Yeah, some of the weapons are downright annoying. But most feel great. Traversal, vehicle controls and lighting are also fantastic. I just don't get why they left out HDR. I haven't played any DLC yet 🙂

I personally really enjoy Rage 2. I get the criticism, I really do. But I really do like all the gameplay mechanics, the visuals and the fluid combat. I just really had fun with it.

Depends on the facial animations. If it's all captured with english speaking actors, so their lips move accordingly,.and then just dubbed in Japanese, then I might go with english. Or not. As a Dane, I grew up with subs because movies and tv shows always have been sub'ed here.

Weird choise for GOTY. I would have put my money on something like...like...s***. This has been a great year, but mostly because I happened to really enjoy games with mediocre meta scores, like Days Gone and Rage 2. Well...Sekiro it is then

I respect this site! But this article disappoints me. Failing to mention so many great titles from this year, for the sake of artificially inflating an already somewhat made up problem? Simply not good enough. I can't believe how one person's feelings regarding what games were good this year, justifies such a long opinion piece. Too much was left out.

Why not? Handheld gaming on Switch is super cool. It's such a plus to me, that I can have these big budget gaming experiences on the go. The screen is just big enough to never feel small, colour reproduction is good too. I love my PS4pro, I really do. But I am so happy with my Switch too

I would love remakes/remasters on PS5, for these games:

• Mafia 1
• GTA V (yes, I too would buy it again)
• Rage 2 (better draw distance, higher res)
• Ace Combat 7 (imagine being able to play the
  entire game on PSVR2)

I think it's utterly pathetic. This game does not look leaps and bounds better than the handsome collection or the goty edition, yet runs at a much lower res when running at the same fps. Choosing UE4 for this game was a very poor choice. So this game is 30fps on base hardware? So we get all the games remastered at 60 fps this gen, except the new one. I hate when a new entry feels like a downgrade

Only if you bought it two years ago 😅 I've had my ps4 since August 2014, and my pro since release. I'm absolutely ready for a new Sony machine 😍

Ray tracing is cool and all, but I'd prefer to see noticably improved draw distances for everything from geometry lod to shadows and foliage.
