You make a strong point here. You should ask Sony to spend 69 billion USD to buy a publisher so that they can "make" a game like Doom.

@DennisReynolds I see this argument all the time, yet plenty of first party games haven't received good scores here. It's like selective memory.

@Godot25 who said that? Seriously. The argument is against people who haven't even played it and are actively hating on it, not anyone who gave it a try and for whatever reason didn't enjoy it.

If I had even a tiny interest in watching these "olympics", it'd now be completely gone. Not that this will change anything. Most people have no moral compass so they'll be more than fine.

@WiiWareWave see I don't mind games like Super Mario Bros (2 or 3), but games from the ps1 and ps2 generations look really ugly to me.

@PuppetMaster I played Dragon's Crown and got second hand embarrassment from the Sorceress' boob physics. It's as if it were designed by a 13 year old.

It's not just the nudity the problem, but how it's portrayed. In Conan Exiles there was plenty of nudity but it felt pretty natural.

@KahnArtizt07 that would be hilarious to watch. A lot like Mr. Satan from Dragon Ball fighting against pretty much anyone.

Loved it when I played it back in the day, but I'm sure it's too outdated now to enjoy.

@CrashBandicoat I don't know. I've heard that it was the easiest From game because of the open world setting. So, essentially you could level up your character, especially with the help of others (right?)

But since it's DLC maybe they tried something different, i.e. to make it exceptionally difficult.

@CrashBandicoat it's worth keeping in mind that this game sold far more than the rest of From games. So, it's inevitable that a whole lot of them won't like it because it's simply not for them. I'm one of those people who can't stand very difficult games. But I'm informed enough to avoid buying such games. Others get caught up in the hype.

@Ilyn I always wonder when it comes to such reviews if they mean it or just want attention/trying to be funny.

@savarunl it could cost 100 times that and it still wouldn't change anything. It's optional. End of story. Again, if the base game is barebones (like the features that you mentioned that have been removed) and you need all the extra to enjoy it, then I'm right with you. Otherwise, it's complaining for the sake of complaining.

@Ilyn you're right. That's a big problem with Steam, because I've read several negative reviews of certain games and they seemed to have enjoyed it, but thought there was room for improvement and some positive ones were full of (very valid) complaints. It's hard to get a sense of how enjoyable the game is.

@savarunl I never understood this argument. You don't need to get them all to enjoy the game. I've played Sims before (Sims 2 and 3, I think) and I'd usually buy one expansion, maybe two. If the base game offers enough content, then all the extra content is completely optional.

@sonicmeerkat when you give a great game a 1/10 for one issue, then yes, it's review bombing. If you give it a 6/10, then it's not. It's one thing to point out something annoying about the game and a whole different thing to give it the lowest score possible.

@Faruko not really. Nintendo games tend to do particularly well when it comes to physical copies.

@riceNpea I have the same pet peeve. I've tried to correct them several times in the past, but it got nowhere, so eventually I gave up.

My ps premium subscription is ending soon, so I need to find a game to play and beat before that happens. Decisions, decisions...

@Dobbos zero motion sickness. Just to give you some context, games in which you have to walk give me migraines. Even Astro Bot gave me motion sickness. But on rails shooters, like Pistol Whip, and Beat the Beats never did.

Rhythm games on PSVR2 are the absolute best. Beat Saber has become one of my most played games, Pistol Whip is incredibly satisfying and I just lost a kilo of sweat playing Beat the Beats. Synth Riders is also great.

Needless to say, I'm really looking forward to this one

@trev666 it depends on the budget. I think it's actually pretty good. Just not as great as we thought.

I have hundreds of ps3 that I'm hoping to play one day. Maybe on ps6. I don't mind. I can wait.

@Bettyswollocks not really. Not everything that launches on xbx1 and PC automatically performs better.

@Flaming_Kaiser Oh, I definitely agree with that. I just don't think that it's games like Sly Cooper that made Sony big. They definitely helped to some extent, but not nearly as much as games like Uncharted.

Didn't several games report that they reached that figure after a month or less? Games that got way less attention than Stellar Blade. Like Lies of Pie or Lords of the Fallen.

It's hard to believe it hasn't sold far more.

@ATaco These games didn't sell particularly well. As opposed to the success to Uncharted, God of War, The Last of Us, Gran Turismo, Spider-man and some other ones.

It's also worth keeping in mind that the data come from a niche part of ps4/5 owners.

@Slippship I get the impression that they were making at least some PSVR2 games, but they didn't turn out great and had them cancelled.

The criticism is definitely valid, but I'm still greatly enjoying mine. So many third party games that are simply brilliant.

Another one that has a very, very special place in my heart.

I played it to death when I was young and vividly remember a male character having 300+ IQ (which made me believe that it went that high...)

My heart can only take so much! Once again, this is a dream come true (last time was when it was available on psvita).
