@get2sammyb I dunno if this is too much effort or not, but I don't suppose you could start linking the games to their Push Square game pages (if they have one)? A lot of the times I'll think a game sounds interesting based on it's name and then I'll have to go on YouTube or whatever to look it up, which I admit isn't much hassle at all. I just thought it would be handy to click the link and be able to see screenshots and any news articles you've done on the game.
7/10. I like the short missions that I can jump into when I have a spare 15 minutes. I also really like how people share missions. It's such a good feeling when you're getting your ass kicked and another player randomly shows up and helps out.
I don't play Destiny, so I didn't even know they were similar. Maybe it's just me, but I don't necessarily think having similar icons is a bad thing. It's like how every FPS nowadays shares a control scheme. It means that someone can go from Destiny to The First Descendant and instantly understand what does what.
Never heard of this, but after looking up some gameplay I'm surprised too see how much it looks like Genshin Impact. This, Genshin Impact and Tower of Fantasy all look pretty much identical.
Yet another HoYoverse game I wish I could get into. I absolutely love how their games look. Maybe once I'm done with Trails through Daybreak I'll pick one of their games and give it a proper go.
I think Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio would make a good Sonic Adventure remake that could incorporate a lot of the RPG elements of a Like a Dragon game. You'd have the action stages for showing off Sonic's speed and then you'd have the adventure fields. Imagine Station Square with detail and activities comparable to Kamurochō.
I always liked the idea of a Sonic RPG. It's the main reason I like the Sonic Adventure games and even Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), because I like the grander stories and the exploration. I was disappointed when they took the adventure fields out of Sonic Adventure 2.
@EfYI How are these games killing the games industry exactly? There's still plenty of pay to play games released weekly. If you don't like these games, then just ignore them, but it's clear that other people enjoy them. This is just another case of "I don't like It, so that makes it bad".
Currently sat on my break at work carrying on with Odin Sphere Leifthrasir on PSVita. When I get home I'll be playing Trails through Daybreak and I cannot wait.
I gave it a try. I really wish I could get into all of HoYoverse's games because I absolutely love how they look, but all the free-to-play stuff gets in the way of my enjoyment, even more than it does in a lot of other free-to-play games.
Enjoying it quite a bit. I really like how the missions work. More than once I've found myself struggling on a mission, only for other players to show up and save my ass.
Still making my way through Odin Sphere Leifthrasir on my PSVita. On PS5 I'm still playing Valkyria Revolution and I've decided to reinstall Shin chan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation The Endless Seven-Day Journey to try and get some more trophies on that.
@Specky I don't get this whole "Ubisoft makes bad games" schtick. Their games, while rarely groundbreaking, are always good quality. I can't remember the last truly bad game they made.
I don't have any issues at all with the art style and the new combat. I don't even mind that it's more linear than Dragon Age: Inquisition. I'm looking forward to it.
That's a real shame. Alone in the Dark really clicked with me. I played through the game with one character and went straight onto a second play through with the other. That's not something I usually do.

Re: Unknown 9: Awakening Steps Up with New Gameplay Walkthrough Trailer
Looks interesting. I think it'll be like Forspoken and Immortals of Aveum - It won't be anything groundbreaking, but I'll have a good time with it.
Re: Nobody Wants to Die (PS5) - Film Noir Meets Cyberpunk in This Stylish Detective Thriller
Definitely getting this at some point.

Re: German Dev Piranha Bytes Latest Studio to Close Under Embracer
That's a shame. Their games were janky, but their world building was really good.
Re: Next Like a Dragon Title a Surprise for Fans, RGG Studio Teases
@Czar_Khastik You joke, but they already laid the ground work in Yakuza: Like a Dragon!

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Not only my favourite game this year, but also one of my favourite games of all time.

Loved it. Really need to get The Rising Tide DLC at some point.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 534

Re: The Witcher Congratulates Elden Ring's DLC Triumph with Awesome Artwork
I guess CD Projekt Red now have no choice but to make a new DLC for The Witcher 3 that tops Shadow of the Erdtree!
Re: Sony Is Allegedly Pulling PSVR2 Funding, Report Claims
I had one, but sold it. It's an amazing piece of tech, but the lack of support plus me being too lazy to use motion controls resulted in my decision.
Re: PS1 Classic Fear Effect Gunning for PS5, PS4 in 2025
I think for a PS1 title the graphics have aged surprisingly well.
Re: Square Enix's Forgotten PS1 Fighting Force Franchise Beats the Count on PS5, PS4

Bend Studio over there like...

I doubt it'll pull me away from The Elder Scrolls Online, but I'll definitely give it a try.
Re: Final Fantasy Creator's Mobile RPG Fantasian Is Journeying to PS5, PS4 This Year

Looked more like Pikmin than Pokémon to me.
Re: Ace Attorney Investigations Collection Brings Miles Edgeworth Spin-Offs to PS4
I am very excited. Love this series. I always miss it once I'm done with a game. Glad to see we get another collection so soon after Apollo Justice.
Re: Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection Takes PS4 for a Ride This Year
@WhiteRabbit I'm guessing that's the case. That's what Capcom seems to be doing with most of its recent remasters.
Re: Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake Gets November PS5 Release, Dragon Quest 1 and 2 Remakes Coming 2025
Are these 3 separate stories or is it worth waiting for the first game if I've never played them before?
Re: Poll: So, What Are Your Thoughts on Dragon Age: The Veilguard?
I don't have any issues at all with the art style and the new combat. I don't even mind that it's more linear than Dragon Age: Inquisition. I'm looking forward to it.
Re: Cancelled Over 10 Years Ago, PS2-Era Action Game Captain Blood Returns on PS5, PS4
That actually looks pretty good. I miss the simpler games of that era, it's why I've ordered myself a PS2.
Re: Embracer Group Reportedly Closes Alone in the Dark Developer Pieces Interactive

I've been trying to avoid the previously leaked footage, but accidentally saw it on Facebook. 😩 Hopefully I can avoid this.
