Pushing on with Far Cry 6, the skies have been cleared, so it's time to take on supply drops quickly, then move the story forward a little.

Far Cry 6, need to get more guerilla leaders, mop up more side missions, and maybe move on with the story. I'm not in a hurry to leave Yara.

Please just do Wildlands 2.

Far Cry 6, and I think it will last me up to Christmas, hopefully long enough for the GTA remasters price to come down.

Far Cry 6, it's very good, although on my trusty PS4 it has some annoying glitches like freezing when driving, and the having the truck you are in randomly be thrown in the air and crash..... it's not only Cyberpunk that was released a little too early...I mostly walk everywhere in these games, so my enjoyment is not being compromised, it's all good

Far Cry 6, the only game I have looked forward to playing this year, and so far it's delivering

I got 3, 4, and 5 on the cheap within the last 18 months, so a Gold copy of 6 is on its way to me now...Far Cry helped me through many weeks of lockdown with its brainless action movie fun. At least Unisoft do give us new versions of the same game, instead of making us just drive around Los Santos for eternity.

I've played far cry 3, 4 and 5 over the past 18 months enjoyed them all, so I'm very much looking forward to more mediocrity, I'm not sure which developers are bringing out any similar games that are any better, and I can't be dealing with monsters, goblins and wizards..if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I use it to play DVD's, so I don't have to bother taking game discs out of the PS4...last week I dug out the Transporter trilogy, Crank and Crank High Voltage....it'll probably be boxed when I get a PS5, but I'm now tempted to buy Quantum of Solace mentioned above...I have revisited AC games on it occasionally, but I do find the controller a little small and uncomfortable these days

Project Cars 3, levelled up from road cars to race cars, it's very good, and has got great tracks.

Project Cars 3, it's a bit grindy, but the track variety is good, better than the latest Grid. I lasted 2 hours on God of War, but I think Project Cars will keep me going until Far Cry 6...not long now

Picked up God of War for six quid on the PS store a few weeks back, so I may see what that game is about rather than attempting to grind Arkham Knight Riddler puzzles.

Batman Arkham Knight, bizarrely I am playing it on the Easy setting, because I want to finish it and but am finding it difficult to be bothered. Don't think comic book games are for me.

Where's my PS5 first 🙂

I'm trying my first Batman game, Arkham Knight, about five hours in and I'm not sold on it yet. Watch Dogs Legion is the dead cert backup plan, although it may be better to wait a few days and play that as an assassin....it's all just killing time till Far Cry 6

Watch Dogs 2, and will take a look at the PS Store to try and line up a bargain to immerse in next

I'll be pushing on with Watch Dogs 2, enjoying the San Francisco scenery. I'll definitely be buying Legion.

Watch Dogs 2, it's feels like a GTA-lite game, good fun hurtling around San Francisco causing havoc. Finished Sniper Elite 4, good game, closest I've seen to the N64 Goldeneye, did 3 run throughs of the whole game in 2 weeks, shooting Nazi's doesn't get boring.

Roll on September...maybe PushSquare could do an article on how much money a publisher of, say, a mediocre tennis game can make by allowing Sony to add it to the PS Plus list...I think I would find that more entertaining than any of these games It does also feel like Sony have recently been going after the more juvenile or casual market on that has traditionally been Nintendo's. Days Gone and NFS Payback are still the only PS Plus games I have played to completion

I still don't have one, but my efforts have been feeble, I'm just not in a huge hurry whilst there aren't any exclusive games that catch my eye...a third copy of GTA V isn't going to tempt me, nor will replaying Valhalla or Cyberpunk with shorter load screens....so I think I'm happy to wait till stocks normalise.

Sniper Elite 4 then, if I finish that, Watch Dogs 2. Went to the backlog / discarded games during the week and finished off Assassin's Creed Revelations, I hope the next AC game is more Ezio and less Valhalla

A sequel to Wildlands would be good

Not sure, finished Far Cry 3, it seemed to end quite quickly, maybe back to Elite Dangerous after 2 years. I bought GTA Vice City for the PS4, have tried it a little this week, but don't remember the controls being so awkward and dying so easily 20 years ago...thought I had bagged a bargain with Crew 2 for free on the PS Store but it was just a 3 or 4 hours demo copy, and I think I lasted 30 mins, I can't see myself seeing out the rest of the demo time, it's a painful experience....one of those weekends then, dunno what to play

Far Cry 3, just got to the second island, need to climb a few more towers then go after the boss. As far as the story goes, I think I prefer 4 and 5 because they didn't seem to take themselves as seriously.

Far Cry 3. 4 and 5 were excellent, and 3 seems about the same, only around 10 hours in at the moment.

Tried a bit of Saints Row IV yesterday, not sure I'll go back, it's like playing a PS2 era game. Other than that , it's Grid for me, and maybe start on Far Cry 3, as an early appetiser for 6 in October.

Finishing up the final hordes on Days Gone today, it's been good fun, and they hit the Goldilocks standard with the length of the story, it was just right, after spending 200 hours plus on both Valhalla and Cyberpunk, it was nice to tackle something shorter. I hope they do a sequel, excellent game.

Just got to the third act in Days Gone, so it will be more horde killing for me. Bought Grid in the latest PS Store sale, and have Saints Row 4 plus Far Cry 3 lined up for when Days Gone is beaten.

Days Gone, really deep into it now, really enjoying it. i completely agree on the AC Valhalla points, the cut scenes were all way too drawn out, the prologue too long and the game too long, although it didn't get me to the point of swearing at the screen like the ultra PC last Uncharted game did. Waiting an age for some pointless dialogue scene to load is painful, and with Uncharted, for it then to be some kitchen sink drama excrement, it turned me off Naughty Dog games for good.

Days Gone, the sweary and properly pissed off protagonist is a refreshing escape from 2021 🙂

It's the one game I am looking forward to playing this year 😀

A Saints Row game to try out would be good

Days Gone for me, it seems I average two PS Plus games per year that can maintain my attention

This week, I tried Stranded Deep, very frustrating, then Battlefield 5, meh, but I think Days Gone is the winner for the weekend. It's looking like a long wait for Far Cry 6.

Finished the main story in AC Valhalla, now have to decide whether I bother catching a few fish, get some bear skins and go river raiding to tidy up the final side missions, or maybe look at the PS Plus games.

AC Valhalla, 145 hrs so far, I think i will be well over 200 by the time I complete it...maybe Far Cry 6 will be ready by then.

I'm about 60 hours in, and it's every bit as bugged as Cyberpunk. I played AC Unity this time last year, and found that pleasantly free from the bugs it was notorious for. Perhaps I should have waited 5 years to play Valhalla, but I can't remember the reviews mentioning it was a mess...it's a shame because the story is fairly engaging.

AC Valhalla, about 50 hours in, it's good,, but Far Cry 6 is what I'm really looking forward to this year.

Been playing it 3 weeks now, and have found it just as buggy as Cyberpunk, without the kneejerk hysteria, playable but frustrating, the long load times on PS4 is the most irritating thing.

AC Valhalla, early days but it seems fun enough

I played it on PS3 and PS4, but I won't be doing another run through, and Online is just dull and flat unless you like to get randomly blown up by kids, but they probably aren't targeting me. I'll wait for GTA 6, single player..

Ass Creed Valhalla. Taking a break from Cyberpunk after a 140 hour first run through, but I will play it again with a different character type when I can eventually get hold of a PS5.
