The PS5 PRO is ensuring that I don't buy a PS6 and instead I'll wait for the PS6 pro. PS5 games will probably be released on it until midway through the generation again, and if not then PS subscriptions mean I won't doll out money for the exclusives right away.

I guess now that the hype has died down. For Marvel movies they're now pulling a hostile takeover of video games next.

To anyone who doesn't understand the articles title, Hasbro and WotC have been basically going to war with their fan base with how they're running D&D into the ground. With Hasbro making $90M from Baldur's Gate 3 last year, you can be sure that this company was bad practices will only be emboldened in their (not Larians) new direction. Believe me, as a D&D dork, it is a threat coming from Hasbro.

The first one was fun, and it was a good platinum! Would recommend to any Metroidvania fans

@Pranwell I think that's because it makes people feel like their expensive purchase in the PS5 is devalued by a pro version.

Based on the first half of this generation when it comes to the PS6 I will just wait for the pro. PS5 games will most likely be coming out well into it's life cycle anyways.

I can't throw away money on buying a second, better PS5. These pro consoles make me feel like I've purchased a dud by buying early. With as many games still releasing on PS4 you can be sure the next generation I'll just wait for the PS6 pro.

Excellent month for me! Been meaning to check out Midnight Suns and Ace Attorney. Plus some nostalgia for Cool Boarders (but, c'mon why not Cool Boarders 3?)

When I play as sexy Geralt, no one cares. When I play as sexy Eve/woman, then it is seen as perverted. Nothing wrong with sexy versions of men and women in media. People who uncomfortable by sex and the human body give me the willies. Not everything is for everybody, but especially nowadays to suggest that this isn't ok.. you do know there are women who look like this in real life, right? What are they not allowed to be proud of their bodies too?

Akira Toriyama was a MACHINE. So incredibly creative and an insanely fast artist. The man has earned his rest and we live on in our memories. He inspired me to improve my skills at drawing as a kid and to this day I can still draw in his style on the fly. Hours and hours mimicking his art. What a legend. Love him forever.

I'd love for them to work on a Diablo 1 Resurrected or a new Spyro! I'd imagine Microsoft will allow them to work on Activision properties. I read this as them no longer being a CoD support team

I'm surprised to see so much love for DS2. Was a huge fan of From going into it, but the enemy tracking, the player aiming coming loose from lock on, adaptability, the way player movement worked (not being able to turn around on a dime), and the philosophy of throw more enemies at the player to artificially inflate difficulty were all a hard sell for me. Not to mention the difference between the games reveal and what we ended up getting, and then got again when they team shuffled enemy placements. With all that said I've played the game for hundreds of hours and still think it's ok, but definitely the black sheep of the series.

I would prefer to have McMahon and Lesnar still in it just to beat the crap out of them.

Imagine if the mad lad Miyazaki redesigned the whole games enemy placements and scenarios as was done in Dark Souls 2.

I won't be tricked into buying another Diablo game after D4. What an unfortunate letdown.

Everyone prepare yourself for years of Kojima grandstanding about how his next project will be the second coming. Still trying to understand what was the great taboo of MGSV that according to Kojima he would've had to tackle correctly lest he leave the gaming industry forever. Love the man's ideas and his adore his games, but as I get older Kojima is just a smelly old fart to me.

I still jump back and forth between the souls games, so this can come out whenever. With all the time spent on this I imagine it's going to be one hell of a dlc

@lightningbolt79 judging by your responses, I would say you're being completely moderate and the people saying all those not so nice things towards you are out for blood. I share your opinion. Wish foamstars was better, but honestly I don't care that much as it's not my kinda game. I played for a couple of hours and won 50/50. It's very hard to see past all the foam lol

All these years later and devs still don't realize that platinum trophies help push engagement. Leaving out a platinum means many people won't even bother.

If this is a PS6 game then in my opinion this generation blows. My favourite games I played on PS5 were also released on PS4.

In the original Budokai Tenkaichi 3 most of the characters are just re-skins especially when it comes to the huge characters. That never mattered to me though, I must've sat there and played thousands of hours of this game. The game isn't that complicated but it used to be the ultimate "who would win in a fight in dbz" game. Loved playing as Pan and Master Roshi.

It's simple. Drumming up hatred is what keeps their names alive. Exactly what everyone else in every other medium is doing nowadays. Tune out

Lol they're talking about of both sides of their mouths. If my understand of all of this has been correct, this is a bullish move.

1. Bloodborne 60fps. Hackers did it by changing one line of code apparently. Just do it

2. Aside from Insomniac, what the heck are all other PS Studios doing. Some announcements from first party would be nice.

3. Just announce all the Horizon spin offs already and move on to better game announcements

@Smigit It wasn't until the merger of Activision Blizzard that Blizzard started heavily monetizing their games including WoW Classic which has led to a mass exodus of it's players. They took the lifeforce out of their games in order to make a quick buck on things like auto-levelling.

Bobby's Activision has killed Blizzard. They basically took all of the fun out of World of Warcraft, Diablo, StarCraft, and Overwatch. Great job, Bobby!

They were a big part of this year's Open Hand Charity Streams. And to all who are saying innocent until proven guilty, he's been proven guilty. He said for years that the money was going to all these different charities and that they've been working closely with them - and that has turned out to be a lie. He's been proven guilty in that sense, just not in a court of law. But, that alone is charity fraud. He accepted money for years and didn't donate it, and when it came time to donate they only donated to one charity and not the assortment to which he's claimed. He screwed up badly.

Wish it felt more like Rocket League than Fortnite. Tried out this and Lego, but they're both pretty shallow experiences to me.

Welp, now I have to download Fortnite. You win, Epic.

There was so much care put into showing how those locations from the movie would look in a game (albeit a cutscenes). But, Jurassic Park meets Alien: Isolation? Looks incredible and is looking like my favourite announcement of the show. Probably not until 2025/2026, but can't wait.
