Re: Not Everyone Is in Love with Dragon's Dogma 2 on PS5

I've played about 30 hours so far and it's good but not amazing. A little surprised about some of these really high scores.
For me it's a solid 7 mabey at a push 8/10.

Could do with changing how fast travel works as I've no interesting on "exploring world" to get back to places without paying

Re: PlayStation Fans Torn on Prospect of PS5 Pro

Stickleman

If it comes out I'll pre order it 🤷. I had the ps5, got the slim soon as it came out and will get the pro straight away. Same with whatever Xbox does and the next major upgrade for the steam deck ( replaced my launch one with and OLED one)

I imagine it will be around the 600 mark which is fine all things considered.

Re: Xbox Planning to Release the 'Majority' of Its Exclusives on PS5

@ShadowofTwilight very rarely hear glee over psvr2 failing as don't really hear anything about it. That also dosnt effect a lack of competition in the Console market...

Same as you don't see much in the way of articles or people speaking much about Microsoft buying Sony.... Especially not in a serious way

I know every site has tha biased and I'd say push square is probably the most biased (even out of pure Xbox and Nintendo life?) which is fine I still enjoy it but people are ridiculous with the desperation of the down fall of Xbox

Re: Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown Will Require an Internet Connection on PS5

Stickleman

@GeminiReign yeah no doubt they'll be shut off but chances are years from release when the player base is hardly there. Won't really make a difference in the long run.

As for the physical stuff 🤷 a few people still wants to own physical which I don't see the point in and haven't got a game on disc since early Xbox one ps4 because much prefer buying everything digital and using gamepass and PS now but each to their own on that

Re: EA Cuts Roughly 700 Jobs in Another Round of Industry Layoffs

Stickleman

I bet those Disney licenses are crazy expensive as well..
All this investment during coivd because so many execs can't see beyond the money right in front of their face as has really come back to bite the normal people in the industry 🤦🤦🤦

Who'd have thought everyone would be back to work and doing their usal stuff after covid and not locked away playing games 🙄🙄

As harsh as it sounds though I imagine alot of companies are seriously looking at replacing as many people with AI as well so this jobs cuts are good excuses for that

Re: Reaction: The Problem with PlayStation Right Now

Stickleman

One of thing to remember though is talk about the community demands this and that and dosnt like whatever is those of us that actual care are a very small amount. Probably like 90% of PlayStation owners have no real interest in what the industry is doing, what Sony are doing, the costs, job losses and massive budgets 🤷 I means nothing to them.

So Sony could focus more on smaller games and smaller GAAS which I will annoy some the more intreasted groups but overall.... Won't really effect anything.

For example spiderman 2 sold so well I don't doubt in any part because of the films so alot of causals got the game as well
