I never had issues with amazon before. God knows when they are going to dispatch it. I wont be able to relax until that happens.

where did you all get your pro from. sadly i preordered mine with amazon uk. Still says delivery by 10pm tomorrow (friday). Not even dispatched yet.

Yes, you are correct. It is the series x owners that do the most of the moaning. Unless Microsoft eventually cut the ties between X and S this issue is only going to get worse as games develop more as the gen moves on. But why do these series x owners blame Sony when the developers say otherwise.

So sad xbots. When will they accept that the series s is not up to mark. They jump at any excuse to defend it.

The only reason Sony bought bungie was to stop Microsoft from buying them.

Just 4 for me, and that was after getting the first 2 right. Thats about par for the course for me.

I tend to read some early on in the game, but then the interest wains and i stop. If there was a trophy for reading them all it would be different. In some games though, its in your interest to at least open the book as it may initiate a mission, take Skyrim and The witcher 3 for example.

Only 10 for me, and most of those were guessed.

I always did have high hopes for this game, but, it has exceeded those hopes. Beautiful to look at, but thats not all it has to offer.
Combat is great especially as the bosses get harder later on. Dont play it on story mode though, its to easy.
The game mechanics are great and inventive in places. Its no simple game for kids.
This could well have been a game of the year contender if it had been a little longer. For a developers first video game, it is terrific. 10/10 for me.

Got my ps5 at launch from Game. Got my xbox X from Game without any problem as well. Im not sure why its such a struggle to get a ps5 or xbox x for most people. There has been 3 occasions that they have been in stock on Game that ive seen, and i dont stay on the site all day.

There seems to be so many videos of games that are not out yet. It seems to be the way that developers release gameplay videos, story videos etc. Before long you wont need to play the game as you will have seen it all.

OK, here is my take. Konami own the Silent Hill franchise. Konami and Kojima fall out big time. Kojima wants to do another S.H. game. Kojima goes under cover with Blue Point games. Blue point games does a S.H. style game in all but title so that Konami would have to prove copyright in the courts.
This game may be actually called something different to Silent Hill but it will in every other way still be a Silent Hill game.

Looking at those results its clear that there are no really mind grabbing games there. Elder Ring looks good but it seems like yet another Souls type game. The others all look kind of meh. I am looking forward to Far Cry 6 as it is my sort of game, but it is hardly original. Avatar looks interesting though.

Is this really a surprise. What with people being at home more, due to covid and stuff.

So long as there is still plenty of box smashing. That is the most satisfying mechanic of the game. I love the sound of the bolts being collected.

They are hardly a Naughty Dog. Yes they may have done a few decent smaller games, but they have yet to prove themselves in the triple A market. I hope they do pull it off, because if they dont it could destroy them

Xbox is doing well at the moment.
I got the PS5 at launch and never really considered getting a series X or S. But now with having played the PS5 exclusives, I've run out of games I want to play.
Xbox's purchase of Bethesda impressed me as I like the Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises. The game pass system works well (although not free) and makes the multiplats a lot cheaper.
So i have now got myself a series X and find myself using the Xbox more than the PS5, which I will be using mainly for the PS exclusives only. Until the PlayStation come up with a GamePass like alternative, this is likely to continue. Unless Xbox raise the price to an unacceptable level that is of course.

@AFCC Everyone knows what to expect with Ratchet and Clank, its a long running popular franchise, and made by a popular developer. Now Returnal, is a new franchise and have unproven developers. Enough said.

Oh well, i will be getting a series X then. But only when the new games come out, which will be years yet i think.
I love the Elder Scrolls series the best, Fallout is good aswell, and Starfield will not be exclusive as im sure there is a contractual agreement already in place on that one for it to go to Playstation aswell.
The rest of Bethesda games dont interest me much.
Im sure Sony will now get a couple of developers to concentrate on making those RPG style games, as that is where
they will be lacking a bit.

The PSVR is the only one ive tried. If only it didnt make me sick, apart from that it was excellent and has huge potential. I got rid of the PSVR so cant try again in bursts. Even the 'slow' games like Skyrim made me ill.
The faster games....well, the less said the better.

I expect the new VR to be great, but damn expensive.
I wont get it at launch because i got bad motion sickness with the first VR. I will wait and see and see if they have fixed that at all.
I expect it to be in the 300-400pound range.

I notice that the ps5 version is more expensive than the ps4 version. If i was to buy the ps4 version and get the free upgrade would i get exactly the same thing?

Im expecting all of Bethesda games will be exclusive to the xbox.
Surely it would be in their interests if xbox are serious about the console market. I for one would by the series x if either Starfield, Fallout or importantly to me, the Elder Scrolls, became xbox exclusives. I dont think them making those games timed exclusive would have the same effect, as i would probably wait for them to come to PS5.

I think it sold fairly well due to it being the only real golf sim there is. I personally think its rubbish. It looks the same as the old Tiger Woods games did years ago. It should look far better with the power of the new consoles.
Forget the create you own courses and concentrate on the basic game. I far preferred the old set up of Tiger Woods golf games. Its almost as bad as the newish Snooker game.

I just finished the main quest and the killed the Father. I also got Excaliber and Thors hammer.
It took me 210 hours of gameplay. Even then i didnt get the platinum trophy.
I actually enjoyed the piles of stones things, the dice games and some of the mystery things. The Flyting bits were stupid and as for chasing those bloody tattoos around the place, the less said the better.
All in all i enjoyed it, but the lips not moving glitch need sorting. I didnt come across any game affecting glitches apart from that, no problems opening chests or anything.

Got mine at launch, i was really lucky. I dont think they will be readily available till later this year.
This is really bad news and will end in many PS5 only games being delayed as developers wait for the numbers of consoles to increase.

Closely followed by Horizon and Kena Bridge of Spirits. Also interested in Mass Effect Legendary Edition.

Compared to most months they are pretty good, but thats because the bar is pretty low. Ive played them all except the shark one so will give that a go.

I had already decided to wait until the ps5 version was released. From what ive seen on you tube, the current version is awful.
So much for Project Red being the best thing since Rockstar. It was obvious that P.R. new of most of the issues when they banned all reviews except for the PC version. This makes them more like Bethesda, crap.

I will get this game when the upgrade to PS5 becomes available. Ive got loads of other games i can play till then.

Im loving it so far. The only gripe ive got is the same as with the ps4. The consoles LED colouring system. Orange = in rest mode, Blue = powering up, White = running. I would have preferred to use the Blue colour more as its Blue that represents Playstation. But that's just a minor 'Taste' thing with me.
I've got the Platinum trophy on Astrobot, which was a bundle of laughs and reminds me of all the fun games of times past.
Im playing Assassins Creed Odyssey (ps4 game) at the moment and it runs perfectly with rebirth speeds improved.
All in all really loving it.

Got mine this morning (friday) delivered by Yodel on behalf of Game. After all the stress of actually getting a PS5 im really enjoying it so far. The menus took a little time to get used to. I think the UI will change as time goes on, as i can find a way to personalise anything. Playing Astrobot at the moment. Really good fun for what it is. No issues at the moment.
