Saw Tekken 3 in the arcade and just had to have the game. Bought a PS1 just to play that. Didn't have much money back then so FFVIII, FF Tactics, lunar, tekken 3 and FF IX were all that I had.

I had a pirated copy of Bust A Groove. Underrated game. Still hum some of the tunes from time to time.

Awesome stuff. I also was totally enthralled with FFVIII and consider it my favorite FF game of all time. I got all the triple triad cards chasing that crazy lady around the world. Someday I'll play it again for the trophies but for now just the memories of a blissful time in the 1990s.

Great story! I am similar in age and had a sega genesis (although my favorite game was star control). Stopped gaming for a couple of years and one day went to arcade and saw tekken 3. I was mesmerized. I immediately started saving up for a playstation just to buy tekken 3.

You just convinced me to buy this. Sega needs to give you a job! ^^

@Topov81 oh wow it's been decades since I've thought about that game. You are absolutely correct it needs to be in this package.

My first console was the Sega Genesis so I've been a fanboy for a while. Phantasy Star was my first RPG series and Shining Force was my first strategy game. Currently really into the Yakuza and Persona games. Go Sega!

My son won't let me on the playstation after getting astrobot so nothing for me.

Although I started final fantasy with VII, I liked VIII much better. It's definitely not the best FF game but it will always hold a special place in my heart. I hunted down the queen of cards lady and collected every card for triple triad. Too bad they didn't have trophies back then.

Perhaps the success of Astrobot will make Sony order a slew of platformers from their devs. Here come Jak and Dexter, Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper PS5!

I really like this but I've experienced stick drift on 2 dual sense controllers so not sure I want to spend the money

I played the demo and I liked it but didn't love it so I'll probably get it in a sale. I'm sure it will fly under the radar with its unique theme. I feel like capcom could make an identical game with a resident evil theme and it will sell like hotcakes.

I'm more interested now that I know its not an open world game. I just don't have enough time for those. As long as it has a good story and is fun to play I'm on board.

I will definitely play it but not expecting too much. I actually would much rather play a remaster of dragon age origins.

Finished Arcade Paradise and enjoyed it very much. Not much story but appreciate how developers managed to create over 30 arcade games and its great to see them all in your arcade. Started Sifu and although it's quite difficult for a button masher like me, I am relishing the challenge.

@CWill97 I'm terribly sorry for your loss. My cat passed away suddenly last July and it still hurts. Also may have been a heart attack.

It sounds like a well made jrpg but filled with fluff in order to lengthen the story into 3 games. I wish they went the direction of God of war and finished it within 2 games. Still hoping for a FF VIII remake but only as 1 game.

I picked up Arcade Paradise and enjoy it more than I thought I would. Any game with Geralt is a winner for me. Have a great weekend everyone!

Wow surprised so many loved VIII as I thought I was one of the few. Hoping the remake becomes a reality!

Just finished Gaiden and will definitely get this at some point although not a big fan of the turn based system. I understand why people are upset with new game plus but for me I'm not sure ill be able to get that far. Animal crossing kiwami may be where I spend the rest of my days.

@Splat good job. I don't understand why people criticize these lists. Everyone is different. I wouldn't play call of duty but don't care if people love it.

Having 2 kids the TV is usually in use with kids shows when I'm done with work. I would be glad to have another way to play. Plus when it comes to remote play cell phone screens are way too small. A bigger screen makes a huge difference. However I too will wait for a sale.

As a dad I tend to connect with the "dad" games such as god of war, last of us. My favorite 1st party games include those, spider man and death stranding.

@ShogunRok I completely agree with you. I started with 6, then played kiwami 1 and 2. I just blazed through the 3 4 5 remasters to get the story but did not enjoy them.

I'm one of the only people on the planet that hasn't played Black Flag so this is good news to me!

Would be great if they did a remaster and added some dialogue about Arthur.

Great game i was hoping for a sequel or something else like it. Utter shame.

Definitely useful for me since my kids are always hogging the tv. Plus I don't want them watching while I play mortal kombat.

I like assassin's creed games. I actually don't care about the main story arc but just enjoy exploring each historical setting. The maps and historical details are amazing.

People waste endless hours watching other people play videogames so this was going to happen. Next olympic event is making a YouTube video.

One of my favorite games on the ps3. I'm not sure what they can add to make it better though. I'd much rather have a sequel.

I've never played through final fantasy 1-6 and to be honest the boosts are the only possible way I'll have the time to do so.

I wouldn't mind a deviation from the game. Abby can beat Joel into a coma and ellie can go on her revenge spree. Everyone is happy.
