Yes, they need to bring Resistance back at some point. I made a bet that after Spider-Man 2, they will make one more game this generation(or at least announce it) and that's a new Resistance lol. I'm sticking with that bet.

Insomniac really knows how to grab attention on twitter lol. Got to give them credit, they've really ran the show for Playstation since the PS5's launch with great updates to Miles Morales giving fans what they want(even stuff they didn't ask for) and now all the little cool stuff associated with this game seemingly.

Hermen Hulst out here gaslighting. Just to be clear, when he’s talking about Japan, he’s just talking Capcom, Square, the big guns. They’re going to money hat those. F everybody else so all those smaller Japanese titles you love so much of the past, they don’t support those (or they're not going out of their way for them like the big guns unless it's very western influenced) anymore, those companies are on their own. They have no interest when it comes to 1st party Japanese development in terms of recruiting Japanese talent. The Team Asobi part i'm not even falling for that, Astrobot is cool but I dont' like it THAT MUCH. Astrobot better not fail or you can possibly say bye to the rest of the Japan Studio and they'll come up with some ***** excuse of why it happen and how Japan is so important to them.

Poor Cerny, had him go out there talking about how the PS5 was going to revolutionize game design. But they're out here designing games with the PS4 in mind indefinitely. Maybe Cerny should have said "at least halfway into next generation". I feel bad for him😟😂

Not even surprised, he refused to commit to either way on whether it was going to be PS5 only or not. I knew then that this was going to happen. That's the way Jim works. Anyway I didn't expect the game this year anyway so i'm not disappointed with that.

New benchmark on consoles. Guerilla Games never fails to impress with the visuals it seems. But the combat looked improved. The traversing and physics too. So much little details going on. I think they delivered today. Now I just need that release date.

So im assuming this is part of the reason why they got rid of PS Communities. Well played Jim, well played.

Sadly it looks fun to me for all of 15 minutes. Seems like it needs another game mechanic to help make it more interesting/fun to me although I don't know specifically what.

People pointing out the $15 is making me laugh. Most people I know don't even pay the full MS price. There's all kinds of deals for it online. Plus, you get a hell of lot more for Gamepass than just MLB The Show so yeah.

What have I been telling you? Jim ***** Ryan. I get so much mess for pointing out the obvious but here we go again. I told you from the get go he's bad news because he's suit only and doesn't know or care about gaming outside of that. He'll just whore out the Playstation. The Playstation brand is basically fully western. No wonder Japan wants nothing to do with it anymore all while he's claiming Japan is still important to them lol. We could see this coming a mile away and yet people were still in denial. His administration is just a bunch of suit bull *****.

The current administration has no real vision and Jim is just winging it(been saying this). They're out here watching what MS is doing and dipping their toes into it like "Oh we're not following them, we're just checking". They're throwing ***** at the wall already and pretty much just running on a reactionary basis. The only thing coming out of Jim's mouth he believes in is "AAA blockbuster".

Playstation is really dead in it's own territory, wow. A total unforced error. Don't bother to @ me, i've heard it all.

As far why no Demon's Souls, Spider-Man MM, DMC5: Special Edition potentially. I don't have a PS5 at the moment unfortunately. The Last of Us II, it's on my list of games to play and it's a game I'm hoping gets a PS5 patch too.

Day one for me but I do agree getting the masses to pay up $70 for this type of game is a tough sell. Of course this is Jim Ryan's fault.

Still looks decent despite the changes. Sucks we got to wait that long of course but it is what it is.

Kinda like this format more than past years. Show flows better without crowd and having to go up on stage and stuff lol. The Last of Us II brought it home with game of the year, congrats to them. I expected them to win that. Personally Ghost of Tsushima is my game of the year(followed by Hades). I can't speak on The Last of Us II as I still haven't played it but I will soon hopefully. Ghost took home a couple with Player's Voice and Best Art Direction so you know i'm happy for Sucker Punch.

As far as trailers go. I'm of course hyped for Returnal as i'm a huge Housmarque fan. They've never let me down.
NieR Replicant ver.1.122474487139… looked great. Cant' wait to revisit that with the new changes.
And finally Perfect Dark gets announced. I can't wait to see what The Initiative with all that talent comes up with. Maybe that will drive me to go out and actually buy an Xbox Series X(last xbox I had was Xbox 360).

The greatness that is Housemarque will shine yet again. Hopefully the sales numbers follow this time.

For us Housemarque fans, you already know Returnal is day one!! Hopefully the masses come along for the ride and finally recognize the greatness that is Housemarque. Dream scenario.
Game comes out, is critically acclaimed and sells well(something that hasn't been kind to them unfortunately despite being having high rated games). Sony buys them(or at least give them another AAA budget).

Ghost!!They bringing it home. Didn't think it would get there at first yesterday when I voted. It was either Ghost or Hades for me. I guess the multiplayer in Ghost help edge it out in my mind, maybe. Hades is officially my favorite Supergiant game now tho(previous was Transistor). Can't speak on TLOU2 as I haven't found the time to play it yet. Nor games like Animal Crossing:NH.

I'm not even mad at them. Instead i'm mad at Sony and retailers who refuse to implement a system that curves this during checkout.

I love it. This is going to be the other I use the most outside of Spider-Cat.

Dem details. Pretty insane amount of work they put into this(Bluepoint/SIE Japan). Big ups to them. Looking forward to playing.

Loved this trailer. From the warehouse transitioning to the Raytracing in front of the shop and of course the Spider-Cat moments. Best Game Informer video showcasing this game yet.

The new avatars are nice but I don’t rock free avatars. Random but I still want to know why they restricted the the avatars and themes from being sold.

Overall it's a pretty weak update but that's to be expected.

@Keyblade-Dan Rise in cost happened for one thing. Plus ASW characters tend to be on the expensive side too. Also they don't get huge budgets for these games.

I don't quite know what to think other than it spices things up a little so i'm all for it right now lol.

I dig it. Panel is easy to remove(good for future customization) . Has a dust catcher and the fan is easy to get to. Oh and liquid metal cooling is a great choice of course. I don't really have any complaints. Looks well designed.
