Long ball. Took OG psvr a while to reach that 5 million milestone. Also lots of people are just getting their hands on the console itself. Hard to double dip at over $1k combined in these craptacular economic times. I'm pretty sure it'll be just was the first one was. A mild success that will continue to get better and cheaper with better iterations and R&D.

Re: UK Sales Charts: Hogwarts Legacy Immovable While Wo Long Falls 25 Places

Hope it sells 50 million copies. Most fun I've had with a game in a long time. It just hits different. They nailed the setting and lore so well. I feel like a 5th year at hogwartz lol. Yes I'm tire of hearing about floo powder and there is this odd nasaly echo in the characters voice but damnit this game is fun. Chaining together different magic correctly can make you feel like a master wizard as a teenager. They basically treat you just like Harry.

I'm loving it. Just a beautiful and fun game. Inventory management is crap early on but everything is amazing imo. They did such a good job with the setting its hard to stay on task. It reminds me of when the first Fable dropped even though it was missing promised (impossible lol) features. Very few games make me feel like a kid while playing

Re: Game of the Year: #1 - God of War Ragnarok

2018 and this raise the bar imo. Extreme polish, excellent narrative and acting, deep, rewarding and crunchy action. The talent at SSM is tippy top tier. I've enjoyed it very much. Let's go to Egypt or South America next for the God of War. Kratos has become one of the most iconic video game characters of all time.

Re: Poll: Did You Buy Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion?

Man the amount of people that never played it on psp is crazy to me. Glad it was able to get some attention. It's a great piece of the overall FF7 world and a really fun game. The side content is clearly tailored to the "on the go" bite size type of structure. If you can overlook that the actual campaign and story are a blast

Re: Horizon Forbidden West DLC Takes Aloy to the Burning Shores Only on PS5

Didn't Ghosts do the same thing with Iki Island DLC. I could easily be wrong but I thought there was some controversy over the DLC for that. Maybe it was not ps5 only but had a weird upgrade path. Either way this is frustrating but also good in a way. Time to let 10 yr old hardware go but to alienate the millions of ps4 players that bought forbidde
west seems weird.

@SMcCrae95 not a big issue for me but very few reviews (unless I overlooked it) have discussed the framerate or the graphical fidelity. I've mainly read about extensive pop in. Is the framerate steady and does it look to take advantage of current gen hardware?

Looks like you answered a similar question! Sorry! Great review

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 446

I'm in-between a lot right now. MoonGlow Bay, Shredders Revenge, Dark Cloud 2, and Rocket League have all been getting their fair shake. I also started a new file in Sleeping Dogs. What a SHAME there will never be a second one. Takes everything I love about GTA style open worlds and everything I love about street brawlers and mashes them together perfectly. I've been in a AAA rut now for a while. Very few are hitting like they used to for me.
