This is pretty cool, generally very impressed with some of the stuff ai can spew out at the drop of a hat. As someone said above, 5 years from now this will be amazing (assuming it doesn't kill us and if it does it doesn't really matter anymore anyway 😀)

@GirlVersusGame you're right, I watched both of those on prime. You know what you're getting with Dyer, guess it's a love or hate thing but I can't think of a film with him that didn't enjoy

Tbf I'm pretty old but the so called Console Wars have always been a big part of gaming and rightly so. I'm kinda agnostic because I generally buy all consoles but I definitely have my favourites and enjoy that od fashioned passion and tribalism. As with most things these days what we have is a watered down version were many are just happy to have a box under their telly that plays everything. It's all so dull

Got one at Xmas and have used it 2 or 3 times. It's fine at what it does and ideal for people without access to a TV but not really for me

@gaston it really doesn't have any advantages over the quest tbf. The graphics can be slightly better but the awful lenses plus the mura effect negates these completely. Resi & gt7 are pretty much the only reason to have the psvr2 (and makes it almost worth it to me) but there's much more on the quest.

@Uromastryx I enjoyed all of those games but most are slightly nicer last gen games. I'm hoping for some new games that I haven't already played

Got one for £330 before Christmas with horizon and its...alright. tbh I've used it for maybe 10 hours since then, definitely not as good as the quest 3 but the resi games and gt7 are fun

Just started this last night on gamepass, christ it's addictive

Finally started Indy and it's great so far. Definitely sold me on going first person

Replayed the game a few weeks back and it looks and runs great on ps5 as it is. No way worth paying £50 for this upgrade

The port begging is hilarious. I know times have changed and kids don't care about the box under the tv as long as they can play fortnight. But fu*k y'all, we need competition and xbox have went for the dollars but without them playstations line up is pretty fu*king bare at the minute. By far the worst generation yet

@viktorcode (hopefully without spoiling anything for you) I guess it's a bit of a different take due to the more sci-fi story to ac with playable sections in modern day, even though they normally suck. The newer games would definitely be bigger in scope, and map, to the likes of got but the originals still have their charm. Personally, for the newer ones, I really enjoyed origins and odyssey but wasn't a fan of valhalla but think this one is looking pretty great
