@Futureshark in general, PC is the best platform to play a lot of games tbh, including MH Wilds.Metaphor ReFantazio was also a far better experience on PC as well.

@GamingFan4Lyf precisely. Xbox know they are behind in consoles so why charge their tiny playerbase for premium games? The money they make off Sony and PC sales will more than make up for it.

BF2042 was a such a joke at launch, they need to get this one right from day one.

Never played an online fps where the bullets didn't even register and it wasn't attributed to ping, some weapons were outright unpickable because of the spray.

Can't wait to try this out on Xbox. I still remember buying the original version day one for the 360, what a game.

Lmao PS Plus Extra and Premium are a complete joke. Gamepass is clear but I guess Sony were never going to be able to offer a similar service because a lot of their first party AAA sell like hotcakes. I'm content with the PS PLus standard and my Gamepass Ultimate subs for now.

@Deityjester awful character design and price point is essentially what killed this game. Price point more so when 90% of your competition in the same space are ftp.

Good riddance, it was doomed from the first trailer. Then the abysmal beta numbers that had to get opened up to wider audience (initially limited to preorders only) and the embarrassing launch numbers. The character designs are the worst I have seen in a triple A game.

That Secret Level episode is going to be real funny now.

@tameshiyaku While I would agree, MG3 is hallowed ground and does not need to be changed. That would be like remaking The Godfather, The Matrix, etc. I think if they can start an MGS6 or at least get something going then that would be the best bet.

@tameshiyaku We saw happened when Konami went “bold” with this IP and ended up with that woeful zombie survival game. Without Kojima, they need to stick to the source material as much as possible and if any changes need to be made, only in the QoL category and nothing else.

The feedback from the community has been largely negative since the hero shooter and price point was announced. I don’t know how Sony or the studio ever thought this game would be a hit. It’s either an incredible oversight, or just plain ignorance and not listening to your consumers.

@Diogmites It’s not the writers. It’s the people above who make the decisions and the writers have to adjust. After listening to Gary Whitta’s KindaFunny episode the other day, it’s clear writers don’t always have a lot of say on the direction of stories and characters.

It’s a great selection for single platform owners and a bit weak if you’re multiplat. I played Nobody what must be a year or two ago on Xbox. Plague Tale is great but I played that on GamePass on release. Evil West is mid at best.

Some of these “updates” should have been in the base game. Doubt I’ll sever go back, after the console launch debacle but at least it’s in a better shape now. I’ll never forgive them for the crappy console vanilla launch, fake world and shoddy AI.

@deathaxe it’s Bethesda and the hype behind Starfield is unreal. They absolutely do need to over market the game. The previous show did wonders to build up hype, we’ll probably see some more stuff soon.

I was completely put off from the game after I saw that first hour leak video. We have a black female lead and someone thought it was a good idea to have her start off in a court case (not her first time either) and then we also find out she has no parents? Come on man, do better.

Joke if a game. I still can’t believe the claims that were made by CDPR on the road to release. It seemed they had a mini-event nearly every week to showcase something. What a disappointment. I feel so sorry for the devs

Nah, given the state of the console launch, I’m not paying a single cent for any Cyberpunk dlc. I still can’t forget playing the game on PS4 and the 50 crashes. It should be free as a gesture of goodwill
