While I was enjoying watching TGA over the years. Last few years were really bad and instead of being a show to celebrate Games and Devs. It became something else that I can't even recognize.
Still playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard and 56 hours in. The game is great and I still can't believe that BioWare have been able to come back in-style like this. Love how the explore works in this one and much better enjoyable compared to DAI.
Apart from a couple of conversations. I think the game is well-written. Combat is epic and sometimes it feels like I'm playing GoW.
@Gunnerzaurus My Gaming/TV habits is mostly like yours + having kids. I got myself a PS5 Pro through Trade-in option in GameStop Germany and paid 270 Euros on top. So far I'm satisfied with the Pro and in love with it.
Loving my Pro so far. While I agree with the review specifically about Dragon Age: The Veilguard but you can notice big difference on quality mode but since I'm playing on Performance, the changes aren't huge there.
The Crew Motorfest is an eye candy at this moment. Easily became the best looking open world racing game in the market. - coming from a guy whose favorite racing game is Forza Horizon. -
Lol, I was just looking at my Games list to choose a game to play once I'm done with DA: The Veilguard and then decided to play GTA Trilogy. Then I saw this news piece and happy with my choice now
Never played the original games so I hope I'll like it.
As someone who was playing The Crew Motorfest a lot on my base PS5. It was easy win for me with the PS5 Pro and I can notice the difference. It's actually a night and day difference. No way I can play a racing game on 30FPS so I was playing 60 FPS but I was really missing this amazing features in the fidelity mode. Now I can have them while playing on 60 FPS.
Currently I’m 30 hours in Dragon Age The Veilguard while playing The Crew Motorfest, COD and maybe another chapter or two of The Plucky Squire in between
I went with a human Shadow Dragon mage. The orb and dagger made the mage so fun to play with compared to previous titles. I'm always going with a mage in the first playthrough but The Veilguard's mage is the best in the series.
Saw it on the German PS Store too. The issue it's not complete. I wish if they can add a filter option to just choose the PS Pro enhanced games in the store.
30 hours in and as an OG Dragon Age fan I'm really loving it a lot. Everything so far is great - except some Facial expressions and a couple of dialogue - but other than that the game is so polished and good.
@HappyGamerGirl Curious to hear more on Dragon's Dogma 2 performance on Pro as I'm tempted to buy and play it as soon as I'm done with Dragon Age: The Veilguard
Got mine yesterday for 270 Euros with the Trade-ins in GameStop Germany. I tried Dragon Age The Veilguard and The Crew Motorfest and I noticed the difference immediately. I was surprised that the Crew Motorfest ditched the Fidelity/ Performance modes completely and only have one Graphics mode on Pro.
Looking forward to get mine later today. I'm happy with my choice as I don't play much but when I do I wanna get the best (console) experience I can get.
Well I played it yesterday. Apart of how awful it looks so far on Performance mode and some issues when I try to join friends games. I guess it will be one of the best games in 2025.
Thanks for the review and the great comparison video. NGL the original looked great but tbh looking at the difference now I guess the remaster is awesome.
I hope they learn from it and whoever affected land on a solid ground especially the gameplay devs. I really liked the gameplay of Concord and hated everything else
@ShogunRok Thank you for the review a lot. As a big DA fan I can't wait to get my hands on it and I'm fine with the changes they made. Is it fair to say it's more Action-Adventure than RPG game now?
Thanks for the review Sammy. I watched the first episode this weekend and it's okay. TBH I didn't have high hopes for this but this is not the Kiryu I knew over the years. Nishki and Yomei were carrying the first episode heavily. Also, I was shocked when I saw Date San xD .
I'll continue watching it anyway but overall it's skippable I guess.
So I just got 100% completion in Dragon Age Inquisition yesterday + DLCs so I'm now 100% ready for The Veilguard next weekend. I'll kill time this week by playing The Crew Motorfest and some multiplayer.
This was a surprise for me but I guess it was part of LEGO expansion where they reached out to different devs to see what they bring to the table like Fortnite LEGO.
Looking forward to this one specifically! I love Horizon world.
I'm trying the best to be interested in this one but I can't. I enjoyed previous AC titles but this one so far didn't catch my interest although I'm a big fan of the Japanese culture.

70+ hours and I really love it. Shame that it's not even nominated in TGA.
Re: All The Game Awards 2024 Nominees Revealed, Astro Bot Up for 7 Awards
@carlos82 I feel like Like A Dragon got robbed to be honest. It's one of the best games this year and I liked it more than FFVII Rebirth too.
Personally I don't care about TGA anymore.
