Re: Swiss Retailer Lists Crash Bandicoot for PS4

Realistically speaking even if Crash comes back, the main question is by whom?

Option A: I don't see why Activision would bother and they are far too stingy to license it out to Sony...
Option B: Does anyone remember post ND Crash games? Naughty Dog have on record stated they've "mature past" that stage, so who are you guys thinking is developing Crash?
Option C: Sony bought the IP in the hopes of banking on more Nostalgia to further develop what happened at E3 2015.

Despite the heavy amount of subtle hints, I still believe it's not happening.

All Sony did was provide hype by making unrealistic expectations come true... Shenmue 3, FF 7 Remake and The Last Guardian. All they have do is get Crash announced (I'm still insistent it's not happening, despite the heavy amount of hints), Date those three titles and find two titles under a very similar unrealistic banner.

Re: Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2 Turns Super Saiyan on PS4 This Year

I'll glad I didn't see Evolution on that teaser page. I think Xenoverse was really good, but you could tell last gen (ironic since that's where I played) was holding it back...

There's something about that title which rolls off the tongue weird. I can't judge too much from the movie like trailer (it looks good) but it seems like stakes have been upped... But I'm not sure how they can alter the storyline again without it following the footsteps of any other DragonBall game.

Re: Poll: Are You Enjoying Uncharted 4 on PS4?

So having completed it, I was surprised about the supernatural elements. The title was clever, the story and gameplay upped their game from their precedessors (maybe not as groundbreaking as Uncharted 2, but still among the best).

The only problem thus far was the soundtrack, it was not until I heard "Cut to the Chase" I realised just how quiet, subdued and forgettable many of the tracks were. Playing multiplayer just made me lust for a soundtrack. Speaking of Multiplayer, the buddies are annoying... Other than its fun enough until Co-Op arrives.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V Ships Over 6 Million Copies as Konami Profits

If this were Pre-Peace Walker days, I could agree with not going forward with MGS without Kojima. But since it's a few years and 3 games later since then, no Kojima is not needed....

Anyone thinking the story after MGS4 continued being strong and couldn't be replicated is just being silly...

TLDR: Kojima stopped being necessary, when A: Portable Ops (one of Big Boss's better post MGS3 stories) was released, B: Peace Walker, Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain released. Konami can't mess up MGS anymore than he did.
