I need Monster Hunter 6 yesterday

It'a six for me.
In terms of pure gameplay I find it massively lacking.
What pulls it up to a six is the amazing atmosphere and visuals

I waited to play P5R till it was possible to play it portably on Switch.
It's one of my gavourite games ever now and i spent 150 hours on it so I'd again wait for P6 to be playabke portable.
These games are loooooooong

Good, it's brilliant.
With Monster Hunter and Resident Evil Capcom have become my favourite developer/publisher over the last few years.

Incredible when you think about where they were a few years ago

Cancelled my preorder after watching the SoP last night.
I only preordered as it was Kevin Conroy's last performance as Batman and I had faith in Rocksteady, but I was worried about it.
Last night's trailer, and now this, have confirmed those fears.
Such a shame

First MH that clicked for me and now I'm obsessed with the series. I'd bite if the game and Sunbreak expansion are included on the disk

I loved Farcry 3 to bits, fell off of Far Cry 4 very quickly, felt like a reskin of 3 and seems every game since has been the same.
Still, I'd give this a go for free but can't get it to work.

Gonna pick this up on Switch. Been holding out on playin any version of this for years in the hope of having it portable.
Find JRPGs far more manageable that way.

15 hours in (i got it early) and so far it absolutely lives up to the hype, it's exceptional.
It feels like BOTW but with Dark Souls' combat and atmosphere.
I can't see another game topping this for a very long time, not even BOTW2

@Uromastryx it's multiplat though, so I'd fully expect it to take the number 1 spot next week

I played through the entire thing on pc and it was sh*t.
Both the Witcher 2 and 3 were life changing for me.
Cyberpunk was absolute muck.
Can't believe they ruined such an incredible reputation and good will with gamers by releasing that tripe

Still busy with Dying Light 2 and with Elden Ring next week I'm going to give this a miss for now.
I never got into the original and despite the insanely pretty graphics I don't see this one grabbing me either

I'm delighted for them, but is the combination of their portable and home consoles a good idea financially?
Like I know, they're selling switches like crazy, but they're only selling switches.
They used to sell home consoles and portables concurrently.
I'm too lazy to look at the sales and work out the math, but I've been wondering.

I mean I know this is a subjective statement but I'm sure this is objectively incorrect.
If Sony hardware was as powerful as the Switch/Wii U/Wii they'd have been dead long ago.
Their IPs in no way compare
