If you use the PS app or use a PC to acces the PlayStation store you can add the PS5 titles to your library. So when you get a PS5 you have all the titles.

@naruball but losing final fantasy and other square-enix titles it will destroy any chance in Japan. They have the developers to compete in the west.

Sony should buy Square-enix or at least buy IP's like Final Fantasy, Metal gear etc. That's the best way to compete. As long as M$ doesn't own the Japanese gaming world then gaming is still saved

That will be amazing. Such an underappreciated game.

Fun game to play with my kids. Looks just as good as smash bros. Really surprised they didn't add the paw patrol considering the popularity of that franchise, would sell like cupcakes. Dora and swiper would be a nice surprise to.

Love the art. I think it's a good thing that they didn't go with a perfect Marvel version. This fits perfectly in the GOW world.

I'm excited to see what will be the next boss fight like queen Valkyrie. That was one hell of a fight.

Why are you not writing a article about that to let Rockstar know that people want it, or is it only with first party games when we get the pitchforks out to storm the castle. Not to complain or attack but there seem te be double standards right now.

I find it funny that with every playstation studios remaster there is a separate article about the lack of a free upgrade and with GTA V it is just a normal thing to pay full price again.

On topic: It's weird and really accomplishment that even two generations later this game will probably sell like crazy again. I hope the rumors about GTA VI are true and it will release in a couple of years. Or at least release DLC with San Francisco or Las Vegas

It's time for GTA VI.

Simple case with every remaster. If you loved it the first time around and think it's good value, you'll probably buy it. If you're okay with the PS4 version, you don't buy it. You can buy it for €15 or less on PS4 right now.

Most of the people complaining had way to high expectations. Yes I would have loved to see that MGS remake, sly Cooper, jak and Dexter , silent hill, etc. Gaming websites and those YouTube influencers are destroying gaming with the false rumors and overhyping content. It's no wonder people are disappointed because the bar is set so high no gaming company can match that. It should go back to the old days, without the false rumors and hype trains. The showing was good, but yes if you believed and hoped what was being promised by websites and YouTube then it was really bad.

Honest question, why do you still write for a playstation site. It is mostly negative all the time, seems your heart is somewhere else.
I completely agree with you that Sony should keep the promises they made at first. You can't change half way, and they should be called out on that. But other companies do the same thing but seem to get a free pass all the way through. Nintendo never gave a free upgrade. Breath of the wild and Mario kart 8, donkey Kong tropical freeze are the exactly the same game on both Wii U and switch, and everyone gives that a free pass just because you it's Nintendo. Microsoft has game pass and do the upgrades better. But then again, they are no saints when it comes down to getting money from their costumers. They did want to increase the price, and someday you can count on it they will.

Just to name a few: call of duty ghost, assassin's Creed IV, Every sport Game, Tom Raider, the last of us, Zelda twilight princess, breath of the wild, need for speed most wanted. And if you would go even further, basically every remaster within the first 2 years of a console. The only difference is that most of the console had no backwards compatibility. So the real message to every console maker now is to remove any backwards compatibility in future consoles. I'm not defending Sony, they did make a promise and they should keep it no matter the cost. I'm just saying cross gen games weren't a problem in the past so we shouldn't make it the biggest in the world. I rather would have liked to see them only release on the PS5 to really make the most of those games. But considering not everyone is able to get a PS5 now. It's great we have a choice which version we get.

Good for everyone who wanted this, shows they do listen to the costumers. I never really thought it was a big deal. I mean, I never got a free upgrade when I jumped from ps one to PS2, or from PS2 to PS3, or any free upgrades from PS3 to PS4. Same with Nintendo, Sega and Microsoft consoles. I just bought the version that I wanted. And if I wanted the next gen version I just waited until I owned the console. Don't really get why this is a big deal this time. Seems like the world got cranky lately.

Wow, I didn't expect that the level of this site could go down more. Seriously this is written by a child that didn't get the toy he wanted for Christmas. Please go back to the site you were in the past. The articles that get published can't be taken serious anymore. They only excist to complain and start heated discussions.

On topic: Sony is doing this for years, I do hope they have a showing this or next month. But I don't mind what both Sony and Nintendo are doing. Only show games that are close to release or really show if you have something real to show.

I used to love coming to this site reading all the news about PlayStation. But lately the only thing we read is complaining, lack of game pass just for the clicks and awakening heated discussions. Like others have said this is the third,if not more, about the pricing. Yes Sony could have done it better. But at the same time other companies do the same. I mean how many times did we pay a ridiculous price for the same, and not even improved, Mario's and Zelda's. Please go back to greatness this site was and stop with these endless complaining articles.

Just have both Tails and Knuckles playable as well. Create levels that play different with each character. With Sonic you can have fast levels full of speed. Tails platforming and exploring levels. And with Knuckles more action/combat levels. They tried something with adventure like this, but they could really improve this and lay a working foundation for the future.

Trust me I would love a new Silent Hill and will buy it day one. But does Silent Hill really deserve so much hype to announce it like this..... again. Drop a surprise trailer at a state of play and it will have the same and most likely better effect.

So is a remake or sequel in the works? Usually if they make a show or film of a old game something like that is in the pipeline. I started to appreciate 9 way after XII. Back then it was such a switch in style that I couldn't get into it. Same goes with Zelda the wind waker. After OOT and that tech demo, it was to much.

What's with all the bashing on Sony lately because they don't do the same thing as Microsoft, you should consider switching sites to write for. Gamepads seems like great value but I rather own my games. Same with PS+ and now, you never own anything. You only give them money and once you stop you lose every game. And who stops them from pulling the games from the service, third party games are already temporarily.

Have Final Fantasy intergrade on pre-order and Spirit for the kids. Buying Ratchet and Clank once I'm finished with FF.

I realize and I understand it from a business point of view. It doesn't affect me much because I mostly buy the games that I really want on release. But it will be nice to see the launch games like Demon's souls be a little more reduced in price.

I predict his will be the big holiday title for PS5 at the end of 2021.

Looking at the PS5 games. I really have a different perception regarding deals.

One of the first games I owned on the PS3. Played it to death with my friends. Can't wait to finally play an entry again, good to see Sega finally releases one again. Hopefully a real next gen Virtua fighter game will be made in the future.

I bought every Sonic game since '91. Even though his latest games vary in quality I always get excited when a new one is announced. For some reason I hope the remake Sonic 1,2,3 & knuckles in a good 3D game.

The games are like movies, the way the stories were told and the real life graphics. Considering that they should know it will be really hard to even match the games in a cinematic way. It will be the same with the upcoming Last of Us series. Sony should make a movie of a older ip instead of the ones that are already great cinematic experiences.

This is as it should be. Small sizes, especially if you also play from a disc. I hope more developers will try to do this.

Might be that long awaited XIII remaster. If it's a remake of VI or VIII then I will scream like a teenage girl at a Backstreet Boys concert.

What happened to the time that games were actually finished on release. It's a good thing they can take out bugs etc after release that they missed. But it shouldn't be a standard. Can't wait to play it tonight though, the more I see of it the more excited I get.

They're working on multiple projects so I'm sure that something new will be made. Hope to see them make something like Jak & daxter. As for the Last of us 3, bring it on. Loved 1, liked 2. Maybe they could make a game that happens between 1 and 2. Even though we would know the outcome, the chemistry between Joel and Ellie was amazing and would be happy to see more of it.

My kids love the show on netflix, wich this movie is based on. I've been looking for fun and easy games for them to play.

Resident Evil 2 on the PSone is still number one for me. The remake was amazing but it didn't do the same for me as the original.

I really don't like when you have to use gyro controls. It takes me out of the game, and sometimes just breaks a good gaming experience for me. Motion should stay and die in the wii generation. It adds nothing. Plus if they leave the tech out of the controllers maybe they can cut the ridiculous price of them and people won't have so many broken ones.

Most likely just new trailers of excisting games. Hope something of FFVII remake 2 will be shown.

Finally have PS5. Just got a platinum on Astro's playroom and now I'm back on Miles Morales. Maybe play a few rounds FIFA 21.

It's not a bad game. I personally thought the story was all over the place and toward the end rushed. I advise watching the movie before playing the game. The movie explains a lot of what is going on in the story. I haven't played the DLC so I don't know if that improved it. The gameplay and open world is good. You either like it or not.

Still didn't have luck getting a PS5 so started Final Fantasy XII: zodiac age. XII is the only FF that
I never finished, just couldn't get into the battle system on the PS2. Enjoying it so far.

I was a huge turtles fan back in the days. This looks like the old NES and SNES games, can't wait for this. Maybe it will make me feel like a kid again 😄

Not at all. I also never finished it on PS4, and if it's a decent upgrade I'll end up buying it as well.

I really hope to get a PS5 fast. Can't wait to play Miles Morales. I know I can get it on the PS4 but already got the 5 version laying in a corner calling at me...

Curious to see how the next gen version of GTA V is going to sell. Seems like almost everyone must own it now.

I can imagine. Great choices. Really wish they would make a new Ridge Racer, those were some fun race games. You inspired me, Going to hook up my PS2 and play some Burnout 2 and Tekken Tag 😄

It really depends on the game to be honest. I don't mind paying more for games like FFVII remake, Horizon, the last of us, etc. because those are mostly good value games. But for the other titles like FIFA, COD that release yearly...... I don't want to pay that much.

It's a game console, so it really doesn't need these apps in the first place.

@ChipBoundary I agree on the summon part. You don't seem to have any control in using them. I hope they change it in Part 2.
