Lol. What? Entitled turds. Cities is actually a good sim and farming sim does well in its niche group. People need to relax. There are a ton of super cheap games right now. Huge rpgs and the like for dirt cheap. Instead of complaining go get one of them.

Arent they 2 relatively well received games? And also probably in genres people would be curious to try but not buy? Im not saying they are everyones cup of tea but at least they are a little outside the box

ND is in trouble imo. Im sure this game will still sell well but i believe their rep is pretty tarnished. Between their uber left views being force fed into their narratives, the hateful levels of crunch to meet deadlines and the general attitude of Druckmann in general i think a lot of people are turned off. Personally, i wouldnt care if every character represented a letter in the LGBTQ community and they force fed bigoted ideals the entire game as long as the gameplay is excellent. I think Im in the minority there though. Too many people get wrapped up in all this on many emotional levels. Next game needs to be something entirely different and lighthearted i think.

One if the few things nintendo does thats cool regarding online is giving you money towards future purchases when you buy games. I just biught Dead Cells DLC with accrued points fro. Previous purchases which is cool

@sketchturner well it was a ps4 title before being transitioned to ps5....but that's a slippery slope for 1st party. If your owned studios arent all in on your new tech i feel like that sends a bad message

Sadly at the end of chapter 17 on Remake. After that i will probably be reading a lot. No game is going to be good enough for a while😕. I grew up with the original and know it inside and out. Those characters are my favorite in all of gaming. I honestly wished it was a novel i could read lol.

I dont think handheld and indie are exclusive to one another. Especially considering they are made with current tech to look great on new TVs. I likey switch and all that but most of these games mentioned look fantastic on the big screen and i would only play them on Switch if i had too.

Co op for this sounds awesome. The game was already huge. Unless Im flying a robot across it no thanks. I just want a denser world with more ways to interact. Not 10x the size just cause they can

Wow half off is still a 20? I feel like that should be the regular price. It was a cool game with just entirely forgettable characters. Every other mainline before had interesting people to care about.

Journey and Inside are the two on this list that had a lasting affect on me. Journey is still, imo, one of the most unique experiences period. And if the drop in co op landed you with someone equally immersed it was pure magic.

@Hobbesyall most gamers, sadly, are your lowest common denominator. 2k this, CoD that and wash, rinse, repeat. I mean we need those " i only play" X game type gamers to allow publishers to fund other projects but it can still be a little disheartening. I'm not knocking the people that bought their console to just play madden- just saying there are a lot of them

To all the commenters saying they havent received FF7R yet. Id check and make sure your copies havent been rendered "lost". Lots of distributors in the states are saying they have no stock and arent receiving any. Proof in that the deluxe edition boxed on Amazon is already 200. People are paying over retail for just a game disc. Makes me sad that some may never get a copy. However, a collectors dream. I bought digital and physical deluxe. My unopened deluxe is already worth more than what I payed for both combined

Have it on Switch and i keep going back to see if something clicks. As a big fan of Hotline Miami, Ruiner, Hong Kong Massacre, Messenger and many other twitchy 2D or isometric murder jams i just cannot find this interesting for more than 20 minutes at a time at best. Glad and disappointed Im not alone.

Good. Xbox will stay hindered because of their "nobody left behind" concept. True next gen will be ps5 only for 2 years. Mainly 1st party but id suspect this wont be the only 2nd or 3rd party title to do so. Id expect if this performs well that the studio developing would like to be in SWW studios. Time will tell

@wiiware first session for me will be 4 or 5. After that the same. If i enjoy it as much as the OG it will have immense replay value- especially with game plus

I had a master file on ps1 and ps3 for the OG. Probably beat the game 10 times in my life. That and Chrono Trigger would usually get an annual replay. Now i have a son and a massive backlog of games as it is. Lol. But tonight at 5 its pizza, IPAs and the REMAKE😁😁

@Rob_230 for real. If it wasnt VR exclusive it would have received a LOT more attention. I hope the next is both. Just a gorgeous platformer for PS5 and when psvr2 drops we get another title. Everyone who played in VR would gladly take 2 AstroBot titles imo

@SirRealDeal sorry i should have clarified. Look up the...i dunno...top 20 grossing machines and what's plastered on them. It isnt any of the 3 i mentioned. Most of the best arent even theirs just licensed agreements. Number 1 is far and away Fists of the North Star. Just makes me sad it's relegated to a form of gambling the rest of the world laughs at. And those properties dont create 1 entire % of the money

You know whats really sad is all the pachinko machines dont even use the IPs they have held hostage. Silent hills, metal gear, castlevania arent even part of that nonsense. Why wouldnt they take a massive lump sum for extra cash flow and let somebody do something?
