were far cheaper than they are now, then yeh I would maybe consider it, but prices for digital games are revolting, theres no way they should ever be higher than their physical version.

Or maybe perhaps pair it with a PS Now subscription, that would be a pretty good package

Genuine question... For those whose consoles have went to the great CEX in the sky because of this, whats the protocol for refunds etc Can Bioware or EA be held responsible/ forced to refund the player?

Its kinda obvious its following the same pattern as the original, released in the last year of a consoles life with an updated version on the next (assuming backwards compatability isn't a thing)

I just need to be able to play PS4 games on the 5 really, anything else would be amazing but not essential
