@arashikagetoro, it took me a year to get ps5 after checking daily. I only managed eventually after ps direct emailed me. I still know of friends struggling to find one, so i believe your stament is inaccurate.

Considering the original still holds up well graphically, i'm not concerned too much about visual fidelity not pushing ps5 capabilities.

Haptic feedback is just future arthritic problems for ppl who play for long periods so that doesnt concern me either.

Downloading now and hope that by supporting the dev we may see a DS2 remake.

Going through Me on insanity. Always irked me not having the complete trophy set. Ps plus kicked my arse into gear. Rushing through it until i die lol..

The mining was a pain. But i learned after many playthroughs to only mine rich planets. Annoying busywork, but 👍

But yeah, i felt input lag on both versions. It didnt feel instictive.

@sleepynick, i found Demon's Souls to be the exact same as it was on PS3. Slow input recognition and clumsy.

Yet, gaming has overtaken movies with regards to money spent on entertainment.

I loved the original Doom. Had a grat hook and formula.
Years later, different devs tried to change that formula.
Nooooo i say, Doom with platforming, wtf?
Doom was seminal, aswell as Dead Space

Think i should mention that there's no matchmaking. You can only play with people on your friendslist which kind of sucks. Or go on lfg boards.
Otherwise i'm having a blast. Its nice to have a break from the more 'serious' timesink games and just kill some vampires. Because theyre vampires!

Call me old fashioned but i preferred the originals on ps2. Never bothered to finish the new iteration.

On topic....Square-enix just seem to release any turd of a game these days. Ffxvi maybe good, dunno. My last one that interested me was ffx, spent months on that in 2002. Even the wife liked it, which was a bonus

@teslliot, same here. If there is a game i want i generally buy it on release. Quite rare i even bother to dl psplus games. The ones that do interest me, i have already bought.
Prefer gamepass personally for day one releases 😀 Looking forward to Starfield, and if its as buggy as Skyrim, hell yeah 😉

@gloamin, from what i've learned, yes you can.
Poor selection imo. Not a great fan of the original Nioh for 'diificulty' which basiclly relies on parrying and twitch responses. Miss a couple of parries and you dead soulslike. 😪 Not fun for me.

Lego? Harry Potter? Not 10yr old so no thanks.

The other one doesnt even count because i've never even heard of it lol.
Feel sorry for ppl on limited budgets that rely on psplus essential for gaming 😅
