Re: PS5, PS4 Suika Game Knock-Off Causing a Stir on the PS Store

djlard

I wonder it passed certification. ...but if you go to January Sale and filter "Full Game", "Game bundle" and "Bundle" than switch listing to Price Low-Hi you'll be shocked what has passed and consider SONY care no more what is on PS Store...

It is worse than Nintendo Eshop...

Re: God of War Creator Says Kratos Has Lost His Way

djlard

@get2sammyb Completely disagree. As Jaffe said between lines Kratos was NEVER ment to be pictured this way. He should stay hero. I completely understand Jaffe's inner anger that someone ruined his character. I would be upset too.

Imagine Super Mario with beard on wheelchair. Doesn't like? Me too. Because life of heroes shouldn't evolve even if some stupid director wants to.

Bless Jaffe! He should sue those who massacred his boy...

Re: Talking Point: As PS5 Turns 3, How Are You Feeling About It?

djlard

It is a bit letdown. When I got my PS2 I was happy to play my dream games. When I got my PS3 it was just WOW! Super graphics and perfect variety of games. Than I got PS4 Pro and it had same WOW effect. Variety of games and huge graphics leap. ...and when I got PS5 it was just... hmmm... it is faster ps4, with chaotic UI (still confused with short and long ps button press) and number of games you can count on one hand...

I have feeling like I'm still fighting with that machine. It is very unintuitive, everything is hidden behind "2 more moves or clicks"... it reminds me my transition from WinXP to Win8.1 - access to some functions are disabled or digged deeper.

I'm not happy with PS5. I still feel little robbed. And if my PS4 could have SSD loading times, I would never buy PS5 and skip this generation entirely...

Re: Sony Takes Control of UK as PS5 Climbs to 51% Market Share

djlard

I'm not surprised PS5 is going well, because it has PS4 compatibility. And if you look into history you can clearly see how huge damage PS3 suffered once it was stripped of PS2 compatibility. Yes, PS4 also didn't have PS3 compatibility, but it hasn't it from the start so people didn't feel robbed. Atop of it, PS4 was huge jump forward. So PS5 without PS4 support would be somewhere around Stadia.

Re: Physical Games Represented Just 4% of Sales for PlayStation Last Quarter

djlard

@StephenTailby

Are those sales compared only for games released both (physically and digitally) or is it just all games? If this statistic is for all games, than it is heavily missleading, because you cannot compare things yhat don't exist.

There is maybe 1% of games on disc I'd like to buy. The rest is unfortunately only digital so I have no other option.

Re: Poll: Do You Think GTA 6 Will Release on PS4?

djlard

I rather ask whitch third party developer won't release it on PS4? No one cares power of system, everybody cares number of sold systems. That is simple logic.

And another thing... No one still takes PS5 seriously, even SONY. It is that black sheep (in ugly white furr).
