I've had two errors happen to me and both happened when I was kicking serious butt.

If they would have bought it earlier, the buy out would make sense. How is it getting bigger?, the peak was already hit, it's not going past it's peak, it's going to start to dwindle. It grew for a few years and it's already maxed, I'm not seeing anything at all of it getting bigger, which means that 2.5b for buying the studio along with everything it has, they are going to have to do something to increase the sales so much to cover that 2.5b.

like right now, it's just to late in the game unless they can increase the sales 2x to recoup that, otherwise it's not going to happen. this has me thinking they have some other plans in the future, but this 2.5b, don't kid yourself, at the least it's going to take 10 years to recoup that. If Microsoft would have bought this much earlier, they would have made profits, but as of right now, it's late, very late, so much so that I don't see them coming out of the red in this for quite some time.

@get2sammyb I think it's a bit late for them to buy all this for 2.5b. In the future, I think Microsoft is planning on breaking away from the Xbox division and like I've been saying before, recoup all these costs and everything buy licensing things out and getting royalties off of everything in the Xbox division which in turn would generate much more revenue than what what they are getting right now.

@Godsire- I think people should criticize in the case if the person doesn't really care much for sci-fi shooters or if a person don't like sci-fi shooters to begin with as it's very valid to the review. If a reviewer is known to not like those types of shooters or shooters in general, then what makes his review valid in the first place since it's clear he will give it a much lower score.

With that being said though, You might want to skip this title if there are other games coming out this month that you're interested in. I don't believe Destiny is a game that is going to last 10 years like the devs wanted or aimed for. This is a normal game, while multiplayer in every aspect, it's still very much normal to where I may only play this until Farcry 4 comes out.

This is the type of game where I have no clue if I want to trade it in a month or so later or keep on playing it for the multiplayer. While I think the game is very solid and rightfully deserved for high scores and good written reviews, There is just something missing and that's all I can really say about it. A very solid game with a solid gameplay experience but there is that little something which is missing to really make this game shine and I can't pin point it. LOL

Is capcom doing this to try to squeeze more money in the long run? I can't help but think Capcom is really digging themselves into a hole lately, and it's been getting worse year after year. It's like they keep on trying to do the same crap but in a different form. O.O

I'm looking forward to at least three of those titles. Farcry 4, AC:Unity, and CoD:AW

Yep, this was a good written review and it matches the score (even though I dislike the 1 out of 10 scoring system) it matches with the 8/10 score. nicely done.

@Godsire- I understand where your going with it, I just don't agree. Up to a point, if it's missing key multiplayer options that other games have which are basically standard and up to a point, that's fair to say "it should have this". A lot of times reviewers take it a bit further and try to revolutionise the game on what they should have and pull ideas out of thin air. I've read that many times in past reviews. I mean, for a reviewer that doesn't like sci-fi shooters, why would I read a review from that same guy when it's clearly invalid. That's what I'm trying to get at. His review kind of tells me he doesn't care much for sci-fi shooters in general which is why I read the review and when looking at the score, it should be a bit more polished. Also, I have a right to criticize and disagree with any review I want, that's the great thing about reading reviews. What you are telling me is that I don't have a right or I shouldn't criticize reviews because that's their job or that's what they do?

To me, it's a solid game. Sure it could have this and that, but it doesn't right now. However, I don't see this game being supported in 10 years, I do believe Bungie kind of went over their heads a little bit with what they are aiming for with this game. regardless, solid game. The 3 out of 5 review score I certainly agree with. While I do really like the game, it is average in compared to what they hyped it up as during E3 and started showing the true boundries with the online.

@Munkyknuts That's not really true though since a lot of sights with a 1 out of 10 rating have used 6, 7, and 8 a decent game while 5 was below average. Pretty much all websites don't use proper numbers for their scores, just read the reviews and look at the scores, it proves it. 1 out of 10, a 5 should be average and a 7 should be well above average but that isn't what any websites use those numbers as and it's not because the readers are just making it up or made it a rule that a 7 was below average. Ever website I've seen that use a 1 out of 10 rating is all suspect to the bs number system. 3 out of 5 is much more accurate as 1 out of 10 is way to much room for crappy to good to awesome. meh

I think it looks pretty damn awesome.

@MadchesterManc What it comes down to is they don't want to see success. There are people that complain about getting free stuff, I mean, I was completely dumb founded after witnessing myself. What it comes down to is to ignore those types of people. If a game is getting a bunch of stuff and those people complain, ignore them, they mean absolutely nothing and it's nothing more than trying to damper a game that could be really awesome.

I like racing games, but I hate F1 cars, I don't like those cars and that racing is just flat out boring to me compared to other racing vehicles. Project cars is a no go. I don't understand this odd dislike for driveclub and I can't help but think there is some agenda to it and it's not 30fps which is easily used in an argument as a cover up. 30fps and people didn't complain until they saw the numbers, that is what interest me. psychological? very much so. People like forza but dislike driveclub and when argued they only post the 30fps factor and it's only because they released the numbers, before that people watched the videos and thought 60fps because it's so smooth. This game has kind of called out the bs in a lot of forums.

I don't agree with NZgamer review and I also don't agree with the score. To me, the game is a solid 9, the multiplayer is very fun to play. it is what it is. why should I bother saying what the game should have, that's stupid since I'm not the one making the game. I could go to any game in the world and say what it should have. o.O

Yeah, I have to agree, Syphon Filter would be an excellent title on the PS4. I kind of hope they make it happen because I miss those games, but I want a more newer refined Syphon Filter experience on the PS4.

For Sony to actually say this is really them giving the finger to Microsoft. It's treating them like the underdog, which I think they are, but still. It's a stealth jab at Microsoft. LOL

Now I'm lvl 9 on here and I'm playing the multiplayer matches and stuff, this game is awesome. I really like it, there is a good amount of stuff to accomplish to get rewards and add all that to multiplayer matches, it's an excellent mix. It is worth the $60.

Ten hours is perfectly fine. They can add more to the story with expansions and stuff. no different then MMORPG's that are out there.

Same can be said for you. I don't understand your little attitude towards me lately and I really don't care. If you would like to continue with such a sour attitude or trying to stir some odd pot, go right ahead, I'll be more than happy to join in. Evidently I really touched a nerve on you and I highly doubt it has anything to do with the word Derp, if it does, that is very shallow, but doesn't surprise me one bit since it's the internet.

I'm only on like level 4 or so, but I am enjoying the hell out of the game. It's awesome. It's a bummer for those that aren't enjoying it, I'm glad I'm not in that ballpark. mauahaha

As for the PS4....

I haven't heard nothing but praises for this game. I won't listen to their negative nancy reviews. There are review sites that will automatically put a damper on a popular game if it doesn't fit their agenda or they are trying to ruin the experience on purpose for others.

free indie games don't bother me. Do people honestly think that we will get all those free AAA games on PS+? They're just kidding themselves and to be brutally honest, it's so dumb to think AAA games are going to rain down on PS+ at this moment. can we all say DERRRRRRRRRRRRP!.

nothing wrong with free indie games and while there are people that don't care for free indie games that complain about it, there are going to be the same amount of people complaining about a free AAA game for free because they already bought it. derp derp derp O.O the complaining doesn't end and trust me on this, it doesn't matter if it's indie or AAA games, they will complain no matter what.

I doubt Sony will do that. Sony does have their own studios that are very strong and on top of those they're treating this game and probably other future titles like first party exclusives. It's smart and they have the backing to do it properly.

I was hoping for a good golf game. I guess I'll have to wait for another EA golf game o.O

I think this game is awesome, I'm glade to see it's doing great.

I had a blast with the beta and my pre-order is fully paid at gamestop. Can't wait till tomorrow.

What people should know as well as buisnesses throughout the world is that Karma is very real and it will strike back at you. Microsoft basically just got smacked by Karma this time around. it's going to be a rough ride for Microsoft. They won't learn from this.

Nah, Sony is just building their empire. PSN will get better and better. Downtime always sucks, but with that down time they are improvement the network.

Those bigger characters are never fun to play with anyways. Goro is not a good character to play as, but he's good to fight against. Same goes pretty much all other bosses or pre-boss characters.

After really reading more carefully, I'm deleting previous paragraph as if I understand this early in the morning for god sakes.. O.O

Now after that being said, This doesn't bother me one bit. Now I'm biased to Sony's PS4 system, it's a better console compared to the competitors and the sales prove it. When Microsoft forked money over for Tomb Raider exclusivity (this article is a "read between the lines" in that respect) I was ranting on behalf of that move being downright stupid as a business move since they eve paid money to keep it off the PC on top of that. As if TR ever moved consoles, I even question the first release of moving any PS1 units. This on the other hand, the developers really wouldn't lose money on it since the Xbox One isn't really pushing more units right now compared to the PS4, in this regard, the company still makes money and it isn't a stupid business model when put up against what Microsoft did with TR which was stupid on behalf of Crystal Dynamics / Square Enix. See where I'm going with this?

I'll wait until the next Madden game to see if they put more effort into this. Wonky this or that, last years Madden was horrible and thankfully I didn't buy it, the year before was pretty meh. EA needs to really step up their game, Their slogan should be....

I think it's freakin awesome. A little metal slime decor on the actual PS4 system is new and very different. Come on now, what's not to like about this awesome looking PS4? It's new, it isn't just a console, but wtih something added to it. I like it. I hope they do more PS4 consoles like this in the future. They could even do Final Fantasy versions of a console (that is if Square/Enix ever starts playing smart for PS4 gamers rather than derping around losing money) add a little chocobo on their or maybe Bahamut O.O

Can't wait to get home and start playing this game. Once I watched some youtube videos on this game, it got me pretty excited. after reading the review, I'm in full throttle right now O.O

I would say that it was good. I won't say very good because I know they could do better in terms of surprises and stuff, but this was a solid conference and more so compared to E3. I think the reason why I liked this showing more is that the people representing Sony this time were more likeable compared to the people representing Sony at E3 and gamescom.

The people complaining about all the games the PS4 is getting and in cases where they are indie games, they are eating sour grapes, that's all. For the PS4 fanboys, I say to you, bask in the glow and laugh at the sour grape eaters. Bahahaha

Something as simple as just getting a new building can actually inspire much more creativity.

I think you are just trying to stir the pot, because there is no way you are actually putting blame on Sony for this, that's just flat out ridiculous.

No their not guilty of it. regardless, indie is a real term used, it doesn't matter what I think it should be. The point is, Sony isn't guilty since indie developers do exist.

The people you should be blaming are the little crybabies that don't understand that the games they want are made by 3rd party developers, games such as Fallout, the next Skyrim, etc etc. It's little crybaby whiners blaming Sony, if they used their head, they would see that even the PC and well as other consoles are going through this same thing. Nothing wrong at all with indie games or underground developers or whatever else you want to call them. the fault relies 100% on the complainers.

yea, I liked Saints Row the third, that was an awesome game I thought. I didn't get Saints Row IV, but from what I read from user reviews, I'm glad I skipped it.

I don't like the name Indie that much, I prefer the term "underground". More like underground devs rather than indie devs.
