I'll be mostly playing the Paris episode from Hitman, plus some R6 siege and world cup. I've got to say that the Paris level is just huge. At my first try I killed some people beside my targets, including some poor guys who saw the ceiling drop on their heads. Well, I hope I'll get it better next time. Have a great weekend everyone!
To be honest I like the tactic that Rockstar follows with their games, by showing only a handful of gameplay before release. With most other games I feel we see so much, that when release time comes, there are hardly any surprises left to discover for ourselves.
Totally agree. Despite not many surprises, the quality of the games' shown was top notch. I mean even Dying light has a promising story with Chris Avellone on the helm.
I may not agree with most business practices of EA, but I'm with them on this one. It's just a game. It's not like in actual war there are people going all Rambo, killings tens of people, jumping from a plane like nothing has happened and being revived when they are blown to pieces by a grenade or something.
It's such a big departure from The Witcher games and even then, most of the people who saw it think it's a game changer, like Wild Hunt was. Now that's a studio with extreme capabilities.
@Bingoboyop That's right, thanks. With all the game announcments these past few days, it seems that my brain has reached a point where it automatically deletes some of the previous knowledge. I should worry though, if smokes starts coming from the top of my head.
Even though I am against the annualisation, I must say I'm really excited that we are having an assassain's creed game on Greece, now that Kratos has left us. It's looking beautiful, too, with all the vibrant colors. However, as a greek speaker, I should say I'm not a big fan of the actors' accents.
@LaNooch1978 I think I am around the middle now, having seen and done some pretty disturbing thigs. I hope it doesn't get worse, because I don't know how much more can Rayman help.
I started spec ops: the line the other day as I've heard many good things about its story. I also plan to continue playing some rayman legends, which I'm having a great time with and also some R6 siege now that a new map has released. Have a great weekene everyone!
Cyberpunk 2077 for me. After the masterpiece that Witcher 3 came to be and knowing that with each new game since the first Witcher cd project are getting better and better, I must say that my hopes for this are extremely high.
@TF-Warrior Why do you say that? I personally can't take enough of Youtube Influencers taking the stage and not having a clue about the games they are presenting.
If ps5 comes around 2020-2021 and has a life cycle of 7-8 years then it means we are talking about 10 years from now. It's not that soon but I'm not sure that everyone is going to have internet connection good enough to stream 4k games with minimum lag
Even though Far Cry 4 and 5 have refined the formula, I still think that they can't match 3. I hope that for the next installment they'll go back to the basics and start fresh, because I just can't see myself playing what is the same game, over and over again.
I have only played the two tutorial missions of the previous one, but I had so much fun that I spent many more hours with them than I initialy thought. Maybe now it's time to play the rest. Such a great game!
I'm mostly looking forward to ghost of tsushima. I love the setting and until ubi gives us an assassin's creed game, that's the best chance we have for a historical samurai game. However, I really can't wait for the other games, too.
I just started Rayman Legends. First time with the series. Really enjoying it so far. I'll also be playing some Rainbow Six Seige. Not ranked, because I can't stand my teammates screaming at me because I suck. Have a great weekend everyone!
I remember a few years back how I was looking forward to all the new AAA games being announced at E3. Now, however, with all the leaks and early announcements my enthousiasm is not the same. On the other hand, I still happily watch all the press conferences and I love the fact that it feels like gaming Christmas.
@Nakatomi_Uk Yeah I agree. Sometimes I try to remember if any of the recently relased or about to release games haven't leaked in some way and I just can't find one. It takes away a part of the fun waiting for e3, psx etc.
@LaNooch1978 Hahahaha as a Greek myself I can confirm that all ancient Spartans had a scottish accent. They also shaved their chests and when anyone asked them about their profession, they would just scream Ahoo-Ahoo (they might still do this, I'm not really sure)
@Flaming_Kaiser Oh I see..Have you maybe tried it on the pro? I have played Enemy Unknown, which I really enjoyed, on my pc and I hadn't the chance to play this one, yet, so I thought this might be a good opportunity.

Re: Michel Ancel Aiming For a Beyond Good & Evil 2 Beta 'End of Next Year'
@DerMeister I think they are probably overambitious.

But what about Troy Baker?
Re: E3 2018: Ghost of Tsushima Will Be Playable in Japanese
It's always nice to have the choice. Personally, I think I'll go with the japanese voiceover, unless there isn't a good lip syncing, which I doubt.

Re: E3 2018: A Plague Tale: Innocence Gets a Moody Cinematic Trailer

Re: E3 2018: Catherine: Full Body Bares It All in 2019, Gets a Cheeky Trailer
Have they brought the original to ps4 ?because I'd like to give it a try and I am too lazy to get my ps3 out of the closet and connect it to the tv.

It's Payne!
Re: E3 2018: God Knows What's Going on in Death Stranding Anymore
I'm not sure that we'll get to know what's going on even if the game releases.

Re: E3 2018: Skull & Bones Sails into View With New Cinematic Trailer, Gameplay Footage
If this game just let me sail on the sea looking at the sun setting and rising while listening to shanties, I'll be content.

@kyleforrester87 What do you mean?
Re: E3 2018: Linger in Loneliness With Sea of Solitude, Coming Early 2019
It reminds me a bit of Rime.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 223
@LaNooch1978 Thanks mate. At least I hope I'll have some laughs over EA's conference, tonight. That ought to cheer me up.

Re: E3 2018: Now Just Cause 4 Has Leaked Via Steam Advert
I tried Jast Cause 3 for about 2 hours, but I couldn't stand the movement and the shooting at all. I hope they will improve it for 4.
Re: Feature: Ubisoft's Best and Worst E3 Moments of the PS4 Generation
I wonder if they'll announce a new splinter cell game this year, or even a new ip. Ubisoft almost always have some surprises.
Re: E3 2018: Avalanche Studios Announces Generation Zero for PS4
I really hope they'll make a singleplayer campaign, too.

Re: The Game Awards Will Return on 6th December
I think Keighley has been doing a pretty good job with these awards for the last few years. They can be a bit cringy, but fun nonetheless.

@MaccaMUFC Thanks for the answer. I thought it was a singleplayer thing, but now it makes more sense.
Re: Rockstar Details Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses
"..and the ability to rank up faster (up to Rank 25)" what exactly do they mean with this? Do you level up your character, your camp, your horse?
Re: Rumour: Fallout 76 Release Date Could Be July, According to Leak
There won't be much competition in the middle of the summer as in autumn (looking at you red dead), so It's not entirely impossible to happen.
Re: Poll: Which PS4 Exclusive Has You Most Hyped at Sony's E3 2018 Showcase?
I'm mostly looking forward to ghost of tsushima. I love the setting and until ubi gives us an assassin's creed game, that's the best chance we have for a historical samurai game. However, I really can't wait for the other games, too.
Re: Feature: What Not to Expect at E3 2018
