@UltimateOtaku91 how far dis you get through the game? Im on standard and although i die a few times im not finding it that bad at all. Did you use the akills to make parrying and dodging easier?
@BIG3 congrats, i dont know how far i am through but i will defenately be playing through for the plat after ive done it. A boss rush mode would be really good too as there are some good memorable bosses.

@LordAinsley i also like the combat in this game more than Neir. There seems like there is more skill involved whilst not going in to the soulsbourne side of frustration and agree the story is weaker. Its not bad just drawn out a little. I had to switch to Korean with the English sub 😂

@itsfoz there is a town later on that gets more populated the further through the game you get but most of the areas you go out and explore are pretty sparse and derelict with the odd NPC thrown in. Plenty of places to explore and a few of the levels really open up with nooks and crannies to find boxes, upgrades etc. Im enjoying it alot more than i did the demo and i liked that too.

Amazing game and well deserved sales. Negative comments incoming in 3...2...1...

I agree. Some of the made up names for some of the items in Pikmin are hilarious. If they were just named after the actual items it would have been boring.
Eg the lemon is known as a face wrinkler 😂

@Monochrome321 maybe for some but i can tell you now that the T&A dont do anything to take away the fact that this game is bloody darn good. The demo was pretty good but the full game just gets alot better. I disagree that the score is inflated. I think its well worthy of it.

@REALAIS shes certainly got a lot of energy so i can only imagine where that goes 😂.

This game deserves all the praise it gets. Its a sublime game. The gameplay, level design, artwork,score, challenge are all fantastic. My goty so far.
I was absolutely glued to it over the weekend. Shift up have made a very, very good game here. Im enjoying it as much as i did Nier.

Im guessing they dont want their brand being advertised by someone who cuts monsters in half whilst their jubblies bounce all over the place 🤷 wonder where she stores those cans anyway? 🤔🧐.

I got rid of it a while ago as i find it really hard for some reason learning different characters in fighting games so just stuck with Ken until i hit a mental road block with him and just didnt feel i was improving and just got frustrated so sold it. Akuma tho i always used to main in every game he was in so i will buy it again now its cheaper and make an exception and force myself to play as him. He gets hairier with every installment tho 🤣
@NxtDoc i agree. He should have been in it from the start. Im guessing he was one of the characters they banked on getting people back in to the game with.

@MrBook imo so far its my GOTY. Ive not stopped playing it for 2 days lol. The combat can be tricky but there is so many checkpoints that you never have to take out too many enemy again to get back to where you were, certainly not as many as a souls type game. If you can imagine the fast paced combat of Nier with an easier parry mechanic of Sekiro you getting the right idea. Its a bloody good game imo.

@thefourfoldroot1 i dont think you will get that answer and I think we both know why the bottom half was cropped with no full before and after image. Once again PS tiptoeing around the real issue.

Thank f**k someone gets it instead of the standard "horny sweat guys" comments from people. Its not the content thats been censored its the lies and hoodwinking after taking people money for a product they were shown and promised.

@itsfoz so what happens when you start getting story and gameplay elements censored for you? "thanks for dropping your hard earned on our adult rated game but Mr itsfoz, we just dont think, even as an adult you should be seeing these adult story beats in a game so we censored it for you" thats what it will end up coming down to buddy. We already live under the boots of corrupt governments who tell us what we can and cant do and say without upsetting or offending everyone else.
Its deeper than a pair of tits or ass cheek and this was a snakey move with Stellar blade.

If your happy to be dictated to by these corporations (lets face it, it was Sony that put the censorship in place despite what Shift Up might come out and state) what you can and cant play then thats fine but when someone that drops £70 on a game that is claiming to be uncensored and an uncensored demo drops and no word is stated of any sort of censorship patch before the game launches (they obvioustly knew people would lose their heads and people would boycott the game) its a snakey thing to do. You should be paying for the product youve been lead to believe your paying for.
Sure, there are some that may want to just look at more ass etc but there is a bigger picture here too. You have games like DMC that got censored by Sony then BG3 that has got full on frontal scenes of men and woman's genitalia with animal sex scenes that get a pass, also Cyberpunk has full frontal nudity that leaves nothing to the imagination to the point where you can choose the size of your wang?
If a dev or Sony etc want to censor a game thats fine but people should be aware before the game launches. Censorship is bad for everyone and just leads to more censorship. Im not interested in the tits and ass as ive got a wife for that but as a grown man i also dont want to be told by someone else (Sony, MS, the big N, government and politicians) that think they know whats good for me and what i am and am not ALLOWED to view. It goes deeper than horny guys not having something to whack one out to but i agree there is a portion of people id imagine wish this game launched with a photo mode 🤣

@kirkn timing and speed is defenately involved and you WILL die. Great game tho.

@Bentleyma just a little update but when i now load the game up in offline mode its sensed there was a patch (which i origionally cancelled) and now freezes on a screen stating "copying the update, calculating remaining time (which it cant do as im not connected) you can start the game after updating"
So you cant even play the game and cancel the update as it will recognise there is a patch and wont let you start it afyer that until its updated.

Im tempted to fire up the switch later on as its been months since i have done. Maybe something a little lighter hearted like Pikmin4 or MK with the wife.

@thefourfoldroot1 guessing they do is so you will always get that update no matter how hard you try not to... Unless you pull the plug disconnecting you from anything. Its shoddy practice.

@thefourfoldroot1 playing without updating will be a pain in the arse. Even when i go in to the system setting and turn off auto updates etc it tries in install 1.2.0 on every boot up and when i cance the sownload it just starts downloading again with a message on the title screen stating download in progress. Only way would be to disconnect completely.

@UltimateOtaku91 you could always try what @thefourfoldroot1 mentioned. Seems about the best way to play it as it ahould have been released whilst not foregoing NG+. I will certainly be playing it that way.

@thefourfoldroot1 i hear you brother. I did however have it pre ordered and dispatched before i knew about the censorship. Its infront of me right now but i dont know if i should play it unpatched, as it was always shown to us and as grown adults the way we should be allowed to play it and forego NG+ and any extra costumes etc or just bite the bullet and play it under the boot of Sony. Whoever forced in the patch, be it Sony or Shift Up its was a bloody snakey thing to do.

@Tobiaku yes, updating the game will censor the costumes. Its been reported that the costumes in NG+ are also censored. Only way to get the OG is to not update.

@Khayal is there going to be any news on the censorship forced in the day 1 patch? There really should be.

@Moonmonkey probarbly the same as me. Its the drab aesthetic of the game mixed with the geys/browns colour pallet. I would play through skyrim/oblivion again no problem as the bright vistas are catching to my eye. Fallout just looks boring to the eye. In my opinion, of course.

@weeniebeenie ok, take out the extra licenses. Pretend they dont exist and dont offer any sort of extra challenge, even if it is just achieving the time for a gold medal score, ok? There is still a ***** ton of content on offer. It doesnt matter if GT7 has less tracks than 4 or indeed any other GT game past, present or future. My challenge was to someone that said GT7 has no content to offer, which it clearly does. Should we be getting a few more tracks real world or fictional apart from the shoddy snow oval? Yes. As i said in a previous post, I would love to see a few more real world tracks in future updates as opposed to cars with additional class races attached to said tracks. There is enough cars already but there is still content included in this game.

@BeerIsAwesome i cant argue that there are some banging fictional tracks from past GT games that would be a welcome addition.

I want to know if theyve done anything to the textures or charactler models or is it just a quick res and FPS boost. What i mean to say is does it actually look any better.

@BeerIsAwesome but with so many famouse track not featured would it not be nice to have a few of them added along with additional class races to accompany them? Reverse tracks are just a cheap way to bolster your count especially when you could add in tracks like silverstone, Monaco etc. Maybe its a license thing?. Dont get me wrong as i love the game as my defensive comment about there being a lack of content above points to but i do think, whilst the game has a fantastic ammount of content a few more tracks would be appreciated as opposed to a drip feed of more cars. With an already blistering ammount of cars id now take that trade off.

The game has heeps to do. Even when all the menus are done there are the extra menus, additional races and championships, missions,origional licence tests, the newer extra set of 6 licence tests to do, track mastery, car collecting, a robust online mode, FULL game VR support etc. This has far more content than any other racing game out there. Could they do more by adding additional tracks at a faster pace instead of adding cars all the time? Yes they could and really should do. Should they have implemented a 1 shot, 1lap qualification? Defenately but dont go and blatantly lie by saying the game is lacking content.

With a rekindled love of GT7 i will be playing more of that i suspect. Been trying to do the same challenge for 4 nights now, over 1000 miles driven with no success. Moby Dick #7 The pass. Bloody nightmare 🤬

Enjoyed this game. Some tricky combat in places too.

Finally someone else says it. For me, this is one of the biggest bits about FF for me. I just love calling in a new Summon for the first time and watching a crazy over the top cut scene. Was gutted to find out that you just earn a boring power after defeating them.
