@Kelrics90 you say just a boosted RT but a decent RT prescience can be game changing visually when all effects are thrown together which is clearly what’s happening in that little bit of horizon footage. Wow wow wow. What’s the mantra… it’s marginal gains here and there all add up to a big difference.

The game I will mainly get it for will be GTAVI. It’s going to benefit massively from these specs no doubt

Brought a Vita this week and I’ve started a platinum run on Resistance Burning Skies, I’d give it a 6/10 because it’s not great at all in any area lol. Also finishing up Mudrunner DLC trophies and I’ll try fit in some Rebirth somewhere. Happy gaming folks

@messimagician yeah I get you totally mate. I was in a similar position years ago with kids etc but even just picking an old mig set up off eBay and practicing at night after work will help. The money for welders is only going in one direction now so better starting soon rather than later. You might just catch it in time. Best of luck mate 👌

People only want Sony to make single player games. Single player games cost a fortune. Sony tries to create a revenue stream so it’s easier to pay for the big sp tickets. New revenue streams fail.. Playstation shuts down 🤷‍♂️? I’m no fan of live service I’ll be honest but I can’t see this all ending well. Hope I’m wrong

@messimagician I’d say it took me about 5-7 years to become a truly competent welder and able to pass codings for the big coin. Some people will be quicker and some people slower. But even the slightest experience goes a long way mate. Do you Tig weld I take it? Tig seems to be the weld of choice for the aircraft industries

@IamJT to get to coded levels it’s not easy and takes a lot of practice but the money available to welders not just in the UK but around the world is serious 👌

@SlipperyFish well due to Brexit in the UK companies are finding it much more difficult to get cheap labour from abroad and are having to put wages up quite substantially to attract British workers. Welding wages in my area alone have increased by 40-70%. Welders were I currently work are being paid 53k before tax on 4on4off patterns. I’ve been in the trade 24 years and well versed in what it takes to earn this coin. If you are local to Staffordshire look for welding opportunities around here plus keep an eye open for welder training. Coming your way soon

Any jobs that work with computers are generally screwed tbh. Time to get re-skilled up people. I’m thinking of starting a company for training Mig welders in Staffordshire. Wages for welding skills are about to go through the roof!. Keep a look out for it if you are in the UK and need something new. Good luck all

You nailed it when you said about if they were telling fans about other projects coming in terms of SP games then it would have been less hate and more indifference like with Helldivers. That’s why this game has failed chiefly. Hard not to feel for the devs

@Weebleman I’ve actually brought mine back out lately and have been enjoying it. Really good VR graphics on that thing, it just needs more Gran Turismo’s and Resi 4’s!!. I’ve just finished the Jurassic Workd Afternath game and it was good stuff.

I was hoping the new CEO would bring a new direction in terms of player inclusion. The old fashioned art of being ‘open’ really is gone from Sony isn’t it.

It does seem very churlish. This game has been a victim of a clear campaign. Either way I’m not bothered about the game but more about the devs who’s livelihood probably depend on it having a decent amount of players
