Re: Talking Point: Is It Finally the Right Time to Buy PSVR2?

brendon987

I never regretted buying my PSVR2 last October. Plenty off good games for it. Just because pushsquare, ign, gamespot ect does not review PSVR2 games often. Does not mean that games are not being released for it.

I got prescription lens for the PSV2, and after 40 years off wearing glasses. Its a delight to take my glasses off for VR gaming.

Also after 40 years off gaming. VR worlds put that magic back into gaming. Playing Moss, you just stare at the environment for a good minute or two. They are so beautiful.

Cheers

@LordAinsley I purchased after the big patch. An the game is my favourite vr2 game. I am onto my second playthrough. Second time around I play in story mode, auto reload. Amazing graphics. Shooting amazing.

The last level or two are not as fun as the first levels. I only come across one bug, and reloaded from the checkpoint. Loading time between levels can be a pain. But during game no problem.

Definitely worth the buy. Pushsquare should redo there review

Cheers

For previous replies for this thread. It seem like you can swap between Ireland and main game england. An when you go to Ireland the game scales to your level. So I assume if I go to Ireland at power 55, and go back to England at power 65. For the main game it wont re-scale to my new level. An if I then go back to Ireland at say power 100. It will rescale to my new level again.

Still using the vita. I guess around 2-4 hours a week. Still many games to play. Vita is build strong and keeps on lasting.
Definitely putting more time on the PS4 and Switch. But I still be using the Vita until it breaks Or until sony release another handheld.

Ps Vita, is still my most played console. I got it back in 2012 (I think), and its been my number one console since. Such great hardware. An so many games came out for it.

Currently playing Rainbow skies. Great game. 115 hours in. On the post game now.

I have a "Switch". But the Vita is still my prefer console on the go. It much more solid and have a much longer battery life. I assume I will eventually swap my "go" playing to the "switch". But I still have a few great games to finish on the Vita. I am set for 2019.

I am amaze how my vita is still going strong after 7 years use. Took it on a few 6 months hiking trips. Its travel around the world with me. Throw into the backpack and drop many times. A few scratches but none on the screen. Such a solid device. Sony know how to build strong hardware.

Long live the "My" Vita.

Still the best story told in a video game ever. I played the original on the PS Vita. Great coffee/cafe game.
Do I double dip. Yep. But I visual novel game needs to be played on the go. So I am playing on the Switch. (I still have plenty off other games for the PS4)
@LiamCroft. Play this first. An I agree with @Rob_230, this is far the better game.
