Jeez, we've waited too long for Rocksteady's next effort already...hopefully there isn't a delay and everyone keeps their jobs in this new transition.

Really great entry in the series. Hoping they release more side content like 7 had.

What was that? Bethesda saying their game with an unknown release date will be exclusive to Xbox? Sorry I couldn't hear them over all the PS5 exclusives I've already been enjoying over the last six months, with more still to come. Oh well...

Finished it yesterday and absolutely love it!

I am loving Returnal and Resident Evil Village and I don't want either of them to end.

Just discovered you can only hold a total of 30 ether? That's pretty pants when there's so many malignant items to collect.

That's a hefty boy! Well, it is three games so no wonder. Hopefully you can install separately but if not then I am happy to be buying the physical copy.

The game is great when it runs well but between the crashing and now this... I'm taking a break from the game to play Village, thankfully.

I so wish Sony had a dedicated team for this like with Microsoft. But I guess Xbox have the money to do that and the third party devs are happy because they don't have to raise a finger. Sony are relying on the devs.

Its a brand new IP against Pokemon for goodness sake! Of course it came second. But thats still amazing considering how much PS5 have sold. I can see it like Miles Morales andreemerging in the top 10 while console stock appears

I'm playing the disc version and have experienced at least one notable crash when the room was full of enemies and there was a lot of bullets on screen according to the video I attached to the report. Other than that I've had a flickering black screen (that might have to do with the streaming device I had attached as stopped when I restarted that), and a weapon in the daily challenge that blew out my audio in the headphones and the TV speakers.

Happily got Ghost of Tsutshima at full price as it looked absolutely amazing. Did not buy Days Gone day one because I heard about bugs, a very mixed reception and then got it on sale.

Hey Girvan, work for a sequel goes both ways. Appeal to us enough that we want it at full price.

This would need the psvr 2 controller for an easier port. So hopefully its exclusive for a year.

I would love to see an announcement for PSVR but yeah, like others I'm thinking it will get added in when PSVR 2 gets announced, RE7 was incredible in VR.

No. I frankly do not see the point of remaking this game now. I'm very inclined to think the recent reports are a load of rubbish

Thinking of how many original properties Sony have, going all the way back to PS1, if this is true it's an absolute waste of time and resources. The reports about Bend Studio, Days Gone 2 and another Uncharted and Last of Us... all looking very bad for Sony. Get back to focus on creativity.

@Jaz007 Yeah, would love to see it added in when we have a solid release date for PSVR2. Just bought a 2nd hand Aim controller to play through Farpoint and Doom 3.

Really feels like VR is getting a lot more love. I just need RE Village to get a surprise PSVR announcement

Happy to pay for more content, but might hold off for a discount unless there is some timed aspect to it.

I have my PS5 set up in my office, and I have managed to hide the PSVR box underneath with velcro tape. Looks clean and means I can just set up the VR whenever I feel inclined. Was proud of how tidy it was until I decided to streaming. Now that side of my desk is littered in cables haha!

First experience of the franchise was the Resident Evil 2 half hour demo. I fell in love with the series with that, and have played every game since. It has been an amazing journey and I cannot wait for Village.

It's resident evil's 25th anniversary so I am replaying the original trilogy on livestream. I love the series and would happily replay these games any time apart from 6

Such a strange post. This is a reaction to the last few weeks and not the months Sony has been leading things? Where's the studio acquisitions? They've got them, their teams are working on things and the releases are coming, but yeah we already know about them and that's probably why you are feeling the way you are. There's no big surprises yet, but rumours say they are on their way. Microsoft have been shouted loud recently but their exclusives are a long way off. Let's see where each of them are at in a couple of years.

Have to say that Obsidian was the bigger loss than Bethesda in terms of western RPG output.

It's all might and maybe for established franchises. As a business, Microsoft aren't going to cut off sales for an established franchise on another platform if the game isn't going to sell well enough for their subscription platform and on console.

Aye right! "Oh we were SO READY to show off the game and now we have to push it back further because of this leak! Shame this happened boohoo!" Yeah they weren't showing it so someone came to get it. Just show the game off and get on with it.

Getting the digital version for sure. I think this shows how third party devs with long enough access to the dev kit will be able to work the custom ssd compared to Xbox's standard SSD.

Backwards compatibility for previous VR games, Resident Evil Village receives a VR update and then Astro Bot sequel. That's all I want.

If it's multiple entries of one franchise then it's Tomb Raider.

Happy to give it a try when they release it. Interested to see what becomes of it, and like someone else says, I hope the full game comes to Switch.

I think they need to start doing deep dives for individual games rather than these State of Plays. People just expect too much, and while some of what was shown was great, it didn't amount to much more than some trailers. Didn't learn much else nor nothing in depth.

I cannot believe it's the Friday before and we still don't know March's line up, but we know one game we're getting for April...
