@WolfyTn im the same mate. Before i started playing Helldivers i had 3 people on my friends list, none of which play online. There are plent of people on here that would play online with you including myself. Ive had a few people who have added me that have jumped in to my games and vice versa. Some talk, some dont but its good to be able to play with folk from here.

I dont mind Gaga. She was different, edgy and dared to shock. Its the likes of Swift, Grande and come to think of it, every other modern pop act that i think is trash. The new craze of taking another artists tune really drives me bonkers too. I heard some woman singing to the tune of Gangstas paradise the other day and another that had Robert Miles, Children playing in the background whilst slavering it with their own mundane, simple lyrics. Make your own fu**ing misic instead of riding the coat tails of classics. AWFUL!!

@__jamiie im tho opposite. The game was a breath of fresh air with snappy fun combat that made you feel untouchable when mastered. I loved it. So glad its had good sales.

Cant waiiiiiit for this. Im rubbish at park builders and managment sims but i enjoy the genre and i also love anything wildlife so this is right up my street. Just so happens that the wife liking the look of it too = instabuy.

@SoulChimera plenty of people on here to game with mate. I was gaming with @render and a couple of others for the first time the other night. Some of the best online fun ive ever had, despite my lack of skill on the battlefield 😂. Some of those missions on the tougher difficulty are quite long too.

@SoulChimera it will take longer playing solo as the any sifficulty above medium would be nigh on impossible on your own. The difficult doesnt scale to the ammount of people in a party but based on a full squad of players. Playing with randos isnt bad at all tho, i come across no idiots so far and it feels like you could just be playing with a squad of cpu.

Fantastic game. Had some good matches with a couple of the guys on here yesterday. Just pure fun, even when your dying. Tonight the the servers are completely crippled. Cant even get past the title screen and on to my ship due to server overload. Next they will be giving us another 50% more xp as a good will gesture for the 50% more xp weekend good will gesture not working 😂

Same. Got in to 2 games the aecons just stuck on the drop pod screen so just turned it off.

On a side note tho, how different are skull and bones and sea of thieves from each other now that has also been confirmed by our lord and saviour.

Ive had great fun jumping in with randos on this game. Apart from last night when some guy from the states told me i suck and kicked me from the party 😂😂. Fun game tho although i like the bug killing more than holding off the swarms of robots.

It deserves the success. Whilst it was a joy to play and platinum i ended up selling it to a friend.i just found it too hard for me to master on a competitive level. Great game tho. Ive always said i didnt like Tekken because i found the moves and button commands complicated but this is by far the most user friendly. I really had fun.

My screens will never be an xbox screen for as long as im gaming. Been there, done that and wouldnt go back.
As far as tnight is concerned i cant see it being any more than HiFi rush and sea of thieves will be releasing and maybe some other (unspecified) games at a later date on a game to game basis.

@Northern_munkey i wondered the same as i got it a day before you and a bunch of zones were already liberated. It is a fun game tho but im finding that alot of people when i join a group are doing the main objective then calling for extraction and not doing the side missions. This is losing us extra rewards.

@sanderson72 think i will do exactly the same as you. Will wait until the weekend tho as ive got some old games to offload and i will use the credit to buy vouchers. Games do look good tho. I always remember shi**ing myself when walking in to a new section and the music ramps up only to see a tiger bounding towards me. I imagine i will still sh*t myself at the ripe age of 41.😂😂

Nothing for me this time. Ive got Granblue, P3, Relink coming, Im tempted by Tomb raider and got Helldivers 2 yesterday. I dont need anything more, want, yes but need, no.

Cant do anything these days without it upsetting someone. Thats why i dont tell people when im going to fart at work anymore. I just stealth one out and leave the office. Huh, whats that noise! (MGS ! sound)

Just had my first match with randos. Didnt know what i was doing, walked in front of someone's turret 😂 died alot, killed more, got the extraction. Im finding it rather fun to be honest.

Downloading as we speak so if anyone doesnt mind a noob joing their squad or fancies showing me the ropes kidfunkadelic-83 is my tag. See you on the battlefield... maybe.

@get2sammyb is there any loading difference between ps4/ps5 or are the more or less identical/instant. I dont mind going for the ps4 version as long as the load times are the same. TIA.

Awsome review. As someone that doesnt really play online games at all apart from Monster Hunter (which i only play online and its really fun) Im so tempted to get this game. I liked the sound of it from the positive comments in other threads and the review just solidifies this. I only have about 6 friends on my list and not many play the same games as i do so it will randos for me. Maybe we could get a thread going on the forum where we could get some games going together?

Im quite enjoying it. Chapter 6 of however many there are. Im happy its on the shorter side of things that the classic 60h long rpgs that were used to. Looking forward to leveling up all the characters and doing aome post game high lvl quests.

I might have to pick up this game sooner rather than later. Problem is i dont have any friends let alone any that will play this co-op with me 😂😂

@GeeEssEff it does help alot buddy, cheers. Seems there more to it than i origionally thought. I will defenately put it on the watch lost but i dont think i will get time to play it any time soon. The combat does look pretty cool tho. Reminded me of Starship troopers 😂😂

For those that are playing... Is Helldivers 2 a hoard mode where your just fighting off waves of Alien bugs whist trying to stay alive. Not really read much in to it but thats the take i get from the footage ive seen. Glad its doing well and hope the server issues are sorted soon for all you guys.

Ive never understood companies that add Micro T's in to their games. They sell a skin for £16 when they could sell 8 times at £2. I know what one id rather purchase as a customer and im sure they would end up making more money that way. Glad these guys seem to be selling at the latter and have their heads in check. I may grab this game at somepoint.

@ErrantRob is the RTS anything like a tower defense game? If so its defenately not for me.

After getting the plat on Tekken8 and doing all the character story's ive decided that its far too technical for me to get in to competitively so ive decided to sell it to a friend. I very much enjoyed my time with it tho. Think im going to start Persona 3 or get granblue next but ive always fancied 13 sentinels but dont know what to make of the gameplay ive seen.

GOW and 2, but especially the first is a stone cold classic. Ive never got why people rave about Halo really. Ive completed them all apart from the latest one and i didnt think any were more than a reasonable shooter with spongy enemies with regenerating shields. Wolfenstein was really good tho although it felt really long for some reason. Forza has been trash since the sublime Forza motorsport 4.

@get2sammyb i wouldn't mind a port of Dead rising 3. I loved that game when i origionally owned an xbone. Certainly the best in the series for me. Apart from that Gears of war and flight sim.

Its good to see everyone so exited for this game. Theres a different type of "buzz" in the air about this one.

And they would be correct. If all game were online games that just kept going and going without a definitive conclusion i wouldnt be gaming anymore. Nothing more boring in my eyes than not seeing a story start, unfold and conclude.

@Styledvinny79 i didnt mind the graphics but the career was god awful. The calendar wasnt even laid out like a calendar just a set of tabs and this is where i spend 100% of my time. For me WRC generations is the better game overall too. The stages are great in both games but the density of foliage/trees in EA was fantastic.

@DonkeyFantasy as the camera is usually situated from the rear im guessing there just wasnt enough junk in your trunk 😂
