Yep. I'm buying. The current hardware is too underpowered and I've no interest in PC gaming at the moment. There are too many games launching at the moment barely hitting 30FPS. I can only see this getting worse.

I'm all for this to be honest. The PS4 is clearly under powered. Especially for Sony's VR aspirations. I'll more than likely buy this new PS4.

@Napples They could, but I don't think it would benefit them as it would probably cost more than they would take in from such a move. I caneed see developers using patches in order to update older games graphical capabilities. This would be much simpler and less time consuming.

@WebHead That's how I imagine it will work. It would be a very simple thing for devs to do.

I really liked the idea of this in Fallout New Vegas. However after a short while it just got annoying. Still managed to soldier through to the end though.

@Napples Won't be remasters. Both consoles will share the same library. If the rumour is even true in the first place.

I don't see the problem to be honest. If both consoles share the same software library. It's nice the option is there to upgrade because the PS4 is under powered. I would probably buy one. It could also work out well for Sony if the discount the original ps4 hardware.

@WARDIE I know the feeling. I've been buying games but I'm barely getting a chance to play with all my college stuff at the moment. It's going to get worse as Dark Souls 3 is out soon.

@themcnoisy If you get a chance, Origins is very good.

@themcnoisy Did you enjoy any of the previous games by any chance?.

@WARDIE I'm a big fan of origins and I enjoyed Inquisition. It deserves a play through I think. Yeah looks wise it was nice. I just felt maybe some of the later stages or areas were a bit sparse compared to the earlier stages.

@WARDIE Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant PS3, PS4, 360 and Xbox 1.

@themcnoisy Bit harsh. It's by no means a perfect game but it's rather fun to play through. It's also got some fantastic lore. However it really does suffer by being a dual gen game release.

I'm of the opinion Crash could happen. There has been too much hinting at it. Where there's smoke there's fire after all.

Going to finish off Uncharted 3 in the collection and get the platinum trophy. I'm patiently waiting for the release of Dark Souls 3. Might sneak in another run of Bloodborne while I'm waiting. Might also finally get the platinum on that to.

More Ubi trash. I honestly believe they make the most boring games of all time. Last game they made I enjoyed was Assassins Creed 2.

@mrobinson91 More than likely. Sony isn't playing catch up anymore and are firmly in charge of this gen. It's clear to see they are resting on their laurels a bit.

@ChoZanWan I think your missing the point a bit. While it's obvious we got a better selection on PS3 as Sony were not in that lead last gen and were also trying to get people to adopt the service. On PS4 they have almost completely abandoned that approached, instead offering cheap indie games. Sony should at least reward people with the odd triple A title. In fairness many of the indie games offered are very good games, it would just be nice to be rewarded every now and again. If anything it would help appease the growing discontent among the fanbase.

@LieutenantFatman Unfortunately it doesn't have a plat on the PS3. Probably won't on PS4 either.

What even is Resident Evil 6 ?, it's just a disgusting game. I like 5 and love 4 however.

@Grawlog The Uncharted artwork was unfortunate but it is completely over blown. Once the mistake was realised it was promptly changed. I really don't see the problem.

@WARDIE They all look the same to me at this stage. Ubisoft diluted the whole series by making it an annual thing.

Who cares. At least a part of Ubisoft's mediocre game made it into what I'm sure will be another Naughty Dog masterpiece.

This game is going to be amazing.

Are they still giving out this rubbish ?. Looks like I still won't be renewing my sub this month. Oh well.

@themcnoisy Yup. It's pretty fun but I got tired of it after a few weeks to be honest.

I disagree that it's essential to have a subscription. Ive been a plus holder for the last 4 years but recently let it run out. The standard of the service has seriously dropped.

Also know the current hardship of being a United fan. Unfortunately as long as Louise Van dope is in charge we can forget about this feature. Hopefully Spurs and Leicester fans get some enjoyment out of it.

Why do Capcom insist on this garbage. All it does is further dilute one of the greatest game series of all time.

I really hope its true. I still consider crash to be Sony's unofficial mascot, well in my mind anyway he is. It's sad to see what became of the franchise. Hopefully Sony gets it back where it belongs.

Got it with my ps4. Never played it and traded it in against Battlefield 4.

Haven't played since I got the platinum. I need to get back into it eventually.

I'd love a return to a proper WW2 shooter. They are seldom made these days.

@Neolit I recently finished the game and got the platinum. I always thought tank controls were fine, however after playing Grim Fandango I agree. They are terrible and need to be left in the 20th Century.

Finishing up getting trophies and in Uncharted 1 and starting the second game I'd imagine.

I think the convoluted writing adds to the series charm. It's very aware and over the top which I like. For instance Fatman in MGS2 is just ridiculous but amusing at the same time.

Pump them out all you want. I'm done with the series. No Kojima, no deal. He was what made the series so unique. If Konami can't see that then there is no point us telling them.

I think it's a pity as I've always associated them more closely to the East than the West. However Japan's gaming taste lies more in mobile and handheld these days. Don't get me wrong, I love pokemon, but its the only hand held series I love. I prefer what a console offers over a handheld. There lies the West/East divide however.

Tempted to get into this. Does it require a PS plus subscription?

I can't deal with that much crap in one place. I'd go mad. I'm all for building up a collection of games you love but having so much crap in one place would grate on me.

Journey is good but I don't know if it really deserves to beat out the likes of Fallout and the Witcher to be honest. However it's the author's opinion and we can't complain to be fair. I'm sure we all like a game that's not everybody's cup of tea.
